Highly recommend this shop ! Excellent customer service took care of all the issues from my rear end accident.They are on top of my list for all my repairs.

Although I don t wish for anyone to have to experience a collision/crash/accident because it is an unpleasant experience. However I have been in this industry as a (driving school instructor) for over 13 years with thousands of hours spent in car weather teaching or driving, and have been in a number of car crashes. My challenge was finding a shop that I can rely on and trust to restore my vehicle to as close as possible to how it was before the crash. I chose T&T Cali Collision Center because they have a crew of auto body mechanics run by Tai and his administrative team (not a one man show).I brought in a C-Max with a damage to the front left quarter panel and left bumper, he said he will do his best!As you can see in the before and after pictures. Great work. Many thanks to Tai and his crew. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great auto-body shop.

-----New Review 2023-----Highly recommend T&T Cali Collision for their quality of work and service. They can work with your budget and give you realistic expectations. They've taken care of a few cars through insurance work but this was a out of pocket job. The insurance work blends nicely and you can't tell damage has ever occurred but this job on the 240sx is something else. They turned this job around in less than 2 months and the paint job is just glass! No orange peel at all! They can accommodate every level of work from "get the job done" or "make it a show car".. one thing you can be sure of... They don't cut corners. Every job is done right. Panels and bumpers come out, glass removed, proper prep and masking. The results speak for themselves.The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. From what I saw passing through.. They have two state of the art paint booths with proper filtered venting, heating and cooling. Frame machine(s), pinch weld machines and they even mix paint on site.-----OLD Review 2018-----Short Version:This shop is a place that is reliable, trustworthy, reputable, experienced and FAST. What's more important that getting the job done? Getting the job done CORRECTLY! And if there are issues of concern, you want a shop that will work with you to take care of the problem. They have been around for since I was in high school (late 90's, early 2000). So you know they won't be some "fly by night" shop when you need the help.Long Version:I've known this shop since I got into my first car accident when I was in high school. They took care of my car and made it look brand new. Back then I didn't know anything about cars and couldn't appreciate the attention to detail. When you take your car to a shop you need someone with "the eye". Someone who can match colors correctly and blend them together if it's a small area. This saves you time and money. From then on, they've been my go-to and I've recommended them to anyone who needs "auto body work".I referred an acquaintance who took his car here and he had cut rate insurance. He was t-boned at an intersection and his quarter panel was smashed in. The insurance company tried to tell the shop to slap a bunch of bondo on his car and just make it "look nice" again. The shop refused and the insurance company called back the customer and said the shop was trying to scam him. He gave me a call and told me this long story. Come to find out T&T has his best interest and made the insurance company pay out for an new quarter panel. At first the customer was upset but turned out to be so thankful. He learned that the insurance companies are not your friends and they only want to save on costs. This said, T&T will do the same for you. If it's not done the right way, they won't do the work. No compromises.I brought a damaged carbon fiber hood to them last week and had them see if they could salvage the hood. They were able to get the hood repaired, re-clear coated and looking brand new. Best part? They did it in just 3 days! Now that's service.I trust these guys with my toys! I know they'll do things right and get me the best rate. They aren't some second rate, cut throat shop so it isn't always cheap but you truly get what you pay for.Superior Quality, Speedy Turnaround, Cheap Price... PICK TWO. (Hope you get the point)

Honestly, I don't write reviews, don't really know how; but I will say that I needed some bumper work done on my new car through insurance and other places rejected the work or ignored the call.I'm glad they did. T and T went so far above and beyond what I was expecting that I can't imagine others doing what they did. Fast, responsive, good people, good work. what more can you ask for? Hopefully I don't need to have any more work, but at least I know where to go now.

They did an incredible job! Francisco is the man! Excellent customer service all the way through and 5 star quality work. My Mustang is looking brand spanking new. I would absolutely recommend going here. I had absolutely no issues and the final product is spotless!

My Godmother's SUV was hit while parked so she was referred to T&T Cali Collision by a long time, loyal customer who happens to be her sister.Jason and his crew were able to repair the damage to the vehicle and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They handled everything for her and was even able to shuttle her home at one point. Safe to say this shop highly recommended and trustworthy and we would be happy to refer anyone to them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Polite. Professional. Attentive. Excellent communication. John at the front desk was very helpful during meetings and over the phone. Important updates were provided. My suv was rear ended. The quality of work for my rear center pipe repair was great. Pricing was fair.

Extremely happy with my experience from start to finish. My car came out perfect and was done in a timely manner. Definitely recommending them to anyone who needs body work done.I took my car for repair to this shop last month. It was probably the best auto repair experience ever! They took care of A-Z from dealing with insurance company to calling adjuster and staying in contact communications with me. I generally don't give 5-stars to anybody but T&T Cali Collision Center got one!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best in the biz!! Not only do they do amazing work for a fair price, they are the nicest people! I was bummed when E550c got in fender bender but Jason (my rep) made sure I got my car back in like new condition. I m extremely surprised that they did the work at a reasonable amount of time. They are fast professional and honest. They did an outstanding job. Didn t change the initial estimate at the time of pick up, if I would have to get a car fixed for any body work/paint job I would come back here again. When I picked up my truck it was washed, vacuumed, and detailed read to go. They really care and value their customers.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are the Best Auto Body repair shop in San Jose!! Ty and Fernando both are extremely professional. They took the time and explained in detail which parts were getting replaced and repaired.My car was perfect When they were done with the repair work. They even washed and vacuumed my entire car. Uncle Ty did a great job gx470, family's been using him 30 years now, paints flawless, guarantees workmanship, paints alot of exotics ,Lamborghini and Ferrari. Fernando and Ty went above and beyond anything I expected. There were no issues that ever came up and I didn't have to deal with the insurance company. They were able to restore my car to it's original condition and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for an auto body shop that you can rely on give these guys a call.

Its simple if you need any type body work done go here. Dont even bother going and checking out other places because your wasting your time. Fernando and his crew are hands down best body shop in the bay area. My car was tboned and did damage to the doors and the rocker panel behind. The other drives insurance was being a real pain and just simply wanting to total it. So i went thru my insurance and they took care of it. Bur thru the whole process Fernando was there and answering any questions and working with my insurance to make sure it got fixed and fixed right. So once he they got the go ahead to fix it it took less than 2 weeks from start to finish. When i got my car back it look better than before it was hit. You cant even tell where it was hit. I would not hesitate to go here for any future body work i may need. Actually i wouldnt even consider goin to any other place.
