We had an issue after a recent service appointment. The call operator said there was absolutely no one who could help. When asked if there was anyone else in the service department who could at least help mitigate the issue, she transferred the call after telling me- The service advisor is not currently in the office. I ll transfer your call but no one will answer.

Service advisor Hung was very helpful and patient, although, prices here are not the most competitive and sometimes your actual cost would be higher than the estimate.

I love the new building and the service center is so much spacious and modern. I have been going for regular oil change and now they have loaner for major servicing which is awesome

The service center attached to the Stevens Creek Subaru dealership. I visited for a manufacturer recall. They provided the loaner car included, efficiently processed me, never had me waiting, and had my car ready to return by lunchtime. Overall an unexpectedly good service.

We had a positive experience here today. There was some confusion initially since multiple greeters came by our car. Just be patient, wait in the queue, and someone will come help you in your car.We had brought the car in for a routine oil change, and Cedric our service advisor helped us troubleshoot and address another issue, truly going above and beyond. He was attentive and patient, and he was respectful when we refused extra services.Overall we are very happy with our experience and would like to thank Cedric for his outstanding service.

Superb service when I took my wife's Subaru here for the recalls. Took the car in and Hector from the service department promptly helped us out and answered my questions regarding a whirring sound. We were able to pick it up in the same day.

Friendly service, and very efficient. We only have 1 car and a kid, so we needed a loaner when our car was in service. No issue picking one up, and the service was done quickly.Only question I have is about a comment left on the receipt. The service guy added upsold job due on 5.2.23 - I m left wondering what this means, and if there was an upsell, what I was misled on.

I came here 3-4 time for service. It was ok. But now recently they change the manager of service department, staff become rude and unreasonable. Oil change + tire rotation will cost you $200, They didn t tell you the price before finish service, and prices are not even matching which posted in the Screen or the website. They refused to match any of the number and said extra charges because inflation. Totally scam. When you escalate to their manager, they said manager is away. Folks consider do service please consider somewhere else.

The team at this dealership works very well together. When I purchased a used car, they committed to fixing the automatic mirror as a condition of the sale. Although I was initially nervous about buying a car with a pre-existing issue, I returned to the dealership a week later and they fixed the mirror in a matter of minutes. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to address the problem and make sure that the mirror was working perfectly. Additionally, when I had to reschedule a mechanic appointment, they were very accommodating. Shaol was the salesperson who helped me, and he provided excellent service throughout the process. Overall, I had a positive experience with this dealership and would highly recommend them to others.

Sales Dept: Must have an appointment and must be accompanied to test drive.Service Dept: Great that we can schedule online, but they don't read any of the notes of what you scheduled it for and also don't reply to emails. It also takes so long to get anything done so come with your own chargers since they don't offer them (ex: even waiting in the service line to give them the car took 20 min) that you'll end up waiting longer than scheduled with no loaner car offer. Do not trust their timing. If you're super unlucky you'll also see them hauling a** into the driveway with your car.

This is my first time at Stevens Creek Subaru's service center, and I have to say, I could get used to this. My 2022 Crosstrek is my first-ever new car, so that means it's only getting dealer service for the next few years at least! My previous car (not a Subaru) ended up riddled with many different quirks and issues, so I'll just say: I've gotten familiar with car dealerships. Stevens Creek has a solid service department. Just make sure you're using the correct driveway - their old service department can be seen just several feet from their remodeled one which has a completely separate driveway. (Not sure why they don't cone it off, or at least paint over the old SERVICE letters on the wall...)Just two general complaints: the pricing of the services here seems steep, and advisor/client communication isn't the best. $50 for a tire rotation, $99 for an oil change...just hazards of going the dealer-for-service route. I do appreciate the "one stop shop" concept, though. This particular service center is complete with an extremely tidy guest waiting area, free snacks and water bottles, and a nice big TV equipped with DirectTV.In terms of communication, Hector was my service advisor, and he was friendly and efficient. But he's a different advisor from the one my appt confirmation email assigned me (Ruben). No mention was made of this. Further, when I pulled my car into the service area, a dealer employee simply radioed "There's a car in line," and that was it. I'm not a brand-new driver, but if I was, I would've been a little confused about what, if anything, to do...would it really hurt to have a designated greeter like other service depts do? (Larry Hopkins Honda, Victory Honda of Burlingame)Average timeframe for routine maintenance at Stevens Creek is about 1.5 hours.All in all, an elevated experience compared to my encounters with Sunnyvale Ford in the past! First time I came in was quoted a max price. Received a voicemail to confirm service was finished and that since the investigation to my ac issue was less than initial estimate the price was reduced. Came in next morning to pick up and was forced to pay the initial estimate even when replaying the voice mail their service advisor placed.Second chance I brought car for regular service check. Quoted for 2-3 hours service. Around 2.5 hours in I walk out my car is parked and blocked in by 3 cars, 3 hours in my car hasn t moved and no word. 4 hours in I get the update that things were complete. My car hadn t moved, was pretty evident that the service was done a while back and my advisor had taken his lunch break and didn t reach out to me again until his return. Pretty disappointed with the blatant lying and disrespect of customers time that this place consistently displays, poor representation of a great car brand.

We had a great experience recently with the sales department at this Subaru dealer but the service department is extremely overwhelmed. Subaru has proprietary technology so when you have glass replaced the sensor system (EyeSight) has to be recalibrated by the dealership. This is a 4 hour process or so depending on the technician. They kept our car for three days. It was okay because we had a loaner, but it was odd. Then today I had scheduled a 24 point inspection so that we could sell our older vehicle. The scheduler wanted to make the appointment for 10am, I suggested 9:30, they agreed. I was told the inspection was fast and the car should be ready by the early afternoon. I asked if I could have a loaner vehicle (based on the prior experience with repair taking much longer than quoted), and they checked and said yes, there was a loaner available. When I arrived at 9:30 I was told the last loaner had just been given away and they would need to keep the car all day. I had to turn around and come back since I certainly could not wait all day and had no other way to get home.The service department has some complex relationships with other services -- the person I spoke to blamed some kind of Nissan scheduling for not giving me accurate information (I called and spoke to Subaru, unless somehow I was deceived about who I was talking to). But bottom line, something about their processes makes them extremely disrespectful of schedules, which in our case is very difficult while balancing childcare for two small children and two full time jobs. We will not be returning to the dealership or the service department here.Services: Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance

I have my car serviced here regularly. Normally it's good and quick, especially after they set up express service. But I met a fat old guy the other day, who wanted to talk me into some extremely expensive premium services without even explaining why I need them. When I said I'd consider later and just do express service today, he told me "no we are closed already". Express service closes at 4pm, and it was only 4:03. I arrived there at 3:30, waited and listened to his BS, and couldn't even do anything. So frustrated!

Terrible service .. don't bother with an appt because you'll wait for an hour anyways .. I waited an hour (had an appt) only to find out the program required to fulfill my recall was unavailable.. they provided me options to leave my car to get completed the next day and borrow a temp vehicle .. unfortunately my line of work and my existing engagements it would work out with their hours and holiday weekend. Plus have you seen their parking lot and how they drive around customer cars .. no thanks not in my brand new car ..

I can't believe this Subaru service is so terrible. I even regret that I bought my outback at here. I made appointment for 11:15am, but nobody didn't take care of me until 12 clock. Even no appointment is ahead of me. Totally mesh.More terrible thing is the price of auto parts is at will. One fat old guy told me one tire is $220, but another young guy stated only less than 160 for the same tire. Eventually, the manager offered me the later. If I didn't ask the price again, I must get fraud.

David is lovely, and I highly recommend him. It really seems like the team cares about their guests, and this is coming from a former car salesperson. I am glad I dropped in. If you love your Subi, there's no place else to go. Jose is fantastic too. Feel free to ask me any questions.

They do a great job with service, but the costs are absurd. Charging 1300 dollars for a routine 60k mile maintenance seems pretty steep to me. Ive also found that my certified pre-owned warranty doesn't cover very much in reality. All in all, my experience with Subaru as a company has been... meh. I do like my vehicle though.

Brand new 8 months old car moderate mileage with extended warranty but does not included tire warranty so bad ! misleading car does not work without tires so !warranty on brand new Cars on other brands had all covered make sure before buy

Subaru Impreza 21K+ mileage and my experience with this service:5 visits to fix the squeaking driver seat back support they changed springs several times, they changed cushion and in the end they finally realised that the abnormal sound is because of the friction with metal frame and they said they can't do anything more to fix it.One more visit I made because the front passenger seat was not assembled properly after the previous service and I found that interior was dammaged during the assembly. Had to talk to their manager to resolve the issue and thankfully got all pannels replaced for free. But that wasn't the end of my bad experience. When I went to check the car after service, found that they forgot to put one of the pannels and needed to resolve this issue with service advisor.Assuming all that It looks like this service has very incompetent technician team and I am thinking of finding another place were I can service my car.

Terrible terrible service. If I could give it a no star I would. I made an appointment and ended up to wait more than an hour. People without appointment were checked in before me. The fat old guy who checked us in was terrible, first he spent 10 minutes complaining to his coworker and his manager about how I was not his appointment when his tablet clearly shows my name and appointment time. I told his manager that I don't care who check us in, his manager told him just to take care of us. It took him 20 minutes to get us the paperwork when he quote us a lot more than the previous quote my husband got the day before. When we told him that the quote was lower yesterday, he said he wasn't working yesterday and told us to sign the paper. I insisted that he talk to his manager or his coworker who gave us the quote yesterday to check the price. He went talking to his manager. 5 minutes later, he came back and told us that he will give us a discount, which was the quote we got THE DAY BEFORE. People, please check and double check before you go. Otherwise you will be charged more than you should. Overall, terrible terrible experience.

Came here on March 2020 to replace the recalled airbags, but then they broke the lug nut and of course it was for free. I was like I just need the airbags changed, please don t do anything else to my car. I spent thousand of dollars fixing the broken lug nut somewhere else. And still haven t had the airbag changed. Very disappointed. Never come back here to do anything or even purchase a new car.

Always feels like I'm being scammed. They charge a huge sum for every diagnostic. The techs never have a clue what's going on. The wait times are always exacerbating. Even getting an appointment takes forever.

I had great experience at Steven creek Subaru until last time. Their service department seems reorganized and charged absurd price with impatient attitude if you question anything. Will change to other dealers for the service

Went in for recall service, took 2 days. No communication as to why it wasn't ready same day. Dropped it off at 9 am appointment. Disappointed by this place.
