We had an excellent experience purchasing our car yesterday. The whole staff was super friendly and very helpful. The sale associated helped us pick the perfect car to fit our budget. We don't have enough words to say thank you. He was fantastic super helpful. The process was quick and easy. When the purchase was completed, he helped us connected our phones to the car. He also when over all the car features with us. I definitely recomment coming here to purchase your next vehicle.

This is the best dealership that we ve been to. They are very professional and I will recommend this to all of my friends. Special mention to the guy who helped us ASH, he s very nice and a funny guy. I would like to mention Ismael their Finance Manager he s very flexible on terms. They will help you out just let them know your budget. I don t know the names of the other guys, oh Max is one of them but all of them were very accommodating. The sales team answered all my questions very well. They were very patient and friendly and not at all pushy car salesman stereotype. I would gladly deal with them again. UPDATE - I bought my EV9 and couldn't be happier with Carlos, Ash, and Max who helped me out. The car is fantastic and I love the attention to detail and friendliness of the team.

Worst experience ever. My mom had a good experience with Carlos and the manager. And I thought it would be the same. My husband was going to buy me a car in cash. When they asked about our credit they told us we didn t qualify for leasing but we ve been leasing for years. Then they decided to try and tell us to try the used cars section. I drive a 70,000 dollar car. I can afford a Kia. And then after telling them the car I wanted they added 10gs on top of the price on the car. We have never been so insulted. I m so disappointed. And not to mention embarrassed because I told my husband what a great place this was.

The staff at this place are very friendly, good and helpful people, they helped us out with everything and were able to find us the right car I specifically wanted to get, there is nothing bad I can say about them they are good at what they do which is to help customers get what they desire and really want ,I loved the car that I bought and the price that I got for it was perfect.

I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this Kia dealership that left me utterly disillusioned. I came in excited and enthusiastic about potentially buying the new Kia EV6, but the demeanor of the salesperson was off-putting from the beginning.The gentleman in question was not only older but carried an air of arrogance that quickly became intolerable. This was made even worse by the fact that he appeared to discriminate against me based on my visa status, questioning my ability to afford a vehicle - a tactless, rude behavior that I find difficult to overlook.In today's world, with the incredible diversity of people who make up the customer base, it's disappointing to see such blatant insensitivity. Everyone deserves to be treated with equal respect, regardless of their background or financial situation. Unfortunately, this salesperson was in dire need of a lesson in humility and customer service.Moreover, I was appalled to find that the Kia EV6 had a mark-up price of $5000 - an additional expense that feels unjustified for the value offered. Comparatively, Tesla's Model Y Performance, a vehicle I am now seriously considering, seems to be far better in terms of price-to-value ratio.At Tesla, the salespeople were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful - a stark contrast to the experience I had at Kia. This difference only further underscores the inadequacy of the service I received at the Kia dealership.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a Kia. The disrespect and discrimination I experienced were inexcusable, and the inflated price of the EV6 is simply not worth it. Please consider other dealerships where you will be treated with the respect and courtesy you deserve.

When my 9 month old Kia Sportage EX Hybrid was wrecked by a careless driver two weeks ago, I was devastated. I LOVED that car. What's interesting is, my first thought was to reach out to Stevens Creek Kia, where I originally purchased my Kia. Carlos and the entire team were phenomenal. I knew Carlos would be helpful in dealing with my insurance company. But not only did Carlos come through for me (and help me get a really fair settlement), he then found the exact car to replace my first one. Within 5 days of calling him, I was driving home in my new Kia Sportage. The entire process was actually quick and painless. I did some serious research (both times), so I know the prices I got were fantastic. What comes through for me the most, however, is how the folks at SC-K feel like a family. They clearly care about each other. They also clearly care about their customers. I recommend them without hesitation.

The employees at Kia are awesome! Max was the person who helped me get my process of trading in and buying started (and finished). The manager and finance person were so kind and personable. My purchase went seamlessly. They have great customer service and I appreciate their service. Thank you!

Tried do a deal through Car Gurus requested to work with the GM to get a deal done due to my specific financial situation. Tony was good at first he sent me the link to the finance app i filled out all my info submitted the app a day later get a call from a salesmen saying they need me social again i said no all info was already provided told Tony this and he basically said they stopped trying to do deal and won't do anything unless i come to dealership this why people hate car dealerships I don't want to spend all day at the dealership only want to come down when a deal is done he basically wants me to come down without a deal to have me fill out all the paper work again what Kind of GM does that horrible

Very poor customer service skills. From the receptionist all the way to the sales people. I was barely greeted when I walked in as well as nobody seemed to want to help. The sales guy barely got up to show me any vehicles and seemed so uninterested in selling me on anything. I have never walked into a car lot and felt so unwelcome. Please do better. I was ready to buy as a matter of fact I'm buying in April, but the fact that they thought I was not worth even selling made me realize I rather invest in another Kia location. I see that the person responding to the bad reviews keeps denying there's a problem. There is a problem and I'm not sure if it's profiling people and judging them before they even know their finances, but every customer should be treated equally; that is in fact the job. The job is to sell cars.

I purchased my 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid Limited from Kia Stevens Creek. Lucky enough to get it after only a day it had arrived. The team allowed me to inspect, test drive, and feel confident in the vehicle before making any commitment. They also helped me get an amazing deal while doing their best to connect me with a good lender at a promising rate. They were also able to help me in selling my car to Kia at the KBB value. Great experience leasing a new Niro PHEV from this dealership. I had already driven the model, so I called to find out if they had the color and trim I wanted available in stock. Once they confirmed, from there it was a simple process of coming to a lease term I was happy with and agreeing to a trade-in value for my old car. I was able to complete the deal in one afternoon, and Ash and his sales manager stayed late to accommodate my schedule. They were very friendly and up front about everything, and I never felt any pressure from them.

Stevens Creek Kia was awesome. We knew we wanted a Telluride for our growing family and had looked at 3-4 dealerships before (across multiple states). Stevens Creek had the best selection by far and got us a great deal on the car we wanted. They were really helpful at helping us compare trim options but not at all pushy. Very objective and accommodating of all our questions (and our energetic 2 year old).Process for buying was pretty smooth and fast. Ask for Ash and/or Max, they're both great!

I recently leased a Kia EV6 GT from the dealership. Max and Popal did a phenomenal job of getting me a very good deal and working with me to get to the numbers that I had in mind. They were very patient with the numerous back and forth as we tried to lock in the best deal for us.Ismail then got us through the paperwork really quick and answered all our concerns regarding the lease and the return process. Once the deal was done, Ash went through every feature of the car, even encouraging us to try before leaving the dealership. He helped us setup the apps etc with this being our first EV. Ash went above and beyond in making sure we drove off the lot without any concerns.I would definitely recommend this dealership as their hospitality and promptness was top notch.

The overall patience of the representative Khuram (from selection of ev6 variant to setting up of insurance), The detailed analysis by the finance specialist as well as the overall 3 hour time spent here from walk in to drive off was impressive. Everything was 10/10. This seems one of the best dealerships for buying in Bay area

One of the worst experiences that I experienced from a showroom in my life. I entered into the showroom with an appointment and with all the excitement of buying a new Kia Sportage. The salespersons were so inattentive, careless and condescending.There were two, one at the reception and an another at the desk, both of them were discouraging and at times felt being so rude. The salesperson didn t even mind to show me around the vehicle and just unlocked and pointed the car while sitting lazily at his place. I seriously doubt whether they d sell a car being this inattentive and careless.I wish they were more welcoming and helping customers in showing around and choosing a car and I hope all the KIA showrooms were not like this. I ve been to a Hyundai showroom too and they were so welcoming and heaven compared to this KIA showroom.Moreover I had never talked this bad about a place in review, but the behavior I faced just tempted me to make a comment like this and hope they ll be more caring and helping.

Beware of their markups over MSRP. If you're comfortable negotiating, they'll work with you but they drive a hard bargain. Also docking a few points for not being honest about their markups on the website. However, I appreciate that they weren't overly aggressive on the sales floor.As far as the actual dealership support goes, remains to be seen but so far any post-purchase concerns are taken care of swiftly and professionally.
