Have an 2002 Silverado that I decided to keep and brought it in to get all the service done with it having over 180k miles on it. There were some things that needed to get changed out, but it was expected with the age of the vehicle. During the process, one of the sensors went out, and they have been really great about taking the time to look at the issue for me. I would have had no idea how to handle this on my own nor had the diagnostics equipment to do it. I appreciate their focus on making the vehicle right. Drove like a new truck when I got it back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto brake replacement

Complicated feelings about this place and how to rate them; I scheduled service here twice because of their ability to schedule on Saturday, which can be difficult to find. The first was a routine mileage based maintenance, and the second was for a wheel bearing. The routine service was painless, market price, and felt like a satisfactory transaction. However, when I brought it in for a routine and typical wheel bearing sound, I was told that the problem was significantly more invasive - crankshaft balancer and rear transmission mount, a price two orders of magnitude more than I expected. I opted to take the vehicle to an independent shop for a second opinion, as I simply don't have the liquid assets to NOT get additional input. The other shop identified and replaced the passenger front wheel bearing, and the symptoms were resolved. My consternation comes from two points: the fact that I paid full price for diag time that never indicated the wheel bearing at fault, instead opting for a big ticket expense that wouldn't have resolved the issue for which I scheduled. The second is that the bearing noise was omnipresent with or without the engine running (i.e. still present on electric motor when charged), which lead me to believe the diagnosis was incorrect (because why would the crankshaft balancer make the howling bearing noise when the engine isn't running?) or at least dishonestly presented as the only option (265$ to disregard the obvious solution in search of other problems).I understand that I am trusting professional expertise AND mechanic best judgment. However, I could have spent 12 hours labor at 300$ an hour (price quoted) to not resolve the symptom. All this to say, potentially tread carefully. Do some research when they offer their diagnosis, as they may not be incorrect, but disingenuous can be just as, or more, expensive for those without deep pockets.

Wanted $600 to inspect a "service airbag" light and a known issue on the charge port of a Chevy Spark EV. That is the charge before any repair costs! I would expect this stage to be free, especially for these easily diagnosable things - and especially for a known issue.

They were able to complete service on my vehicle that local mechanics refused to do. They are certified professionals and will do the job right. Parts had to be ordered for my car, but they communicated with me throughout the process. Be careful as they charge a hefty diagnosis fee so make sure you've already confirmed there is an issue first - this gets waived at the end.Update: More issues came up from their work and they charged for more parts that I thought I was already paying for the first time. To an unaware customer they might be paying $2k for rear brake replacements on a FWD vehicle. There was also lots of back and forth during the whole process and it took quite a bit of time. The second time they gave me a free rental vehicle to use though which was nice.Another update: Requested to fix my steering issue from the axle & motor mount replacements done by Fair Oaks Auto Care. They deemed a wheel alignment would be best. I paid for this to be done. It was an improvement on steering but it's not as straight as before, requiring a bit of constant force left to keep the vehicle straight. I didn't have time to go back again, but will update this review if I'm ever in the area again with this vehicle.

Update: Better this time for service. Still wouldn't buy a car here because of how terrible my sales/showroom experience was here. However, Erica in Service did a great job and when the thing happened (always a thing here), that is they lost my keys, she took care of getting it replaced and reprogrammed ASAP at no cost to me and no delays. She was communicative, very responsive and got everything done. Great job Erica, thanks!

There is a long story here, but overall I am very happy with the service I received here. There have been some hiccups in service but when I was able to speak to someone they were professional and helpful.

Great customer service. Thank you Neli.Service was great but expensive $700 for 8 plugs and wires. I should stop being lazy and do it myself. One thing I wasn't to happy about way my alignment is way out when I got my car back. I just had it aligned a month ago.

Worst service ever. They left my car parked outside with windows open for multiple days which messed up my tan leather interior. Then some tech took my car to his house?!?! And on another occasion they parked my car under some tree and it was full of leafs, even in the engine bay. This is just the beginning, trust me you don't want to know the rest... I wouldn't put ANY car in their hands.

I leased two cars with them, and oh my, this is an adventure. Never again. I like the cars, but not this dealer. I purchased Wear and Tear on my old lease that I turned up, GM send a bill to me for over $800, I'm like "Why, I had a warranty exactly for this", and this dealer said they are not responsible for it, and this warranty is effectively not with then, but with Momentum, and they are condescending saying now it's my problem to chase down Momentum warranty -- who went bankrupt or some other games to change the legal entity and not respect any prior obligations like my Wear and Tear warranty. They just sell (and rip you off), and have no interest in ensuring they fill out documents correctly, or helping you out to actually use the warranty you paid like $1k for. They will go to court for this. They also made a mistake with collecting my insurance, which made me double-pay for an extra insurance for 2 months, and their employee called Moe used ALL CAPS when emailing with me about their own mistake.

No one likes going to a dealer. But with an electric car, you can't take them to normal places like Pep Boys so I'm forced to come here. Tire alignments are $150 and oil changes are $100. Inspections and diagnosis with NO fixing are $400. So that's always fun.But they get two starts for being clean and relatively friendly.

Took over a week to get my car serviced. Had to frequently contact my service rep to get any updates. After a week of texting and calling with little to no answers I had to go over there in person.

Went to check out a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED vehicle. Was a 2019 GMC Yukon. Asked the sales rep about the vehicle prior to and to be sure for any scratches and dents as it was a 3 hour drive. Claimed it was is great condition found some damage on there online photos which they touched up. Which I felt was acceptable for the vehicle. Get there after the long drive to find additional damage . On the hood of the vehicle badly scratched up and a very noticeable dent in the wheel well body line. Felt a little deceived and misled being I made it very clear I wanted to be aware of the vehicle and any damage on the vehicle. Salesman s name was Vishal. FYI

Dont get your car repaired or serviced here. They will rip you off without hesitation. Go to Capitol. The newest management is a joke. Just changed hands around October 2019. You have been warned.

I went in for a recall repair and came out with warnings about my tire pressure being low even though they had told me they'd check my tires as well as do the recall repair.
