I live in Santa Cruz, work in San Jose and had an emergency with my tensioner pully and serpentine belt. Pulled off the 880 and seen this place randomly right there next to Valley Fair and found these awesome guys. No appointment, in a rush, trying to get back over the hill and I came to the right spot. Had me back on the road in 2 hrs. Fair prices and friendly. Thanks again guys. Highly recommend.

Came here on recommendation from a good friend who uses this as her shop and was very pleased. Phone demeanor is great as well as in person. Explained things well and were very transparent. Turnaround time was quick too (I think it s good to get there first thing when they open)Very conveniently located by the highway and if you need to kill some time, Valley Faire is literally right across Steven s Creek

Great Service as always. I have been going to them with my cars for years. Always great service. Highly recommend Stevens Creek Auto!!!! I have never been disappointed with any of their work or their attitude. Great place to take your car!!

Friendly, honest and fast. I needed a small repair on underneath engine splash guard. It got detached when i hit a parking stone. They provided quick service in very reasonable rates. Other places would have charged much higher. But they got the work done without any fuss. A coworker recommended this place after I needed some repairs done, Bering new to the area and not much of a car guy I was very apprehensive about finding a new mechanic but the owner and staff put me at ease. they are honest and very reliable. I m very grateful to my coworker for recommending them.

I love Norman & all his employee's! They are honest, hard working, great people. I've been coming here since the mid 80's....no complaints. Treat customers with respect & take good care of the vehicles entrusted to them.

Employees are very nice... and not once ever since I have them worked on my cars never had to bring my car back for the same problem! They're honest and great work! I always recommend this to everyone.

I've been here a few times since I bought my car. They had the cheapest prices when I shopped around and came recommended by a friend. They are quick and reasonably priced and friendly. They don't try to sell me on things that don't absolutely need to be done, but let me know when things do.Bonus: great location - walking distance to Valley Fair and Santana Row to keep you occupied while you wait for repairs.

Honest and Professional Staff. My Dodge would crank but fail to start for months, causing a huge inconvenience when transportation is so valuable in San Jose. After visiting two other (unhelpful) shops I brought the car here and they were able to figure out the problem. Originally they mentioned it could be the crankshaft, and after they ordered the part and replaced it they realized that wasn't the problem. They did not charge me for that, instead they asked for more time to dig deeper into the problem. It ended up being the car's computer (ECM), which had to be replaced. Upon replacement the car starts PERFECTLY and I am in such relief. Made my year!Service: Oil change

Lost oil pressure in our sienna van which was gushing oil. Towed to these guys by triple a. Described the symptoms to Norm and he already knew the issue that impacts Siennas. Have about 150k miles? 157k actually. Probably the oil cooling line. Also yep. Had the part on hand and had us going in 2 hours. Afterward put the car on the lift to show me the repair and the old part. $400 all in. Amazing!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I live in Milpitas and I'm surrounded by many Auto care centers, but none are like Stevens Creek Auto. They were a great find. I feel as though I can really trust them with my vehicle and they don't push services on me. Chris at the front desk is always very welcoming and the entire staff thus far has been on point...they get me in and out Ninja style. Definitely recommend them especially to my single lady friends that are skeptical of Auto shops that push services onto us because of the fact that we are Women.

This has been my go-to shop for so many reasons! List goes as follow:-very professional & friendly-there s no such thing as a dumb question; they answer everything with patience-they are all hard workers and look to get your car taken care of ASAP.-I always leave feeling safe back on the road and grateful to have SCA take care of all my car needs.

Went here on a recommendation from a friend. I was having issues with my 4WD. Talked to Chris and he didn't feel comfortable tackling the problem as they don't work on 4WD much. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely be back when I need non 4WD service.

I have been taking my cars to Norman at Stevens Creek Auto for years; I will never take my car anywhere else. The level of professionalism, level of customer care and the satisfaction that I receive is second to none. I have referred many people to Norman and will continue to do so. Top notch auto repair shop!

I have known this company for almost 40 years and they're the best honest courteous available when you need them I personally know Norman when Chris was three years old so I highly recommend Stevens Creek automotive very very very very satisfied all these years and I've sent home my customers there too

I've brought ever car here since my first in 1992 and I really don't like going anywhere else. Service is great, affordable, and completed in usually a reasonable amount of time.

This is for STEVEN CREEK AUTOMOTIVE:MY REVIEW WILL BE HONEST. This is the best small automotive shopin the Bay Area. I have gone there for years and never have I left disappointed. They know what they are doing and they are as honest as the day is long. I swear this on my mothers grave.

After buying the car is when our grief began. The Suburu I bought here was my second car purchase in two weeks, having just moved back to the country. Unlike the Honda dealer where I bought my first car, these guys would not let me drive the car off the lot without a physical proof of insurance, due to their "policy".They were not friendly about this once they had my money, I would not recommend this place to anyone, based on the much easier sales experience I had at Dublin Honda - they treat their customers right.
