this shop is really awesome and professionally run. Johann is the lead tech and is always super helpful and takes his time explaining issues and diagnostics. We have been bringing our cars here for 15 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. :)

Johann and Jessie are fantastic. I've been a customer of them for close to 10 years and they service my Mercedes and BMW. Highly skilled mechanics, they have all the equipment to diagnose tricky problems and are ALWAYS extremely fair and transparent. I trust them completely and this review is NOT one done by a friend. Finding a good auto mechanic is like finding a good doctor. Southbay Auto Haus is my preferred care provider for my 2001 BMW Z3. They are friendly, responsive, charge a fair price (meaning not what one expects when one takes a BMW to a mechanic), go way beyond what is required, and have provided me with a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommended them for your German-made automobile.
