HELLO EVERYONE THIS PLACE & BENJAMIN BEAMAN IS A SCAM!!!! I am writing this review for any future customers who are even considering visiting this unprofessional establishment. First off, I would like to say my initial encounterment with the manager Benjamin Beeman was not welcoming. I came in for a brake fluid change as well as a tire rotation since I had just spent $1,200 for some new tires here 6 months prior. The gentleman was very nonchalant. I asked him a couple of questions and gave me uncertain answers. I had just recently serviced my transmission fluid on my Civic Honda 2023. I didn't come in for a multipoint inspection, nor did I ask for my car to be checked besides having my brake fluid changed and as well as my tires rotated. In the midst of me waiting for my vehicle to be finished I received a call from Benjamin Beeman stating that my transmission oil was very dirty and also that my car had over 90,000 miles and it was due for a transmission fluid change. He also mentioned to me the vehicle was already on the lift and it would only be a $200 service to get it done now. I said i would speak to him in person. Once arriving at the store, I asked Benjamin Beaman if he could show me how dirty my transmission oil was. He refused and said we can't do that. Once I mentioned I had my trasmission serviced a week prior, he became very rude, combative, and even mentioned I should've taken my vehicle elsewhere. He never apologized and mention he was just trying to do a free multipoint inspeaction.... sounds more like a multi inspection scam. I own a limo company here in the Bay Area, I just don't see how establishments do business like this. You may think you're safe and sound due to it being a franchise. However, when I contacted corporate Monroe, I dealt with a lot of unprofessionalism employees who don't care they gave me the runaround story .I was told that a district manager named Todd troedel would contact me it's been some quiet time now, and he has not reached out to me about this incident.I am writing this review for my community to be on toes with establishments like these who try to take advantage of you. I would not like to see ederly people, women, or even the young crowd in my community be taking advantage, especially when people are struggling in today's economy. I am still waiting to hear from the regional manager or corporate for this emotional damaging experience. PLEASE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! MAY GOD BE WITH EVERYONE IN THESE DIFFICULT SITUATIONS.

Came in for an oil change and somehow they didn t see a coolant leak that the manager said clearly was there longer than the 24 hours since I left them. After arguing opinions with the service manager I asked to just leave it alone and give my car. They couldn t stop defending their incompetent work. After getting mad and telling them to F-off and just give me my car. Was threatened by their employees who were not involved with the service Matter. Alittle scary that they have my address but at least this review will help others!Overpriced and incompetent management will have me look elsewhere.

John was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.I got a screw in the rear right tire on a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek on a super rainy day. Filled the tire with air at a gas station and made it home. I put the spare on the next day, drove to Costco but was turned away because they "couldn't repair, because the screw was too close to the edge" and didn't carry GoodYear brand to replace just the one. Also, Subis require all four to be replaced if one goes out after a certain amount of wear since they are all wheel drive. John explained the same scenario (with a great explanation of how that actually effects the cehicle) but after looking at the tire was sure he could repair it! What a budget saver! Took a little over an hour in total with no appointment for only $35. I made it home no problem, so I think John and his crew did the trick! Will update later if anything goes awry, but so far so good! 10/10 would recommend.

John the manager and his crew provided excellent service of my vehicle. John provided excellent diagnostic recommendations as to what services my Honda needed. Also they are open seven days a week for customer convenience.

It was a great experience all the way through from Ben taking the initial call and the intake information when I first came to the shop and ordering the tire my car needed to Johnathan taking in the vehicle when I dropped it off and to the final piece of picking up my vehicle and the friendly conversation with Johnny and Ben! Highly recommend this Skip s Tire! They were great and I was recommended to use them from a coworker/friend!

Subject: Serious Concerns About Recent Service Experience at Your StoreDear Office Manager,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service I recently received at your store. I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention, as it has greatly affected my trust in your establishment.Upon bringing my SUV to your store for repair, I encountered a series of issues that left me highly dissatisfied. Firstly, my SUV's almost new tire had a nail in it, and your staff recommended replacing the tire entirely. When I questioned the necessity of this, I received varying explanations for the need for replacement, initially citing the nail's location and later mentioning a supposed cut in the tire.I was certain that there was no cut in the tire, as I had thoroughly inspected it before handing over my vehicle. However, when the new tire was installed, I requested to see the old one and was shocked to find that the damage to the tire had occurred during the removal process due to the negligent handling by one of your employees. This careless handling made the tire beyond repair, even after a patch could have potentially fixed it.Additionally, the mishandling of my wheel lock key was another indication of the poor quality of service I experienced. The key was carelessly left on the floor, requiring an extensive search to locate it. Such negligence is completely unacceptable and further compounds my dissatisfaction with your store. In summary, the overall experience leaves me with the impression that my good tire was intentionally damaged to force me into purchasing a new one, which is completely unethical and unfair to customers. I intend to share my concerns with the General Manager of your store and the corporate manager of your company. As a result of this experience, I have lost confidence in the service provided at your establishment and will no longer bring my three cars to Skip's Tires.I expect that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to address these issues, ensuring that other customers do not encounter similar problems in the future.

Depends who s helping you and who s in the pits working, I ve had good honest work. I ve also had care-free attitude and service from multiple vehicles here. A Subaru tribeca had a battery replacement in which the lazy serviceman dropped it in the housing without securing it. A Toyota Camry that came in was worked on for all fluids. I guess this required to remove the cowling and other plastic covers, again a lazy serviceman threw everything back in with the same clips they broke during removal; they again did not secure the covers back to original condition. Whoever owns this place needs to check real good on what consistency is from the shop over, take notesEDIT: a follow up to call as a response makes you look like you don t care and very corporatized, this was your time to let me and everyone else know you can own up publicly

Very friendly and knowledgeable agent on Superbowl Sunday. Ordered new tire for me and installed very quickly following day. Turned a bad experience of hitting a pot hole into a good experience getting problem resolved!

I went for an emergency screw in my tire. Arrived at 7h45am, was out at 9h45. You can wait in place but there is no wifi to work, so probably not ideal. However, in front of the place there is a Starbucks which is perfect. Cost was reasonable. Only improvement would be to not change all the possible settings of the driver seat

Skip tires ended up not having the tires I ordered on their website in stock. Instead they were able to get us different tires at a better price. Great customer service!

Skip's Tires has changed ownership and is a completely different service experience, one for the worse! I brought in my classic Corvette for them to simply install and balance four new tires that I provided. When I got the car back they told me that three of the lug studs on the rear axle were stripped. They then sent me on the way with only two lugs holding my wheel on! I guess they don't know how to spell LIABILITY?When I got home I took it apart and found that they had crossthreaded and stripped three of the lug nuts, not the actual studs. If they had cared at all and took the time they could have figured this out in about 5 minutes and done the lug nut replacement for me and charged me. But instead they chose to send me on my way with a dangerous situation. How did they know I wasn't going to go drive on the freeway with two lugs holding my back wheel on?WARNINGIf you value your safety, Skips Tires is not the place for you or your car!

Great service! I used the online form to make an appointment on Thursday night, for Friday morning 7:30am. I was first in the parking lot and first at the counter. Whole team was friendly and helpful. I was getting my old Toyota Camry checked out. All is good. They did oil change, tire rotation, and checked fluids, brakes, and did a corner to corner. Five stars!

Stay away!! Terrible experience. Pricing not competitive and zero sense of customer service. I was in a pinch so had car towed here and should have gone to American Tire for a much better experience.

Johnny is funny and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot just from his interactions with others and myself. He does appear to be mean, but he isn't he's funny, caring, and very sweet. The team is also very caring guys who take pride in their work as they should.

I received information about a variety of tires which helped me choose the right kind of tires for my car and use of that car. After an inspection, they shared their findings. I found a few other things that my car needed to run properly. I appreciated their professional, friendly approach. I worked with John at the location and Johnny on the phone. They were both great!

Horrible service, very messy and spilled oil everywhere and hardly bother to clean after and they left grease stains in the driver's door and part of the roof on the driver's side and mind you my car has a white interior, I do not reccomend

WOMEN BEWARE! Family has gone here for years. This time was drastically different and I am appalled that men are functioning like this! Had a $35 estimate for a mail in my tire. The low pressure light was on less than 24 hours. The man used scare techniques to attempt to get me to spend over $2000 for unneeded items. He even said as a mom, I shouldn't put my baby at risk by driving the car. Mind you I get my car serviced every 4 months and some of the recommended service had already been done in the last year. When I pushed back on all their assertions with facts, their story dramatically changed. I solely believe my gender played a role in them trying to take advantage. Thus women, use this location with caution. They will even use your identity as a new mother to try to terrifying you into up sales.

Appreciated the call reminding me that an oil change and tire rotation were due. Service took a little longer than promised but I was kept informed. Inspection results were reviewed with me verbally, but the report was not included in my paperwork.

I had 4 tires replaced on my Honda Odyssey in late Oct 2022. Tire alignment was completed then as well. I took my van in for scheduled service today at Capital Honda. They claimed the alignment was off. Only 3,000 miles since I got the tires. Stopped by Skips on Blossom Hill. Jeff and the Manager Johnny were quick to address my concerns and checked the results. Apparently the diagnostic tests at Honda are not accurate. Johnny was great deal with. Nice to support a local shop. I will be back.

As a woman going into a tire shop, it s always in the back of your mind wether you are going to be taken advantage of price wise. All the employees I spoke to were upfront, polite, courteous and explained everything in detail. They are very professional and trustworthy.

I did not request a courtesy inspection or constant updates when it would be ready. I am thankful those were not sent to me. I was told 3 hrs and got a call right around 3 hrs later. Then I picked up my car at my leisure. The alignment was really a game changer! Car feels much better on the road and accelerates better! Thank you, great job!

I had a tire blow on my large box truck and it was super urgent that I get back on the road as quickly as possible. Jeff and his team at Skip's really saved me and I felt like they really tried to reassure me. I am really happy with the service and we were back on the road asap. Thanks you guys!
