I came in with a small 1.5 inch crack on my windshield. Lady gave me big spiel on how this was impossible to do a repair on with resin and needed to be replaced. I could sense the scammines of it all. 2 miles away Auto Masters glass did a repair on it in 30 minutes. I cant even tell if i ever had any cracks ever. Not an honest business, they might appear to be but overall they are just fleecing you by selling you replacements you dont need.

I was so happy that my auto mechanic told me about this place to take care of a chip in my windshield. The receptionist booked my appointment easily and shared what to expect as far as time and cost when they were finished with the repair. I was on time on a Saturday and was out before the earliest time they had quoted and for the least amount of the range of what it would possibly cost.I highly recommend this shop! But hope I won't need them again :)

Don't use this shop. Just don't.Had my windows tinted here. First time I went to roll down my passenger window the glass rubbed on the window regulator and scratched my tint.They refused to honor their warranty and wanted me to pay another 65 dollars to have the tint fixed. Because he couldn't get his money back for the material from the tint manufacturer. Basically was willing to lose business over a 45 dollar sheet of tint.The drivers side had issues as well. Just a low quality shop all around.And even with all of that the prices really aren't competitive.I was gonna bring another one of my cars here to get tinted next but I'm going to another place for that and to probably remove and replace what this shop did.

Called this place to get my front passenger window replacement after a break in. I am so happy with the work and how FAST they did it. Also had them do a tint match and they did a great job with that. They did a great job on my car I've been going with them for a long time and 1999 I took my Corvette there and they did my Corvette and now they did my Camaro and the guy said bring your Corvette if you have any problems with it no I didn't

I was getting my car fixed a couple of doors down and I stopped by here to ask for prices. These people are seriously condescending, from front office to especially the semi gray haired guy in the shop. I guess maybe they re looking for customers that feel privileged getting the chance to get their cars tinted there. Sorry, I m not one of them.

Linda and Art have good customer service and explain the benefits of LLumar shield/tint based on feature functionality. It takes about 4 hours to heat treat the tint so be prepared to come back. They are open on Saturday from 8.30am to 1.00pm. The approx price of 3 major options of tint material (heat, UV and opaqueness) are $250 to $320 including taxes for the front windows and add another $250 for the windshield. They are good friends with the next door James /Kim Tires. There is a waiver form for citation that one has to sign for tinting the front windows

Made an appointment with them for tinting by phone. It took a while but at least I knew it was done correctly. Going there I was pleasantly surprised at the tint choices and I got to customize my tint shades from 80 down to 5. I was clearly informed on what tint number was for what.Parking Area is a little pack so schedule early if possible. Good news is there is a nearby breakfast place.When it was all over front desk informed me of my warranty and what to do and not do. Good service. Thank you!

I went to Silicon Valley Window and Tinting because I had some crazy lady throw a rock through my rear windshield. They took me in and repaired same day I called. The front Office lady was amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful. She knew about the inns and outs of Auto Insurance claims and helped me my talking to my insurance company to get my repair expedited. The Owner did an amazing job, they even vacuumed the glass out of my car. I highly recommend this place because of their skill, professionalism and attention to detail. Their pricing was up from and I was in and out in a couple of hours. I value honesty and quality workmanship and the fact that a human answers the phone when you call. I will never use anyone else for my auto and glass needs.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Had a window get broken into before the incoming rain. Silicon Valley Auto Glass was amazing from start to finish!!! They even let us bring our car in and hold it overnight so it would net get rained in . 10/10 would recommend for any needs for your auto glass. Hopefully we dont have any more windows shattered while in SF, but if we do, we def know where to come!

My cars rear glass was broken and I had to get it fixed around the Christmas eve.They placed an order for the glass, accommodated my needs based on my insurance policy. They gave me the best possible scenario during the Christmas eve.I am glad to have chosen their services.I don't want any of your cars to be damaged at any time .But if it does happen , you can choose them to serve your needs.They were extremely accommodating, helpful and super responsive.

On a drive to San Jose from Seattle I stopping to install new wiper blades. I noticed a small crack in the windshield of my Subaru Outback. By the time I reached San Jose, the crack was 1/2 way across the windshield. I needed a replacement fast, before my return drive!I ended up going to Silicon Valley Auto Glass and I am happy I did. They are professional and gave the great fast service I really needed. The care and quality of the work look to be excellent. They were also very efficient at dealing with my insurance company, State Farm.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Absolutely recommend this place. I dropped my car off at 830am and they called with it ready by 1030am on a Friday. Even if it did get back later than expected (before 4pm at latest they said) it was still exceptional service. The hours are listed as 8am, they answered when i called before 8 am at 730. Spoke directly with Allstate and is billing them directly. Complimentary vacuum (not detail, but very nice touch) , amazing and friendly staff. I am happy to leave a good comment here. In late 2017 I took my sons 2001 Ford Mustand in to have the rear window tinting removed and replaced. The old tinting was real bad and I was worried we would some how damage the window defrost lines. This shop was awesome. It was done professionally and on time as stated. The job looked amazing, no damage to the defrost lines or function and price was very reasonable. Now I'm scheduled to have my 2009 Infinity rear window tinting removed and replaced. I'm expecting same quality job as previously experienced. Happy customers are repeat customers!

I have my Lexus windshield repaired here. The other auto pair I consulted asked me to wait for 1 month the OEM glass so I found this one, and only took a week they get the OEM for my Lexus. The repair is also very smooth and they are quite responsive. I've drove the repaired Lexus for 1 month and so far so good. Would like to recommend to anyone who has the same issue as I faced before.

They made sure my window was replaced as fast and as perfectly as possible. The glass had to be shipped from Japan because non existed anywhere in the United states. The door panel was damaged and they made sure to include it also as it was covered by my insurance. I am extremely happy with the work silicon valley auto glass did to bring my ride back to its original mint condition. I highly recommend this glass shop for your auto glass repair.

I called around to multiple shops. Most of the shops could not see me on the same day or could not locate the replacement window. I was able to get same day service and Silicon Valley Auto was able to get the part because they have access to multiple vendors. In addition, they were also able to do a tint match which most other shops did not offer. I would highly recommend this shop should you ever be in the unfortunate position of needing to have car glass replaced. Also they do great tint work, I plan on seeing them again to for additional tint work

I had my car broken into the Saturday before Father's Day and Art came in ON Father's Day to help me get the area covered and had me set up for repair first thing Monday.My car was dealt with quickly and the service was AMAZING! Communication throughout the process was great and it was so nice to have the repair part of a car break-in not be a nightmare. Thank so much, Art!

My auto service dealer had Silicon Valley Auto Glass and Window Tinting install some door cup film protection and this review is to say, the workmanship is below average and damaging. They scratched the area that they are supposed to be trying to protect, not once but on all four doors. Since they used a razor, the cuts are deep and can't be buffed out. Please make sure your service department doesn't use this vendor.

I can't say enough about the customer service at SVAG. I needed 2 windows replaced on my vehicle and called Silicon valley glass at 7a.m. and was told to drop off my car at 8 a.m. Art H. talked me through my insurance claim phone call and sent me on my way. I had my keys back in my hand at 3:30 that same day. I had an amazing experience at Silicon Valley Glass.

I would never use this glass shop ever again for glass replacement or window tinting. Art is rude and their work is mediocre. They lose door parts and then deny it ever happened. Go anywhere but to Silicon Valley Auto Glass. Beware!!

They removed the tinting off of five Windows of my 1992 Vigor. I had tinting put on when I bought the car 22 years ago and it had bubbled, cracked and peeled so bad over the years that I could only are out of the front three Windows.The Windows look band new now! I will bee back to have the Windows re-tinted soon!

The glass wasn't properly replaced. Shortly after I got a crack in the glass and they were supposed to replace it again before the 30 days were up. I called many times, but never got back to me like they said. Wouldn't recommend! Waste of money! Had to go somewhere.

Had tint removed on drivers and passenger side front door glass on a late model SUV $50.00 took about 20 minutes and very clean job!
