This business is extremely efficient. It took less than 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire and got an offer. In less than two hours accepting the offer, I was contacted by an associate to upload the title, registration and photos. In less than an hour, my appointment to inspect the car was confirmed on the same day. It took less than 20 minutes to sign the paperwork and got the check. I had sold and traded in cars several times. None can compare to this experience. The offer I got is more than their competitors.

I had a low mileage car to sell, in excellent condition. Got quotes from CarMax and CarBuyersUSA - they were both on low end of the range provided by Edmunds. Then I got a quote from DGDG. It came in at the high end. We set up a meeting, they examined the car and drove it, put together the paperwork and handed me a check - all in about 30 minutes. Their representative (concierge) was personable and knowledgeable. And the whole experience was great.

I decided to sell my Nissan cargo van and I got all the offers online from other dealers way too low for what my van actually was worth. DGDG offered me a good deal and I decided to sell my van to them. Brandon, their representative, was very quick to help with the process. It was a fast process from point A to point B. We contacted Sell to DGDG needing to sell a 2021 Ford F-150 with only 8674 miles. After filling out the online form we got an immediate offer which we accepted. When we were finally able to agree on an inspection date, we took the truck in, our contact at DGDG, JJ, drove it around for 10 minutes or so, and deemed it exactly as we described and that the sale would go through. Another 10 minutes of paperwork and we were handed a check. They took care of the DMV and the truck payoff to Ford. We were impressed at how quickly the entire event took place and how much easier (and much faster) it was than trying to sell it ourselves. Thanks!!

Relatively quick and easy, I would sell to DGDG again in a heartbeat, but their follow up could've been much better. The process online was very easy and their offer was great, and getting the paperwork and photos over to them was easy as well. There were some issues with the type of transaction I needed to do since I was selling a car on behalf of a business. The issue was quickly resolved, but the team could've been better at returning calls and answering emails/text messages. I needed to call or text multiple times to get a response and I waited multiple days for an answer to some messages -- The actual experience dropping off the car and doing the handoff was excellent, 10/10, everything was well explained, all the paperwork was ready to sign, they have a very efficient system.

DGDG gave me the most competitive price of all other companies like Carvana, Carmax, Enterprise car sales, etc. The process was easy and quick. Sent copied of docs and pictures and they set an appointment for the next day. They kept the check ready before I reach there and paperwork, inspection, everything was done and sold the car within 30 mins.Especially, Brandon was quite resourceful and answered all the questions I had, which made the selling experience pleasant.

Sell to DGDG sent me an online offer which was better than most offers.The best part was that after a bit of talking and seeing the car, they said the car was in better shape than originally thought and upped the offer by quite a bit.They could have just kept the original offer but the honesty to go above and beyond was amazing!

I was very impressed by the entire process. I went to numerous car buying sites looking for the right one. I found this one to be the most user friendly (great website), the price offered was the highest, and the customer service from that point forward was super impressive. Eric Scanlon, the Concierge who helped me, was really great to work with. They made the process easy and convenient.I highly recommend Eric as well as DGDG.

I can t believe how easy the entire process is, not to mention that it was the highest offer I found online. Brandon Mejia reached out to me the next day and the whole process followed the timeline provided on the first day. He is always available when I call him and within 4 days I got my check. Originally he asked me about coming in the afternoon and I told me I would come at around 4pm. Then I called him up and asked if I could come in late morning, and he called me back within 30 minutes once he confirmed the check was ready. When I arrived about an hour later, he was ready with all the paperwork. He told me ahead of the time the whole process takes about 15 minutes and he was absolutely right. I walked out happy with my check and a copy of my paperwork as promised.

What an amazingly simple and seamless transaction! after getting an offer for my car, I sent in some photos, drove down to the inspection center and received my check in about 10 mins for exactly what was offered. Not a penny less. I've sold my car using KBB cash offer before and it takes way longer for the inspection and I never ever get the amount I was initially offered. Definitely would recommend DGDG! Less effort and a great offer!

DGDG gave me the most competitive price of all other companies like Carvana, Shift, Carmax, BMW dealerships, Mazda dealership, etc.The experience was quite smooth once I uploaded my photos (they kept the check ready before I reach there) and paperwork, inspection, everything was done and sold the car within 45 mins. No changes from the quote either when they inspected.Especially, TJ was quite resourceful and answered all the questions I had, which made the selling experience pleasant.

This was the easiest sell we ve had. The process from submitting info online to bringing our Honda for a inspection to being paid out was so smooth. We felt welcomed as we arrived into the DGDG center located in El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, Ca. I believe the representatives that helped us was Andrew. Had an excellent experience selling my truck to DGDG. The entire process was extremely smooth (and simple). And, I received a very fair price. Comparing the difference in what I could have sold to a private party, the small difference in price vs. how easy and fast the process was, made it a no brainer for me.Definitely recommend DGDG.
