We found the car on carfax and instantly connected with. We had our appointment with Mike, who showed honesty and grace in his work. Not only did he make us feel comfortable, but he made sure we understood the pros and cons and that we knew what we signed up for.We also enjoy Chasity taking us on the test drive, taking time to make sure we had what we needed, and great conversation.The team was nice to be around, and the added pressure to purchase a vehicle didn't show up, which made the decision much easier. I felt very heard and understood as a parent and buyer.

Where to start? The staff were wonderful, Mike, Ahmed and Chastity were amazing. Super thorough, not pushy but informative. The staff worked with me from the beginning to the end. This was a two week process ONLY because I had to do my homework and they understood. I am extremely happy with my purchase plus the price was in my budget.I highly recommend San Jose Mitsubishi, please check them out, awesome team !!You rock !!!

Purchase a car here on October, everything was Turning out fine till recently I received a bill from them asking me to reimburse them for what they had to pay the dvm for the license plates becase they calculated the fee wrong and it was more then what they charged me when adding everything up to finance the car , they are threatening to send me to collection if I don't pay them back for 1st of all there mistake. Definitely don't recommend this place at all they don't even have the courage to call to tell me about this. All they have done is sent a letter stating I need to pay them back and if I don't they will send me to collection.

Bought a car from them in December and come February I get a bill saying they undercharged me my registration fee by over 200$ and that I owe them by a specific date. I know when buying a car that registration fees are estimated but come on they sell cars for a living and know the fees well enough that I shouldn t have a surprised bill of over 200$.

Sales team at San Jose Mitsubhishi Michael and Rodrigo were great in accommodating me. Rodrigo was even picking up calls during his thanksgiving time off after I picked up the vehicle. Sales team was in touch during the first 2 weeks of my owning the vehicle and answering all my questions and clarifying on doubts. They were very helpful. Roberto in service department and Frazan in sales were great as well in accommodating me. I feel like I got a great deal on my 2023 Outlander PHEV lease and without needing to bargain. The whole purchase and pickup was completed in about 2 hours. I would recommend purchasing here.Also want to thank John, Service manager at Hayward Mitsubhishi for some detailing work done on the vehicle after deliver. Michael co-ordinated with John at Hayward branch for the job and John very helpful and patient. Overall my experience at San Jose Mitsubishi was good.

Update: So I had a small issue with my Outlander, at my own doing. I needed urgent help on resolving an issue and emailed JD, who was super responsive but has now moved to a different division of their company. He put me in touch with Michael Salemi, the Sales GM at San Jose Mitsubishi. Eventhough it was a weekend and the service department was closed, Michael immediately jumped in to help. He thoroughly walked me through the issue and how to resolve it, and even asked me to take the car in after issue was resolved for some personal attention at the dealership. And the guy could not be any nicer or more attentive. My partner was surprised at the level of care Michael was showing, which really made him stand out. I am very grateful to him and trust me when I say its these types of interactions that make you a lifetime brand client. Thank you, Michael Salemi.Original Review: Had a great time working with JD Davidson. Outstanding guy, man of his word, and super helpful. He was honest with me about what I was and wasn't able to get and set clear expectations. I love my Outlander PHEV so far. Thanks SJ Mitsubishi and JD!

My wife took my Outlander to Mr. Hoang because it stopped working and the keys weren t even opening the car! The car was scanned and he found the problems right away! Explained everything for me and my wife and we could have a quote at the same day! Mr. Hoang and his team were very nice and patience with us so we could understand everything was happening with my car! He even gave nice savings at the services performed! The experience was very smooth and fast! I got my car yesterday and it s running perfect! I recommend San Jose Mitsubishi and Mr. Long Hoang!

THUMBS DOWN! The absolute worst dealership, 0/10, would never ever recommend. They sold me a car (a Mini cooper someone traded in) with a headlight that CAUGHT FIRE 11 months into owning the vehicle see my picture below for how it was sold to me. Wires held to the light plug with electrical tape. This passed their safety inspections. The tape finally corroded and melted, causing the fire. They claimed they filed something on my warranty and it was denied. I spoke to 2 separate people with my warranty at different times (for further explanation as the why it was denied) who both confirmed there was no denial ever made because !!no claim was actually filed!! The service department never provided proof they contacted my warranty when I came back with this info, as any reasonable person would when lied to. They said they didn t know how deep the wires were burned into my engine, and quoted me $700, then $1k, then $2k (for what turned out to be a simple headlight replacement)!! I had a male relative with mechanic experience inspect my car, and he confirmed no wires were burned outside of the headlight housing. He took it down there for me, was ACTUALLY LISTENED TO, and their head mechanic agreed no wires were burned outside of the headlight. It would just be a headlight replacement. They won t fix the issue for me, even though they sold it to me in that condition, and simply comped the diagnosis cost ($235). In 2023 women still get the disrespect and run-around from a service shop who has *numerous* bad ratings. Just look at the other reviews people have written; it s for a reason. It doesn t end here unfortunately. I have been trying to obtain paperwork to cancel my warranty and feel like I am being evaded for this request. They lose money on the sale of the warranty so of course they don t want to help me. In my opinion, it s a shoddy shop using fear tactics to avoid righting their wrongs, and anyone who asks me will hear fully about my experience

After sales attitude changed no one wants to waste time on you coz you are done with them no interest in being Curtis or hospitable. Delivered dirty car in night with promise come back we do detailing when I went back rude lady and service manager asked me to go to another city and said we'll wash only no detailing sent me back from showroom door I drove 80 miles with family to get a 10 $ auto wash sorry bet no thanks

San Jose Mitsubishi was amazing throughout my entire car buying experience. They have a large selection of cars and I could not be any happier with my new Maserati! DJ was very friendly, always available by text and calls, and helped coordinate with me the best date to fly in from Los Angeles to pick up the car. They even scheduled a time for me to get a FaceTime walk through of the car. Also, John (JD) was there to assist as well and installed the new digital plate, which is the coolest thing ever! After my drive back to LA, DJ even called me the next day to make sure I got home safely and how I love the new car. San Jose Mitsubishi has given me the greatest and easiest car buying experience I have had, and I truly appreciate DJ, JD, and San Jose Mitsubishi.

So my son has 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport and the 4wheel drive Coupler is making a whining sound they want $3000.00 to fix it but Mitsubishi claims 100.0000 miles power train warranty their warranty sucks. We Not buying another Mitsubishi ever again.

Skilled team of professionals who are thorough, fast, and make me feel valued as a customer from start to finish. If I could give a 0 I would! Worst customer service from sales manager (JD) since first visit. Seems he didn't really know about the Michubish Outlander PHEV 2023.I ended up buying a car here as a lease to a buy. Worst nightmare. Not sure if it was his first time doing this transaction, but to say the least he messed it up. Going on to my third month and I have two car loans for the same car!I understand human errors, but this guy has no remorse for the errors he made. He did not acknowledge the mistake or make any efforts to try to amend it.. On the other hand tried to blame it on the customer and expects the customer to fix it.I will never go back here or recommend this dealership to anyone. I am more than willing to go somewhere else.

I got a very reasonable deal on a nearly new car recently. My experience was one of the best ever buying a car. I've bought several new cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the easiest place to deal with. No haggle pricing was nice because the car was already priced to sell. The sales team was good. No hype just facts about the car.I'll definitely return for my next car purchase. DJ was a true professional. I have had multiple auto-transactions over the years and I can say my experience with San Jose Mitsubishi is the worst by far.I purchased a used EV- Kia NURO from them in May this year and now I have multiple mails from the dealer stating that I have to pay "THEIR" penalty of $386 for them not updating their DMV registration records PRIOR to my purchase. When I did hours of research and pulled up Vehicle records only to find out that they hadn't paid the DMV fees for the 6 months before my purchase, they were hesitant to provide the cost breakdown of the $386 dollars that they expected me to pay. If I hadn't done my research, the dealer would have slyly written me off for their negligence and delinquent debt.

Mitsubishi makes vehicles that can rarely be serviced anywhere else, and they don't share any technical knowledge with any other mechanic. When my sis' Mitsubishi had a fuel gauge suddenly stopped working, I had her take it to Larry's in Scotts Valley. They kept the car for three weeks, calling several Mitsubishi dealerships throughout this time for information.None of them were helpful in any way.Meanwhile, Larry's checked the wiring harness, cleaned and tightened all relevant electrical connections, replaced the tank sensor, and then the entire dashboard instrument cluster.None of that worked, so they put the original parts back.My sis tried to pay them for their labor, and they refused to take her money since they hadn't fixed the problem.We then made arrangements to take the car to the dealership mechanic, and made an appointment for 1:00 in the afternoon.When we arrived, there was a sign on the door that said 'Back at 1:30. I was annoyed by their lack of a courtesy call to save us from wasting half an hour, but I was genuinely upset when they rolled in unapologetically after 2:30.We told them everything that Larry's had done, which was a waste of breath because they did it all over again with the same results.Well, not exactly the same.While they did put all the original components back for the second time, their efforts took close to two months, and they charged her north of $700. for the pleasure. Never once did they call her with information, though they promised to every time she called them.When my sis got her car back, she noticed that the dashboard instrument cluster was crooked.They couldn't even reassemble it correctly, like Larry's had.It angers me when those that I love are mistreated.These jokers enraged me.My advice is never, ever buy a Mitsubishi, and if you already have, sell it to someone you dislike as soon as you can before something breaks or malfunctions.This was the worst customer service that I can currently remember, and that's really saying something.Avoid at all costs.
