I have been coming here for 6 years now for all of my tire repairs and the service is always fast and quality work for a low price. I would recommend them over any other SJ tire shop I ve tried based on their honest and fair pricing as well as little, to no wait time due to the speed of their service. I have never had any issues related to repairs they have completed. Great work.

Simply the best! Such a professional and speedy service is a rarity. The spot might be inconspicuous but its excellence is well visible when it comes to the approach, hours, and prices. Highly recommend!

We were in desperate need of two unusual tires for our Jaguar. On a Sunday. George and his coworker helped us out with that as well as doing a quick safety check of our undercarriage so we had a safe trip back to the valley. Thanks for everything!

I bought some off road tires online and had a problem finding a tire shop willing to mount and balance them . These guys said they would so I gave them the job . They were fast and the price was reasonable . Thanks to them my ride is running smoothly.

I ve been here several times to fix a low tire after picking up a nail. The price for a patch/fill is $15-25 and I m normally out in 15 min. Just pull up on the shoulder of the road and someone will take care of you

I came here on a rainy Sunday night 15 min before they close for the day to fix a flat tire that came up suddenly while I was driving.I was worried that there wouldn t be enough time to get it done, but everyone here was super friendly and patient.They are very efficient and professional. As someone who isn t familiar with tires, I felt very reassured and content with the work done here.TLDR; very efficient and professional place, definitely come here if you need tire services!!

The service at Rich's Tires was awesome!! They worked really fast and I was only there for about 10 minutes, to get one of my tires patched. The guy who helped me was very nice and professional.I gave them 5 stars because they were easy to find, quick, and polite. I will say that if you bring cash for small repairs it would be slightly easier, but they take credit/debit just as easily.There is no office to check into, you just kinda walk into the work area or stand off to the side and someone will help you.10/10 would recommend!

Can confirm great service and pricing. Been there two times. My daughter works nights nearby and there's construction going on all around. When picking her up in the morning, twice, have gotten the low tire air signal and drove to Rich's Tires due to their rating and comments here. I didn't even have to get out of my car which was wonderful as I was in PJs both times. :D

I called after getting a nail in my new 2022 Chevy Silverado. They said $30 for a patch. Came right over. They had my truck on the jack and tire off in 1 min. Quick. Good workmanship. What else can you ask.

Got a flat tire on my way to San Jose, I was able to put on a spare and started looking for a place to repair. Most places were either closed or too busy. I called Rich s Tires and told them I needed a repair. Within 10 min I was able to go to their shop and get a diagnosis. They said it was repairable but suggested to replace it. Offered me a used tire that was basically new for only 45$. Replaced my old tire in less than 10min. Spent a total of 20min there. Fast, friendly, and great service.

Needed a screw removed from my front tire and stopped by on a saturday morning when they opened. Screw was removed and tire was patched in a jiffy. Thanks so much to your team!

Got a nail in my tire and had to get replaced. I went to other places they would charge $15 to repair the wait time is long and the service is bad I came to this place they charge 25. Wait time is nothing services was excellent well worth the extra $10 save your time and come here if you need service on your tires.

Great deals on used tires! I got a full set for $200 bucks, including taxes, mounting, balancing, and disposal. I got to choose my tires from plentiful supplies. Tires sizes are marked in chalk, for easy selection. Tires I got look nearly new. They do the job fast. He let me do my own final torquing. I love that place.

Super fast. Best price on a set of tires i have ever seen. These guys are really friendly awesome people that can really bang it out fast. I got there at 6:30 and drove away at 6:50. I am very satisfied with my experience at Rich's Tires. They are the best

This place was easy to find. The tire installer is very nice and doesn't bs you. The manager had me sit in his office and offered me soda while I waited. Nice and cool inside. I only waited maybe 15-20 minutes max. Only thing I wish was there was big name brands. The tires they have are cheap brands. So it's up to you how you spend. You can also bring your own tires. It's $25 a tire for labor. Overall , It was convenient but wish there were better tires to choose from. They did drop the overall price by $40 which was nice.

Very helpful and fair tire shop. I highly recommend going here for tires.Ok...story time...a friend went to the store and when she saw a gentleman with his wife and kid with a tore up rear tire she called my buddy and asked if we could come help. We went down to see what was up, tire is destroyed and the Audi spare is one of those weird collapsible spares. AAA was on the way (90 min out), so we grabbed his spare and ran down to Rich's...because the bead was off and the gas station air pump wouldn't infalte it. The gentlemen at Rich's took the spare, fully inflated it, and told us to have a great day. When I asked what I owed...they smiled and said "nothing, that was no trouble at all". This was my first time here but how they run their business says a lot. I'll be back for my tire needs in the future for sure. Thank you guys...and the guy in the Audi and his family were also very thankful for our help. Cheers!!

GO TO RICH'S TIRES - San Jose! I went there yesterday to get two tires replaced, and here are the highlights: 1.) They remembered the model of tires that I wanted from when I called, so the moment I got there, they were ready to go! 2.) The manager was a sweetheart and let me wait in his office while the job got done. 3.) The job took all of 10 minutes!! At other places, you'll find yourself waiting around for 10 minutes just to put your name on the list. Not at Rich's :) 4.) They didn't charge for tire disposal OR for putting the tires on. The price I was quoted for the tires over the phone was exactly the price I paid.Come to this place ready to tip handsomely because this crew deserves it! <3

These guys are awesome. Ran over a nail and thought we needed a new tire, rather than trying to up sell us they just fixed the tire. Quick service and fair pricing. Done within 15 minutes!

Visited them on a Sunday to have a tire patched. I can't say enough about how friendly, efficient, and professional they were. Both the woman in the office (she also came out to check tire pressure in all four tires and found the nail in the problem tire) and the man installing tires made me feel welcome.Great experience for me and I will be returning when I need new tires or another repair. Highly recommend.

No appointment no waiting - drove right in on Sunday evening and 15 min later left with 2 new tires. No charge for disposal of old tires, no charge for labor. Five stars business.

The sole attendant was very helpful, efficient, friendly, and even offered some expert advice. I needed a quick, last minute tire plug and he was able to do it in less than five minutes for $10. Unwelcoming setting and lack of parking aside, this place is exactly what it needs to be - reliable, affordable tire repair and replacement. I am glad I found it and encourage others to looks past the unwelcoming facade.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot from receiving a used tire, but this company gave me ridiculously HIGH quality used tires! Not only was the quality very good, but the service was quick, and the employee was friendly. I highly recommend this place for your tire needs! I especially appreciate that he looked through his stack of tires to give me the best he had.

I bought some used tires online and needed a tire shop to mount and balance them on my 04 gmc yukon denali. Took my vehicle to Rich's Tire San Jose, and within 30 minutes the tires were balanced and mounted on my vehicle. Great service. Much appreciated. And the cost was $100 and I gave the guy a $20 tip.

Second time going here, they are fast, no-nonsense and have great prices. Hell, I went everywhere when Teslas were new and everyone didn t have a tire or told me the tires couldn t be repaired. These guys popped open the tire and told me the nail missed the foam core so they could plug it and I went on merry way for 1/10th the cost of a replacement tire. Yes, 5 stars

George, the manager, helped me after hours. Honest, genuine, and helps you be economical. Solid shop, new SJ favorite
