Tracy and the staff at Reliance are in a big shop on a big city yet treated me like family in a small town. Very refreshing to get follow up messaging every step of the way, to include pictures of the progress!!! Though my car is not and exotic race car, I feel My car was treated like it was. I not only recommend them but will only go back to them in the future!!!! Thanks, Tracy and the Reliance crew for doing a fabulous job on my car!!! The matching and blending of the paint looks flawless!!!

A few weeks ago, someone on the freeway switched lanes into me without looking. The RELIANCE COLLISION CENTER auto body at 540 Parrot St San Jose CA 95112 is BAD auto body service. The reason I said that because they told me and my insurance that they're going to change and change a new bumper on my car and the paint is lifetime warranty but after a month when I wash my car the paint on the replaced bumper is rack so found out that they tried to fix the old bumper instead change the new one. I took my car back to them 2 times, but every time, the short lady who owned that auto body shop tried to ignore me, so I gave up and took my car to another shop. Be careful if you go to fix your car at that BAD shop.Service: Body & Trim

They will rip you off, they are cold blooded. So i dropped my car there yesterday afternoon and i had to come back the next day to pick it up. I told them i couldnt leave the car there for 2 weeks. because i need to leave town for 2 months. It was emergency. I got notified the night i dropped the car off. Anyway They charged me storage fee for 2 days, 140 a day, admin fee 150. Plus tax. Total 469.78. this is freaking insane. Oh oh. And she said she could have charge me 25 percent restocking fee for the Parts She HAS NEVER ORDERED. but she didnt do it. Yeah. Freaking hypocrite. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DONT COME HERE. U HAVE MY WARNING.

Our Tesla was damaged in parking garage hit-and-run. This shop handled the insurance capably. Our repair was completed when promised. They returned it with excellent detail. And, a small rattle the car had before was gone.

I am very happy with their services. This is my third time here and either time it s my fault. Everyone seem to like to hit my car. Tracy help me with contact to my insurance and setting up the rental car for me. After the car is done, she have my car clean and detail just like new. Thank you very much and I will highly recommend of my friends to go to reliance auto body.

This is a very professional body shop. All the front office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The owner Tracy is very familiar working with insurance companies and when the insurance companies Want cheap parts as replacement Tracy will fight to get the better parts installed. I have used Reliance Auto Body and Paint several times. After getting rear ended my car is returned like new. I highly recommend them.

When my 2011 Nissan Rogue was rear ended, the damage was terrible. A friend recommended Reliance Auto Body for repair. I brought my car to that shop and I was impressed how professional the employees are. They explained me all my options, they get me a rental car and they took care of all the paper works which relieved me from all the hassles of Insurance claims and the like.My car was restored to its original condition and the paint job comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY! WOW!!!!!Special thanks to Tracy, Tony. Kim and Lisa. You guys are awesome!

I was refer to reliance auto body from a coworker. They had their car done here before and they highly recommend this shop. I have a few other friends that brought their car to reliance too and they are very happy with the service. When picking up my car, the car looks great!!!I was very happy with the color match and they clean up my car like new. Thank tracy for helping me with contact to my insurance.

I didn't have any idea what body shop to take my Mercedes to after my accident. Someone referred Reliance to me, so I did. Am I glad I did. This body shop really knows what they are doing. Not only did they turn it around in a reasonable, but it looks like it came off the showroom floor. The staff at this place are friendly and Tracy who worked with me is awesome. Kept in touch during the whole process.

My husband and I have had 3 repairs (2 rear bumpers and 1 side mirror) done on 2 vehicles over the years here. We're always very impressed with the quality of work they do in the shop, as well as the courteous staff in the office. They always made the whole process very pleasant and smooth for us, which is such a relief from all the unpleasantry and hassle of being involved in an accident.We never had to negotiate prices with them (since all our repairs were covered by the other party's insurance) so I can't comment on their prices, but we're very pleased with the way our cars have come back to us each time.

Reliance Auto Body is the place i have take my car the last four times that I have been in need for body work. The professionalism and turn around time was better than any experience that I ve had. Quality was always on the dot , there never a complaint from me.

I got a rear-end last Saturday and got a claim from Geico. I simply dropped off my car at Reliance Auto Body. It is amazing that they took care everything for me from claim adjuster inspection until the car rental arrangement. Got the car back today like new. Thabks afor job well done.

Very professional. Tracy and her team is really good and very respectful. They did a pretty good job on fixing a serious dent on my car. I would recommend this shop to everyone whom I know. Good luck Tracy!

When my car was towed there after the accident they were very helpful getting a rental for me. After insurance and everything was completed a few days later I picked up my car. Someone there, trying to be helpful had marked the areas of concern for the insurance adjuster in dark blue marker. When I got the car home I attempted to wipe off what I thought was dry erase marker, it wouldn't come off. They had used a PERMANENT marker! I called and they didn't seem to care or offer any suggestions. I thought at the very least they'd trip me to bring the car down and they'd try to take it off, they didn't. I'd walk before I'd take or leave another car there.

It was a mistake when I chose this auto bony shop. The worked is awful, works and parts replacements not clearly, not responsible.. It is a lesson to me for bringing the car over there.

Please dont come here. Bad service. Overcharge everything. Dont sign anything until u see the final price. Money is thier top priority. Not the service
