No BS. Called for an alignment and they told me to come right in. Truck was up on the rack and I was seated comfortably in a recliner within 5 minutes. Whole job took 30 minutes. The tech reviewed the alignment numbers with me. Good price. Good service. Will go back.

I bought my own tires and paid them to install. They didn't do good job.when I went back to complaint they said never instslled tires.very dishonest people avoid doing business with them.

I drive a Jaguar XJ. Had a blow out and called at least 5 different tire places, NOBODY had my tire. I'm from Fresno and wouldn't be able to get home on the spare (doughnut). I pulled in to this place and they found a tire that was good enough to get me home. They were courteous and prompt. The best part is, they didn't look my car and see $$, they saw a person who REALLY needed help and stepped up. No scratches or dings, handled my baby with care. Would HIGHLY recommend this place.

They have a sign stating that they are not liable for any damage occured during service, yet they will do everything to mess up.I had them unmount the tires on my wheels, which didn't have any scratches and dings when I brought it.After the service, my wheels looked like an entirely different wheel with a lot of dings and scratches due to how careless these people are.Never go to this place.

Had a blowout tire on the freeway. Almost closing time. But at Ramos still stay open to mount my tire for me. Great guys and life savers. Thank you again. Much appreciates for your generosity and caring ways.

It's always been a smooth ride dealing business with Father & Son specially in time of emergency . They are quick solving your problem and never fails me.Good business etiquette & honest i will highly recommend the RAMOS TIRES to everybody .

Sold me 12+ yr old tires as 'used'. They lasted one month and one of them shredded on the road. Got them to admit on the phone they don't check used tires at all.Will be opening a better business bureau case. Beware

I came when they almost closed, almost 7pm and the guy helped me with my tire pressure. Was quick and helpful. I recommend this place. Especially with the closing hours they have, saved my tire. Thumbs up for sure!!

Last week I was almost scammed in this TIRE shop. I previously asked the employee 2check all 4 air tires because one of them has a nail. The other guy just put air to all 4 without check which is the low air carrier. They wanted to charge me $10 ea

Every time I show up they hop up and get right to work and I'm on and out in 10 minutes always tip em cause they are good and the quality of the used tires are great
