Suhki and his group of guys were very respectful and polite, they serviced 2 of our cars this weekend all in a timely manner. We re very pleased with the quality work done to our vehicles will definitely be back to this wonderful group of fellas. Thanks again!

We live very close. My mechanic had just sold his shop. My vehicle didn't start early morning for work. My roommate let me use her car and told me she was helped down the street by a nice man. The next morning, I called, explained. He told me being it over. I got it there. We spoke. He remembered my roommate. He called me later to come get it. We spoke again for a few minutes. I drove away with a smile. Thank you Mr Suki for helping us.

Sukhi and his team are very professional, honest, and friendly. I've been a customer over 15 years and take all my vehiclesto this shop because I trust they will do a great job. I definitely recommend this Bascom, San Jose location.

Fast work, but there wasn't much communication. I literally just went up to the mechanic and told him my brakes were squealing and he took it for a test drive, came back, put it on the rack, took the tires off and then I had to ask HIM what was wrong. He then told me my rear brakes were bad and gave me an estimate of 250. No info on what brake pads they were going to use. They didn't turn my rotors (maybe they didn't need it) but now I'm getting a vibration when I brake that I didn't have before. Don't know if I should go back...

There s a reason why my neighbors referred me to Quality Tune-Up & Car Care Center honesty and trust are two big reasons! Suki and his team are knowledgeable, quick and efficient as well as kind. If I could give them more than 5 s, I would!

2018 BMW needed new brakes and I have been looking for a new mechanic that is honest and reliable. Quality is fantastic! Easy to get an appointment and the service was very fast and fairly priced. Sukhi (Owner) is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Great find!

Have gotten 2 smog checks in this QT in the past 3 weeks. Have been in and out in less than 30min! The gentleman that runs the front desk provides great customer service!

I arrived to quality tuneup without an appointment, and the owner attended me very quickly. He listened to the issues I was having with my vehicle, and then we just did some paperwork very quickly because I already have my information with them from previous visits. They called me later on the day to let me know my vehicle was ready. It turns out I had no serious problems as I had thought I did. All in all I was very happy with my service and would recommend them.

Been going here for years. Sukhi and his crew are straight forward, honest, and hard working people who know what they re doing. I go out of my way to drive from Santa Cruz to here to get my work done because I know I ll be treated right.

Unfortunately I felt they were trying to upsell me. I watched other cars move through much faster. My car was there being worked on (supposedly) for over 45 minutes. I will not be returning to that location.

Suki and Cheema are the best they care about all their customers and their work is very very great! We have four vehicles and we only take them to their business they are trustworthy and honest. Very fair in their prices .

Sushi is always the best, he is trustworthy, knowledgeable and honest; He is been working on my cars for the last 20 years. It is the first time I leave him a review and I am sure a lot of people are like me, they keep coming back and happy with the service but never leave a review. I know it is difficult these days to find a good mechanic who does not try to upsell you stuffs that you do not need and overcharge for the service.

The owner is dishonestI would trust him to do a great job for all my vehicles.Update:Ive been really disappointed lately on his honesty and price.He quotes a price and doesn't honor it .When I paid for the final cost it changed a lot.I'm going to find a new mechanic

I ve been taking my vehicles here for years now and have developed a great relationship. It s family run and they are very honest and do great work, and have my full trust. Having a good and trustworthy mechanic is like having a good doctor, this Quality Tune-up on Bascom & Camden is my go to Auto Dr.

No idea how good the work is since I went in for a tire patch, was told 30 min 30 min later he helps 3 other people that came In after me that I know didn t have appointments, and still nothing.Asked for my keys back and will never go back.And for the person from the business that said you don t do patches, I called ahead of showing up to ask if you do patches and they said Yes when I showed up and said I need a patch, I was told sure no problem.So what is it? You don t do patches or 2 of your own employees don t know what there own job is?

I came in with a bit distress due to I have not been driving my car for about a few years and needed a smog check. As I step in Sukhi looked at me smiled and ask how can I help you. He reviewed the paperwork I had and got to business. Him and Paul join together and help me with any issue that had come up with professionalism. Both were kind and easy to talk to. While one is reviewing the car the other would check all around the car to see if they can catch any small detail work that needed to be done. They also were nice enough to touch up my car so I can be safe on the road. Best place and good price would recommend this to everyone.Service: Emissions testing

The guys a quality tuneup always take the best care of me. I m a regular customer and I ve been going there for years. I actually own a business down the street I can actually just drop off my car and in the keys go to my business and come back in an hour or two, and everything is finished and always top-notch service. Fast service! Drove up on Saturday morning at 9 AM in need of a Smog Check. There were a couple of other cars in progress, so I thought I might have to wait.However, they started looking at my car within 15min, and were finished in another 15min.
