Took my truck in due to water damage. While at the shop, the truck got a much needed facelift. The paint was revived, I got my ripped seat replaced, I got brand new LED headlights! Absolutely love my new headlights!! Of course the carpet was removed - steam cleaned and dried. Got tips on how to maintain the truck. Now, I just gotta follow through. The down side, the truck took longer than expected and I had to return because the center console wasn t installed right. The truck looks great now!

Brian Shisler, Santa Clara. Look him up on Google. He is not a nice person or a professional.13000+ spent for at best 2000 dollars of work. Took him 6 months and a ton of excuses. Runs in the paint, scratches in bondough under paint. Sheet metal screws from construction holding the trim. - misses his own deadlines- says he has a team of professionals, they are not. They don't care about you or you car.- charges way to much- story teller- loses parts/ missed placed or lost and he will insult you by saying were they even on the car.- he constantly lies and forgets. And he acts like he is doing you a favor, but it's his own mistakes.- he is a landscaper. At best a glorified detailer.- Says he is a perfectionist. Not responsible or professional.- Does not know Classic cars.- I'm sorry if you get you car worked on here and if you have a car there now rescue it!!!!- Brain where is my old fender, hood spring, and extra hinges. Call me when you have them or buy me new stuff like promised. You said if you lose parts you will replace them.

Buyer beware. They'll turn you passion into a burden with smooth talk, long delays, and cost over runs. And there is so much turnover with the staff it's hard to have confidence that they will finish the job... some new person is always starting over. Do your diligence on the owner on the Santa Clara court portal. That's the only red flag you need. I let my emotions drive my decisions and over looked all the bad signs. This is my lesson to those who come after me. I started with a weekend driver and I wanted to do a full restoration, but after more than a year I left with a rolling shell, a bunch of parts, and a bill for twice the estimate and an incomplete job.And let's be clear... I could afford to keep going if I felt the owner was being honest and not continously changing the estimate. Not one line item came in on budget till finally I said enough is enough. There is no way I'd ever spend another penny with this company. Red flag number two...none of the techs have been with the company for more than a year.Red flag number three... the Bureau of Automotive Repair has removed cars from the shop on multiple occasions because the owner doesnt follow the rules. After they lost the cylinder heads to my original engine I filed a complaint and the BAR helped me and several other owners rescue our cars.Ask yourself, if someone falsely claims you have a large bill but says their doors are always open to you... who are they trying to convince? Do your research!

This is a public opinion based of doing business with Brian at ProAuto Restoration. In the beginning when meeting Brian he is very knowledgeable and is informed on how to deal with insurance companies. He will help guide you and paint a picture on how to navigate through insurance policies and find loopholes. He is on your side until he is not. I recommend avoiding this shop for the following reasons:1). Unforeseen storage fees2). Workers aren t readily available3). Work is not completed to a high standard as he expresses during the process4). Does not have proper book keeping or records organizedPlease stay far away from this establishment

Pro Auto did detailing, paint, and mechanical work on my 76 Ford truck (the 3rd vehicle of mine they worked on) and I'm very happy with the outcome! The pair looks great, and the truck runs and rides beautifully.

Bought a 2013 BMW 750i, reasonable condition but a few blemishes. Took it to Pro Auto Restoration for a facelift, and the transformation was astounding. When I picked it up, it looked like it was just off the showroom floor. They disassembled the interior and eliminated all NVH (noise vibration harshness), the carpets and seatbelts looked brand new and attended every detail with competence and diligence. Highly recommended.

Alberto resorted my headlights so good that I thought they had been replaced, if your headlights need revival like mine did, you won t have to worry as Alberto will get you right!!

I was in an accident with my classic car and the shop owner Bryan has helped me draft insurance letters to get the other party to cough up enough to repair my vehicle. Bryan has helped me immensely, Pro Auto doesn't deal directly with insurance but they understood my predicament of wanting the best for my car after the accident, but not having my own money to put down on it. They've helped me figure out what to say and how to say it so that they can continue to fix my car to the best standards.I've met a lot of the shop staff, and they have been very communicative about the most recent work done to my car through texted photos and phone calls, and have asked me for decisions when necessary. This shop understands how to make a customer feel welcomed, involved, and have peace of mind regarding the current work on their car. The head painter in particular is extremely enthusiastic about his work, and we've spent a lot of time talking about the technical details of layered paint, as well as what worked and what didn't when it comes to his decades of working with the medium.They've recently relocated to a larger building, so I'm sure they'd be happy to welcome in your car.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Bryan was excellent both in terms of knowledge and work on the car and service towards the customers.I had a gravel guard damaged due to debris on road and Bryan and team were quick to fix it back with custom made bracket. Also, it became unstable after sometime and they were quick to fix by adding more support and guaranteeing their work for life free for charge.I definitely recommend them for anything related to cars as they know what there are doing.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car to Pro Auto for help with removing interior creaks while driving. The process began with Bryan explaining potential causes. Then we went on a test drive, and he was able to identify the creaking immediately. Bear in mind, I had taken my car to different Mercedes dealerships multiple times with no luck identifying the issue whatsoever. Pro Auto worked on my car the next day. It s in tip top shape now. The attention to detail is impeccable. Bryan in particular showed me a great deal of empathy. Will definitely take my car back to them. Very highly recommended.

Very honest and professional!Took my brand new BMW on an 1800 miles road trip a few days ago, and as part of the road trip, I put on the Road Warrior Plus Temporary Paint Protection to protect rock chips. My car didn't get many rock chips as a result, however, it was extremely difficult to get it off myself. Therefore, I decided to seek professional help, and many people online recommend Pro Auto Restoration (Bryan, specifically)!Bryan agreed to take my car the very next day after I reach out to the business despite it being Friday and he was very honest upfront and told me that it might be a bit of a challenge to get it done within the same day as that paint protection stuff that I put on isn't the easiest thing to remove but they're going to do their very best.I showed up at the end of the business day. Bryan and his team were still working on it, and very honestly told me that it's not 100% perfect "yet" and probably won't be able to finish as it's already 7 pm on Friday night. I do not want to hold them long either. In the end, Bryan showed me so many pro tips and his experience in detailing cars and even agreed to provide another complementary session to clean up the rest on a day when it's not raining. I left with a smile and certainly looking forward to continuing doing business with them!I will update my review after the next session to see the complete product and I am confident the team here will do an amazing job!Service: Auto detailing

These guys are a rare find. They do it all. They completely refreshed the entire undercarriage of my 1971 Mercedes 300 SEL. Made it look really great. The team at Pro Auto Restoration did and amazing job on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. I needed the underbody striped and rust removed and treaded. Brian walked me through the process with all question answered wit great detail. The work was perform by Luis and Oscar, which took great pride in communication everyday along the way with pictures and continued phone correspondence. The shop is open M-F but Brain came in on Saturday for truck pickup and he spent an hour to review all work performed. Highly satisfied with the Owner, staff and crew and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would for sure use this shop again in the near future and in addition recommend my friends.Service: Painting

I just had a great experience with Zack at Pro Auto Showroom. He gave me a great deal on some excellent door cards for my Porsche 928. It was very obvious that the cards were removed with a lot of care because all of the attaching tangs were intact and unstressed.Zack took the time to show me around and let me check out a few of the awesome restoration projects they have going on there. (Yes, I was drooling).You can tell that the people that work there are genuine car enthusiasts.I would highly recommend to anyone that need work done on their collector car.

I brought my 1986 Toyota MR2 to Pro Auto Restoration very quickly after I had bought it to repair a pretty severe oil leak and other aged parts. The whole time I have worked with them, Brian, Jonathan, Mike, and all the mechanics that put effort to repair my mr2 were: helpful, understanding, professional, fast and treated my car with great respect to make it well again. Recently the wind knocked some equipment onto my mr2, and they offered to completely repair the damage. Repairs are still currently ongoing but to make the car 100% but all the repairs mentioned were already taken care of and I found the work to be done very well.So far the work cost just under 10 grand, more than I was expecting to pay, but working on such an old car makes it difficult and time consuming and I appreciate the hard work they have committed to my 1986 Toyota MR2.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Welding, Oil change

So I brought my 93 Tacoma in and Danny was the primary mechanic and he did an absolutely amazing job and his c attention to detail was impeccable. i ve never had anyone take as much care in my vehicle as he did.. he is by far the best mechanic I ve ever had to work on my truck. Pro Auto Restoration has set the bar high for excellence in Customer service and Quality, 2nd to none. My classic 62 Chevy truck was hit hard and needed a lot of custom work including frame straightening. This was my 1st time filing an insurance claim. After 50 + calls trying to find a shop in State Farms network with no luck. The few shops that said they would look at it but it would be several weeks just to give me an estimate with no guarantee that they would do work. From the first time I called Pro Auto Restoration and talked to Brian he was so helpful said I could bring it in the same day and he'd look at it. From day one they've been lifesavers helpful every step of the way, calling, texting and emails with updates info and options for me. They worked with State Farm Insurance Company I didn't have to do anything they were just amazing they made it so comfortable for me to go through this process because it was a bit scary. Pure class from start to finish. 5 +

Pro Auto Showroom/Pro Auto Restoration just completed the replacement of the driver's side floor panel on my rare 1977 Lancia Scorpion, a car I have owned for over 40 years. They took the work on when no other body shops would. Bryan, the owner, listened to my repair requirements, walked me through the the repair process for my car, the material's required and the work to be performed and responded to my requests for updates while the work was in progress. The floor panel replacement was performed in a timely manner. Anson, the staffer performing the work, kept me informed with photos at significant points in the repair process. Recommendations for additional work at appropriate times were made and additional work cost quotes accompanied the recommendations. Anson was skillful in his repair work and the work and the end result was well done and met my expectations. I would highly recommend Pro Auto Showroom/Pro Auto Restoration for any auto restoration work. It was clear to me that they had restoration experience with a wide variety of vehicles and that they performed quality work and paid attention to details on each restoration project.Service: Body & Trim

They were very reliable and always in communication with me seeing if I neeeded help. The car was left so beautiful after being hit on left and right side. These guys are organized and very talented Mike the lead mechanic really puts his all into making sure you get exactly what your asking for,when it comes to vehicle mods and customization. And just like Mike Danny has a lot of experience at fabrication and full respirations as well both very well rounded and excellent electrical work rewire full harness efi conversions Ls swaps I don't know about the other guys but these two are a great team and can concur and exicute any job or task thrown there way .

PLEASE... before you do any kind of business with this guy, please research NBS Auto Showroom. This guy and his father owned that business but were shut down and had dozens of law suits filed against them (including mine). It is all public record. If he tells you he has nothing to do with that business....check the website. The photos are from NBS. Also check with the DMV. Ask about numerous complaints from buyers who never received pink slips. If a friend asked me about my experience with this business, I would tell that friend to run away. I would give zero stars if I could.
