We came here to fix a flat tire and Anthony was super patient and helpful in deciding which tire to go with. He provided detailed pros and cons of everything and we left feeling good about spending our money here. Highly recommend!

Been going to this Pep Boys for decades! One of the best places in the area for car repair. The people are kind and very helpful. I've never had anyone try to push additional services or go for the hard sell. They simply care about helping you get your car working smoothly at a reasonable cost! I recommend you show up here for your next service or tires! They are aces!

Shout out to Steven, came in for a routine tire rotation booked thru the website. He made the entire process efficient, professional and incredibly pleasant. His customer service and communication was on point. He made sure safety was at a forefront while we asked thru the garage to the lobby to wait for service. Swift and efficient. Thanks Steven. The force to deceive and upsell is strong in this one..Stopped by the Pep Boys location on Story Road on my way to work, realizing I had a flat tire. After about an hour of waiting, I was told that they would not fix the flat claiming the tread is too low and they offered to sell me a new tire. Knowing I had replaced my tires less than 2 years ago and had less than 20,000 miles on it (current tread wear is 0.169" or > 5/32", see attached photo), I took it to the shop down the street where they fixed the flat, no questions asked. I will not be visiting again and would not recommend this place

I will absolutely never return here. I came in to get two of my front tires replaced, I waited 3 hours to get just the two replaced! After I finally got back to my vehicle I noticed they hadn t cleaned off any of the lube on my tires, so both front tires were covered in lube. I decided to check my tpms to make sure it was in working order (requires being driven to show the pressure) only to drive 5 miles and nothing is showing up? Really weird because it usually shows up within a mile or less! Not only did I wait 3 hours for a job that I ve waited a maximum of 1hr for in the past, but I also left with another problem that I will have to take even more time out of a day to fix because of their negligence. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I scheduled an appointment at 9 am few days in advance and was told it takes 1-2 hours over phone. I came to pep boys at 9 am and work was finished only at 2 pm. 5 hours! No complaints about work but what s the point of scheduling then?

This is a fantastic location with exceptional customer service! Eduardo helped me and he went above and beyond to help me. I found the cost was very fair priced in comparison to our auto shops. Highly recommend!

Nice boys, went out of their way to send us home with a safe vehicle. Did a minor installation of a battery secure at no charge. We are seniors there was no oversell and just addressed the request we made and did a thorough inspection. Thank you young man

My wife had a flat tire and Pep Boys happened to be the nearest shop. They have replaced the tire quickly and without hassle. Helpful and friendly staff. Could not be happier with their service.

They never did any work on the tires. Tire pressure remained the same when I brought it in and they said they did tire rotation. They never even filled the air to all tires which I asked them to do in work order. I also asked them to change wiper blades and the guy at the front desk said they don't offer that service. The Tesla recorded everything and they never did any work. I will post recorded Tesla footage on Social media of work not being done and I will be opening a case with Pep Boys coporate. Worker tries to delete footage but I have a back up drive installed in the car.

Had appointment for 2:00pm did not leave there until 5:30 had to get three wheels changed , they had to fix the fourth one because they put it on backwards one of the worst experience I have deal with will not recommend this place to anybody if they was doing it for free no updates on time or anything . very sad

The manager refused to repair my car when I asked him to contact the extended warranty for the repair of my car. They said they don't deal with extended warranty and that they are not a repair shop. End up wasting $100 for diagnostics in this branch. Went to other branch of pep boys (stevens creek) and they took care of the business.

I brought my car in yesterday to get my tires replaced. The specific tires I want were said to be in stock, so I left my car with them. I had to take a day off in order for this to be done. However, they called me back 4 and a half hour later just to tell me they couldn't find the tires. Not to mention, the person working customer services were terrible. Overall, don't come here as there are many better alternatives.

Horrible customer service. Had my car overnight and didn t even touch it the day before when I actually had an appointment. Even into the next day it wasn t done until middle of the day because they were jammed with cars for that day appointment and failed to acknowledge that they needed to prioritize a car that they had already been needing to work in.

I would like say Mike and team are awesome at Pep Boy. Even though the new wheel s didn t fit the vehicle due to mounts were not the right sizing. Mike and team help take off the new tires off the new wheels and told me to contact the wheel manufacturer get the right fitting. Then put my new tires on hold until my new wheels come in. Then they will install at a later time. I m giving them 5 stars for great customer support and efforts for their services.

After making an appointment for a TPMS recalibration, I waited an hour and 40 minutes in the lobby and they hadn t even started on my car. I asked how much longer and they said they d start in 30 minutes. Requested my keys back and left. What is the point of making an appointment if you re not going to honor it? Waste of my time.

7/3/22 @8:00am. This location does not sell parts.They are a service station. They do not give you a confidence feeling like they want to help you but will do the work and they want all day to do it, because lack of labor resources.

OMG! My husband had a 2:30 appointment for our oil change, he showed up and was told no one showed up for work . He was told there was only one person that works on cars and they want him to work 7 days a week! How can you put that on one person's shoulders. I will never be back.

Worst place I've experienced. Ordered tires thru Amazon, tires shipped to this location within two days. Called to make an appointment and they told me next day at 3:00pm. Next day arrived at 3:00pm, waited until 5:45pm and they told me they were not able to do it until next day after waiting for almost 3 hours. Next day arrived at 2:00pm waited until 4:00pm and ask the technician for the status, manager come out and told me that they had several people in front of me and they couldn't do it until next day!!!!!!! Again. At this time, told the manager to give me the tires because I needed to move on. After, they took about 45 minutes to locate my tires. Seating an appointment means nothing on this place .Worst experience ever.

This has to be one of the worse auto/tire shop out there. I called at 3pm, asking to replace one tire and was told by the female service advisor that to come in and they can get it done in about an hour.Being Memorial Day, it was one of the few that was open so I drove across town to that. Didn t get her name, but she has absolutely zero customer service skill. Said they will be closing early at 5:30pm and it should be done in less than an hour.While I was leaving she said something is wrong with your car, it isn t turning on! mind you, it s a hybrid and clearly saids it when you turn on.. curious on how she works at an auto shop without knowing??So I decided to drop off the car, came back in an hour and my car still hasn t been worked on. I walked in, no one bother to update. The female service advisor is chit chatting and laughing with the mechanics. Sat there waiting till finally 5:15pm and was told by her that they don t have time to service my vehicle so it s been over 1.5hrs and she decided to call me then to tell me and she is closing up at 5:30pm.I highly do not recommend coming in, it s a reputable name but ran by bunch of kids who lack any service skills.Avoid and take your business elsewhere!

From the moment I came into the shop, the rep, Dan Gonzales, was very rude towards me. He told me that they couldn't take anymore cars and to make an appointment. I than asked if PepBoys use the credit card issued by Fortive. He said no, they did not use that company nor did he recognize the bank. That was not true. This took place on a Saturday. I dismissed he behavior and preceeded to make an appointment for the following Monday morning.When I arrived Dan informed me that it would take anywhere between 3 to 4 hours before they could inspect my car. Again, he was rude and very aggressive towards me. I informed him that I made an appointment and shouldn't have to wait that long for an inspection. He took my car keys and walked away.I called my uncle to inform him of what was going on and what I should do because I was concerned that they would do something to my car. My uncle told me to wait and see what he says about the car than report it to the complaint department...Less than 15 minutes later he informed me that he couldn't work on my car because it was over heating and had no oil. My car wasn't overheating before I got there, and my oil light nor my overheating gauge indicated any issues. He told me they would not work on my car. I asked him to write down why he refused to work on my car and he said he would not and to take it to another shop.I want to take my car into another Pepboys shop but I afraid he wrote something on my file, informing them to not work on my car.

Just needed a quick job to have a tire fixed. Was hoping it would take 10 minutes or so to pull a nail out and plug it in. But just had to leave after a couple of hours. I didn't have an appointment, but since I bought these tires, very expensive, at Pep Boys I thought it would be a little bit of a priority. Guess not

I was about 20 minutes late to my appt because I accidentally went to the wrong location and fortunately they still took me. The girl at the desk was friendly. I came for 4 new tires. When I got there they weren t busy at all so I figured I d be in and out. I asked how long and she said some mechanics were on lunch so 1-hour to 1-hour and 30 minutes.I was there for 2 hours before they finished. Never in my life has it taken so long to get tires put on. I saw my car jacked up for almost the entire time I was there so I m not sure why it took so long. And then after I left and was on the road for about 10 minutes my tire light came on and had to put air in all of them and I found they didn t put the screws back on any of my tires.I ve had 4 tires done at Costco in 30 minutes when they were super busy before. I don t know if it s because the staff was on the younger side or what but I wouldn t go back for this reason because again, they were not even busy and still took very long. One other gentlemen was waiting there the entire time I was, probably a bit longer and he told me he was only there for one tire. A bit ridiculous.Overall not the most terrible experience I ve ever had but don t come here if you re wanting a quick service.
