Carlos has been a great. There were so many things that I was not aware of with regards to rental and insurance. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable about everything. I would highly highly recommend him for all your car needs . Will definitely go back.

This business was fantastic! I m new to California and I needed my car repaired so I took it to the Ford dealer and they recommended this company to me. When I took the car in I was working with the owner Carlos and he made my insurance claim so easy. He took all the pictures needed and sent them to the insurance company himself! Once the claim was approved, he ordered all the parts prior to me bringing my car in so it would lessen the time I had to have a rental. They also dropped me off to get my rental car! When the repairs on my car were done they took my car to the rental place so it would be waiting for me when I got there!It was an overall amazing experience. I went to this body shop because of very good Google reviews. Indeed, like many other reviews said, Carlos was really helpful. He gave me his honest opinion on why my car wasn't worth repairing. He also tried to help me finding buyers using his connections. He didn't ask for anything in return. Very kind and honest guy!

I took my Alpha in as it had some damage to the front spoiler. The owner of this body shop was so great to deal with. Not only did my car come back with a fabulous repair having been done but my car was immaculate. It is so great to find people who take so much pride in the work they do and are such amazing craftsman. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Great service! Went to Carlos for a bumper repair. He gave a very reasonable cost estimate and did a good job in fixing my bumper cleanly.What I loved the most about his service was that he fixed it over there weekend within 1 hour being very accommodating of my schedule

After going around couple different shops and couldn t get even an estimate, I went here and met Carlos, who did it for free of charge. He even explained the situation and what could work the best for my case too!!! He s extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend!!

Carlos is one of the nicest people you will ever deal with. I work at a used car dealership and a customer of mine had a problem and lived near this shop. They helped my customer, helped me over the phone at least 5-6 times and were always friendly & helpful .Our mutual customer was very pleased with the service and I would absolutely send customers there again.Thank you Carlos!Service: Painting

Took my Honda Civic in to Pachecos after our drivers side door was smashed. Carlos was so kind and helpful. He did an amazing job fixing our door and at great price. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks from RYAN

I shopped around at about 5 of the best body shops in south bay to repair some minor body damage to my WRX hatchback. I was told the original body part would be too difficult to repair and was quoted anywhere between $1800 and $2700 NOT including the cost of the new part. Then I happened to go to Pacheco's. Carlos was able to do the body work on the original panel for $1100 including paint blending, saving me at least a grand. The end result looks perfectly new. I'm really impressed. They also cleaned the whole inside of my car and waxed the outside. I'm definitely coming back here first if I need anything else done.

Excellent results with a quick turnaround and friendly staff, all for a reasonable price. Can't ask for more than that!FYI It's tough getting back to the shop because the access road is pretty full and the shops around are all pretty busy as well.

I stumbled across this body shop by accident! I had gone three different body shops and was quoted outrages prices. I was about to give up when i decided to give it one final shot! I saw this body shop in the corner of my rear view mirror after leaving one in the same building. It read Pacheco's Body Shop. I drove over, Young man by the name of Carlos greeted me. He attended to me right away.I had gone to the other body shops they did not acknowledge me! I was waiting there for nearly half and hour. Not Pacheco's! Carlos being soft spoken looks at the damage. Then gives his honest opinion on the best way to repair the vehicle. The shocker was the amazing prices that are very reasonable or even below reasonable. When I picked up my car I was amazed that they restored my car to look so close to new! Pacheco's does great work at an exceptionally great price.

Totally unhappy with my vehicle taking over 5 weeks to be repaired Two weeks ago on a Saturday I went to talk with the people in person, not only were they not there, but neither was my car .I received an excuse that it was at their offsite warehouse .I checked the week before it was there disassembled, so I was ok with that, but now it s not there so they could be joy riding in it .Totally unconcerned about my paying for the car rental after $900 limit, so far I am out of pocket around $650 and I haven t got my car back, not too mention the accident was not my fault and very minor damage .Simple repairs .I ve been waiting around 3 weeks for them to get a headlight replacement ..Fricken ridiculous .Will never recommend this place to anyone ever .
