These guys did a great job. After going through the automatic car wash, my windshield cracked from bottom to top and I needed a quick replacement. When I called them they double checked my van to make sure they had the right windshield available and there was somebody installing it within 2 hours. They took care of it all without any issues. The price was very competitive as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Two nights ago on Friday, my rear passenger window somehow shattered while driving home on the freeway. It was raining and this was not the time for such casualties. I immediately looked up repair services at 1 AM, since my insurance partnered with a company with poor reviews. OnSite was the first company to respond at close to 2 AM and I was SHOCKED, lol. A quote and time were given for the next morning that the service could be performed.I received a call in the morning from the technician who was to come out. He was super friendly and arrived about 10-15 early. He quickly vacuumed my car and installed the new window with ease. He even cleaned up any mess caused by the rain, since it had started to drizzle. The service was completed in about 30 min and my car was back to normal.I cannot recommend these guys enough for such prompt and courteous service. Thank you!!

My car's rear passenger side window and quarter-panel window were broken and I needed someone to replace them quickly since (1) it was raining, and (2) I had to leave town in 2 days. I called Onsite Auto Glass and spoke first with Nick, who was super helpful. Nick got me in touch with his brother, Dennis, who jumped on the problem and got everything solved before I had to leave for my flight. They even worked with my insurance company...everything was easy from my end because of their help.Strongly recommend.

Excellent service! From the kind lady who answered the phone to the technician who came out to my home to replace my window. The lady on the phone is on top of her stuff, she had to follow up with me on the status of the window and she followed up exactly when she said she would and she got me on the schedule very quickly. The technician did an excellent job replacing my window. It was a very quick and painless experience dealing with On Site Auto Glass. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Can t ask for anything more from a glass company. If I ever need any window replacements I will be using this business again. I will also refer my family and friends to this business if they need a window replacement. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Called early on a Sunday morning and got an answer. Set me up for a window repair the next day. They even came to my place of work to perform the repair which was fast and the pricing was more than reasonable. Okay, so your car window is busted, and most likely, your car got broken into. I hope you're doing okay in light of recent events. It's a terrible feeling to be in. Like me, I was in this situation, but luckily, the Onsite Auto Glass Services folks were so wonderful, understanding, and professional. They gave me a quote over the phone at a very fair and reasonable price. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment, and the technician who replaced my busted window was nothing short of amazing and professional. They vacuumed my car and took care of the issue in about 30 minutes. You're in good hands with Onsite Auto Glass Services. My 2017 Audi Q5 SUV had its windshield cracked while driving on I80. The rock impact left a 3" crack and we decided to replace the windshield instead of having is repaired. The big national auto glass franchise (rhymes with 'hate life') wanted over $1300 to replace this windshield. I went online and foundOnsite Auto Glass Services in San Jose, Ca. I requested a quote from them and the company rep was great at getting the information he needed to give me an accurate quote (1/3 the price of 'hate life' :) ). Still not sure whether I would get a quality product for such a good price. After asking the glass shop rep more questions about quality of the job and checking with my auto insurance company (who recommended them) - I decided to book an appointment at my home to have the windshield replaced.Juan showed up on time, was very friendly, and meticulously removed the old windshield and replaced it with a new one of the same quality. He completed this process in my driveway in just over and hour and left the car cleaned of any debris, with a spotless new windshield, and with first day precautions until windshield sealant fully dried. I am extremely happy with the quality windshield and installation I received for an incredible price and would use them again without a second thought!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Wow these guys are the best in the auto glass business! Highly recommend them!Richard replied to my request to replace my windshield within 10 minutes, worked with my insurance same day andi scheduled the aptt tor next day! Their mobile service came on time and Carlos the install guy did outstanding work! Wow!Less than 24 hrs from initial contact I had a new windshield installed . Amazing service!!! I called around noon on a Monday and Dani was super helpful! She helped me determine what type of windshield I had (rain sensor vs no sensor). I had about a 4 inch crack near the rear view mirror area and needed it fixed asap. She was able to have a technician at my house in like 2.5 hours. The technicians were efficient, quick, and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I was very pleased at the customer service I received from OnSite Auto Glass. I had to coordinate body shop work done elsewhere with glass replacement by Onsite, while I had a rental car.They were consummate professionals, and were willing to work with the body shop and get my car in as soon as it was possible.I used this shop because they said they could make my logistics happen successfully, and they did. I will gladly use this shop again if I need additional services. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries, and left me completely satisfied with the service.Thanks OnSite Auto Glass!

Dennis gave me a great quote, however I found a place that could do it a bit cheaper. And I wish I never went there. The cheaper place didn't fully clean out my car door or the inside of my vehicle, there was a lot of glass left inside the door and seat area which they refused to properly clean out. I was told that it was too far in the door for any place to get it and I would just have to deal with it. I called back Dennis and he said he would help me out. They spent over an hour on my car just cleaning out the rest of the glass and making sure it was properly done. He didn't even want to charge me for getting the glass out, he just wanted a good review which I am so happy to give them. I couldn't consciously leave without paying them a little something for their effort thoughIf you need a window fixed. This is the place. They also do sound systems

This place was fast, efficient, and super easy to work with! They were about $250 cheaper than Safelite and they were able to come to my house 5 days sooner than Safelite could. Called first thing in the morning after noticing that some jerk broke into my car. Receptionist was extremely nice pleasant and polite scheduling was a breeze! Was told they would be here between 9-11 which was perfect considering I called at 8am! Showed up around 10 and was done in TWENTY MINUTES!! Amazing service!! I needed a windshield as soon as possible due to mine being broken. Given that it was Sunday at the time, these guys were able to get me scheduled Monday morning. They were punctual and fast. I would recommend this company. Affordable and professional Thanks

Strongly recommend! The front desk is super friendly. They scheduled the same day onsite service for me. Two technicians came and replaced the windshield in an hour at the parking lots in front of my office building. Professional , convenient and great service! The most recommended is the reasonable price!

Answered me at 6 in the morning, setup an appointment for 9, went to my job and did it within an hour. 300 for windshield replacement but technician was professional and did a great job from what i can tell. Super fast!! I called this am, someone was here by 3 (for a 3pm-5pm estimate) and done around 3:30. They cleaned up all the glass in my car , the glass around my car, and the windows are great. Thank you!!

Much praise to Juan, who did an outstanding job on my windshield install. The trim and details are so much better than the last time I had this done (4 years ago, by the cheapest place I could find). He showed up when he said he would, took the time he said he would take, and made sure I was happy before he left.When I noticed the next day that my rearview mirror was loose on the mount, I put off calling because I hate complaining, and I especially hate the possibility of fighting to get my expectations met. I finally called a full week later, and Juan called me back within 10 minutes, but I was away from my phone; he called again another 10 minutes later, and he was in my office parking lot maybe 30 minutes later - exactly when he said he would be, again.I've been my own mechanic for my entire life - just completed a full engine swap on this car - & as time goes on it's more and more rare to come across a tech that knows something I don't. I thought the mount plate that's glued to the windshield was defective (and I know I would break this brand new glass if I tried to replace it myself) - Juan took the mirror off, made some adjustments on the retention mechanism, and put the mirror back on - solid as a rock now. Took maybe 20 minutes of my time to get that resolved.Major props to Juan for being competent, friendly, genuinely interested in the quality of his work, and on time both times. And major props to the lady I spoke with on the phone for being friendly, on top of things, and communicative. This is I think the fourth or fifth windshield I've had replaced, and it's the first time the experience was good enough to write about.

The only reason Im posting this review is because of the SHI*** A** sales rep Dennis who was acting like a total jerk! I called and told him the situation, a landscaping company accidentally shattered my window and was taking responsibility. They'll provide credit card details or I could drop off the check once I received the invoice. He quickly agreed and was more concerned about ordering the most expensive piece of glass at that point. He called again later that night to confirm and again I mentioned the situation I wasn't going to provide my bank or insurance info. Again he quickly brushed me off and I assumed we were at an understanding. I called back the day of 2 hours after the agreed time, no invoice, no info. I AGAIN mentioned the payment situation and he agreed for the 3rd time!!! I asked about the invoice I never received and got it 10 mins before someone showed up to do the work! I forwarded the invoice at that point to the company taking responsibility and the individual completing the work asked for the card info. They threatened to take the glass and leave it completely uncovered without billing info at that moment when I made it absolutely as clear as possible several times that it would be provided ASAP by that company. I completely understand the company needs their money but the way they went about it was completely unprofessional. I hope Dennis gets his attitude, information, paperwork, and customer service skills together!

Customer service here is a joke. Dennis said they were gong to be at my place at a certain time. Didn't show up at the scheduled time. Called an hour later to find out that they were running behind. Never received a call about that but had to check in with them to find out why they were going to be 3 hours late. To be fair they were accommodating about the time delay and knocked off $15 from the total.However, a month later the freshly installed window came off the track and is stuck in the down position. Called to set up an appointment to fix it and was told the technician would come between 1:30 and 2:30pm. Didn't happen. Called to find out what was going on and was told the technician ran into problems at the previous job. Since I had to be gone by a certain time, I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Dennis said he would call the technician and let him know. Twenty minutes later the technician called me to say he was on his way... I also asked Dennis to please confirm the time which was set between 9 and 10 am. Didn't get a call of course. Had to call in and find out what was going on. Is this the way all of their customers get treated ?

This is the company to use if you have auto glass to be replaced. On a Friday night, I started looking for options and seeking quotes online to have my windshield replaced. Within what seemed like a matter of minutes, Deng had texted me to arrange for service the next day. I wasn t able to confirm with her until morning and we were still able to set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon. We ran into a snag when Chris discovered the windshield he brought didn t fit my car. I was upset about the delay that this caused and wasn t very nice about it, but Chris and Deng hung in there with me. As soon as it was possible to get the right windshield, Chris was back to quickly and expertly install it. Deng adjusted my fee to make up for the unexpected delay and when it was finished, not only did I have a perfectly installed new windshield, I felt like I established a relationship with a company I want to recommend and use again. Service with integrity, excellent pricing everything you could ask for!

My car's windshield was hit by a small stone on the highway and the crack soon became too large to fix. I filed a glass claim with my insurance and collected a quote for both aftermarket and OEM glass, which are both expensive in the recommended repair shop. Finally, I found Onsite Auto Glass LLC. Their customer representative is very kind to explain the price break-downs for OEM and aftermarket replacement. She also instructed me how to work with my insurance company to switch repair service provider. Their OEM price is more than 10% cheaper than the insurance company's suggested shop!On the next day, the technician (Juan) arrived on time. He is very professional and considerate. He explained the procedures to me, carefully removed accessories, and cleaned leaves below the glass. He installed the new glass neatly and told me how to secure it in the first few hours. Now my car returned to normal again :). Thanks to Juan and onsite LLC. I will highly recommend you to my friends.Service: Auto windshield replacement
