I ve taken both my cars here twice and Oil Stop is very professional and efficient. Some may argue it is pricey, but they offer discounts on your second car you bring in or email promotions of about 10% off. What sets them a part is they give you a complimentary beverage (water, coke, Diet Coke or sprite), they fill your tire with air, wash your front and back window, oil up the hinges on the doors and check the engine and cabin filters. They do try to sell some product that prolongs your oil or gas, but when I say no, they re not pushy. All the employees are great, but Julio and Victoria were especially helpful and friendly. The pricing is clear and fair in my opinion. You get what you pay for. I know I can rely on Oil Stop for great service.

These guys have been consistently providing excellent service for the last 10 years with no hiccups. They saved me a ton of money by identifying issues early on and providing solutions; whether you buy their services or not, they will give you honest advice. I wish they provided additional services like brakes and tires. All auto shops need a lecture from these guys on how to run an honest and effective business.

The team here is always very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. They will make recommendations on services to add to keep your car in tip top shape in addition to the regular oil change.The convenience factor is amazing. You drive in, stay in your car, and the services are completed quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was good, they offered us drinks and got us in, but the difference this time was my worker on the car wasn't very friendly at all and didn't show me the lipstick in the beginning. I had to ask if the oil was low or dirty. He wasn't in a very good mood. But still the service is good and I will still be coming back.

Great service every time. Very professional. Their business model allows them to sell in a way that is simply presenting options and accepting the yes or no, which probably results in more yeses overall. There are also times when I have told them what I can afford for the day and they make sure to stay at that number. They also offer discounts where they are able to which seems to be almost every visit. I go here because it is hard to find places that aren't either trying to cut corners entirely or add on something that you don't need.

Always prompt, polite and accommodating. The only oil drive through I would go to and trust that my car will be serviced efficiently and by professionals. Talking about women empowering, there is a one of us girls in the shop, isn t that refreshing!. Overall, it is a great place to have all you need done in one convenient place. Well done guys !

Professional. Friendly. Eric s been here almost two decades so I admire his consistency.. it tells me something positive.. Julio is a great communicator and likes interesting carsI d definitely go back. I might even recommend (which is rare for me). Especially if these two dudes are there to help me.The system they use is unlike I ve seen in other drive thru lube places. :) four stars is my A rating. Excellent excellent excellent!!!

Came in for an oil change after work (2:30pm) and received great service. All members of the staff were polite and professional. The wait was not long to get my vehicle inside.They do try to sell you quite a bit of extra products and services (they ask you about them), it s a business. I declined what I wasn t interested in and accepted what I thought was beneficial to my vehicle. I felt like they did a thorough quality job inspecting and servicing the vehicle.I ll be back.

This is the best place to get an oil change! I live out of town and needed one badly. The prices were reasonable no pressure on adding extra s and every single interaction with everyone I talked to was above and beyond . And it wasn t forced . This is a good crew and would even be willing to drive out of town to get this kind of service again.Thank you

This location is by far the most professional and organized service facility in our entire county.The focus on customer service and quality of service far surpasses any location I have ever used.Hats off to the manager, Peter and team that consistently proves why they are number one!!

I couldn t say enough good things about my visit here!!! The service was top notch and everyone who helped me went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back for all my oil changes here from now on!!! It was so nice to be able to drive right in and stay in the car. The employees were all so kind and attentive

Stopped here on a whim when driving by...I'll never go anywhere else! Good pricing, fast and super convenient service, humorous and helpful staff, and a nice cold beverage while I waited. Not a bad business model!

I really wanted to rate this place 5 stars because the service was phenomenal however, they didn't have a triple square socket to remove the lower cover in my Audi and access the oil drain bolt... it's $10 for a set at Oreillys... lets get the tools needed to work on common vehicles folks, it's not rocket science. Wasted 40 minutes waiting for nothing, time is precious.

I ve been getting my car serviced at Oilstop for years. They ve been constantly proving to me of their attention to detail and care. I always feel assured that my vehicle will be in great hands when they service my it. To me, their transparency and high standard makes them the best industry!

I didn't have an appointment and drove right in. I've been her before and the staff referred to my previous decisions to help me get done as fast as possible. The work flow system Oilstop uses is a real anxiety buster - I feel like I can trust the work and so I don't check to make sure the oil plug was put back in and the filter is on tight.

It's a drive up oil change. You don't even have to get out of your car! The employees are very friendly and helpful. They will offer you a free beverage while you wait. They were all having a great time and seem to enjoy working there.

Be warned; this location will recommend service your car does not need.Oil Stop #7, 404 Saratoga Ave., San Jose, CA. 95129.03-28-2024, Work Order O-007-176408, Juljio Perez-Ayala (Lube Tech), Kevin Anguiano (Service Writer) and Eric Plasola (Manager & Service Coordinator).Today my daughter brought her 2012 Volvo XC60, 49000 miles, in for an oil change. She was shown some black, dirty oil and was informed this was from her automatic transmission and as such the transmission fluid needed to be changed, $162. Unfortunately, she believed the service person and agreed to the service. Here's the facts: the vehicle had been well maintained by the previous owner, her grandmother. And, automatic transmission oil does not turn black, especially with under 50K miles on the car (my father was an auto mechanic/service manager/owner). The�service person showed her the old engine oil claiming it was transmission fluid and as such ripped her off.
