I went into return some brake pads I did not need. instead of simply explaining that the items must be returned to the location which they were purchased,them the cashier (didn't catch her name) and Jose were being extremely rude and argumentative. Between the two of them they could not convey the return policy. I said I was going to go somewhere else and Jose said you should go somewhere else instead of taking care of the situation. When I said I was going to review them he said go ahead.

I would like to thank ARTURO, he helped me several times for my 2017 Subaru Outback. He knew exactly what parts were needed for my A/C. This store knows exactly what parts and how many they have. Such great customer service. Thank you ArturoWhat I liked most was they knew exactly how many parts they have in stock. Not many stores can do that

Terrible customer service the assistant manager is extremely rude. They have used batteries mixed with new ones thrown all over the floor. They give you incorrect quotes over the phone just to try and get you when you come into the store. The employees park their personal vehicles and commercial truck right in front of the store not leaving any spaces to park for customersk U we which makes it that much more difficult to bring batteries and rotors or any heavy parts into the store. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I PROMISE. This is coming from a Service Manager with over 20 years customer service experience.

Only 2 people in the store to help all of the customers. Had to wait 45 minutes just to buy some light bulbs.

Friendly, helpful, they connect with each other looking for a part so that you don't go to another store and not be able to find the parts you are looking for. Thank you for the kind gesture you did for me on an emergency day and my truck needed parts quickly.Amables, serviciales, se conectan entre si busc�ndote una parte para q no vallas a otra tienda y no logres encontrar las piezas q buscas gracias , por el amable gesto q hicieron por mi en un d�a de emergencia y mi caminoneta necesitaba partes r�pido.
