The workers here are the best. They are so welcoming and it doesn't even feel like they are there for the money. They enjoy talking to regulars as if they are just hanging out. Very helpful in assisting in your needs. The store usually is well stocked and is one of the more popular franchise locations. I did have to come in last minute ~20 mins from closing but I never felt like I was a burden nor did it seem like the employees minded. Great service and even better people.Don't forget about their free tool rental program/oil disposal/OBD2 scanner test.

Two employees went out of their way to help me with a very dead battery that required charging. They took extra time and effort to help diagnose and fix the immediate problem and explained to me the best way to avoid similar issues. Great customer service from very friendly and helpful employees!

Probably the best Oreillys I have ever dealt with. Staff is super knowledgeable and are quick to help and assist those who aren't super automobile savvy. Besides that, they have the greatest air freshener selection in the world...2 thumbs up!!!

Good auto parts store for your needs, we went a while ago when they were broken into. Other than that, very friendly staff just seems to be understaffed like most stores now

These guys are fast and friendly. If they don't have what you need, they will find it at another store for you. Very knowledgeable and I have always found what I needed when shopping here.

One day my husband went to this store right before closing hours. Was going to run in and grab what he needed. In and out situation.The store was still open and the doors were unlocked and he had already opened the door when the two employees grabbed the door and shut it in his face. They had no decency to just say I'm sorry we're closed then close the door. They just laughed about it too. That was so rude and uncalled for. This isn't the only store where employees have been rude but this was by far the worst store. We are never going to these stores again and please stay away from the McKee one. Never had experience so much disrespectfulness and feel that the employees need more training especially in customer service.

I went today for my Honda civic, was helped by Detra I believe her name was and I got to tell you I am amazed at how much she knew what she was taking about. I was working on my own car with you tube and got somewhat confused. She knew exactly what I needed to do just by what kind of car I drive. I am impressed with the fact that she knew step by step what I needed to do. My car is done and thank you very much for your help Detra!!

Needed new wiper blades and headlights. The employee was awesome. While I was walking the isles he was asking me questions about my truck and giving me recommendations from across the store. Felt right at home in that atmosphere. More stores should be like this.

Went twice and had bad customer service both times. I don't plan on giving them a third try. Auto Zone on Capital is always busier (so not good to get in and out of quickly) but the staff/manager always seem to be in a positive mood and are always happy to help. Worth the extra wait in my opinion.

Nick best man ever. Lady killer. Hand my girls pants drenched and mine as well. We couldn t stop looking at him. But we where completely turned off when we saw a young man named Neftali. He was awkward and was not a good host. While nick tended to all our needs and desires. Unbelievable time with him. Where were so devastated to see him go. We are planning to see him in his new store location soon. We hope they find a man as wonderful as him

It s so disappointed to visit this store , I need some thing I was looking on the shelf but hard to decide which is the matching with my Camry, I saw a lady near to me and I request her if she can help or advise, She was so rude and told me she can not and told me to bring sample form the car and find your self, I waled out from store went to my car open my Boot and try open similar screw but I need a screw driver, I went back to the store I saw gentle man on the counter I request him if I can borrow a Philip screwdriver first he refused I told him my car is out side you can see from here I will bring it back then he pull out very tiny screwdriver and offering me I told that would not fit, Again I request if he can come out and have a look what I want so it will save my trip , He totally refused . i am not going back again never never I wish i can give them ZERO

Compliment,I'm always extremely excited when I can figure out the issues with my car, but often I receive some expert help from the staff at O'reily's on Mc Kee rd in San Jose, Ca on December 13, 2018, I thought I had purchased the wrong part for my headlight, all of the staff was more than helpful, the young man went out to the car with me, he told me you changed the high beam then pointed out this is the one you need to change, okay and back home i went to make the change, but then the light still didn't come on, so I drove back to the store, sorry I didn't get her name, but one wise & experience African Amer. employee assisted me in figuring out the problem, I was ecstatic, it was the fuse. Before the other AA woman helped me too, she worked with me too, she's great, you have a wonderful staff. Thank you

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was there last weekend needing oil for my car because the oil light came on. Had nobidea what to get so the staff came outside, looked and saw what i needed, and the whole experience was awesome.

This is by far my favorite O'Reilly's location in San Jose. First of all it's clean, well organized, and it's not in a shady location. This location is well run.

I walked in and pointed at the tach and 3 gauge set that I wanted. The guy working there said I'll get those from the back. Ten minutes passes and he tells me he doesn't have the key to get to the gauges. Apparently one of the other employees took them or something.

he gives me a wrong diagnosis on my car and not 1 diagnosis but 3. all my car needed was a new battery. they arent very inform in cars car problems etc
