I am a mobile mechanic here.I went to disposal oil at 9:40 PM on December 3 and Luis did not want to help me because he said they only do that on the day time because of people. They had 3 employes and there was No line at all. This was the worse attending I ever had on O ralleys chain. Laziness, owner get attention to you manager the mechanics are the ones who stand for your business. No coming back to this unit.

Who's the moron that authorized removal of multiple phones at the hub? The phone now rings forever and ever before the employees can reach them. Honeslty I usually just hang up. I'm sure someone somewhere understands the business basic that time is money. "Other places" are able to answer their parts phone lines promptly or at least with ok-ish urgency, not saying your employees aren't trying. I know they are, but I also know that place is massive and the volume of calls for parts is extremely high. The current team there (in the hub) is the best ever..... but how many phone rings would you like me to hang on for? I have no qualms about anyone in the hub, they all do very admirably. As I said, they're the best team that place has ever had, hands down above and beyond the prior monkeys that ran and worked the place. I'm complaining at the upper management that removed the phones.I guarantee your sales tickets are less, transfers and shipping out is less, payroll is higher, productivity is lower, less communications, probably more mistakes, and on top of everything you're running your team harder.Not smart to pinch pennies on the phones.July is the best.Anthony is the best.Art is the best.Sabrina is the best.If you want them to do their job and earn you your bonuses give them all the tools they need and maybe some raises. It's 2024.

Thank you victor for not checking your mirrors when reversing out of a parking spot and almost running me over and then trying to instigate an altercation before speeding away very professional definitely a roll model for your team no doubt you deserve to be a district manager you show great composure and definitely do NOT have anger issues or weird insecurities you feel the need to puff your chest out for something that could ve been a simple my bad

OmgI wish I could put 20 starsthis guy named Erick and his trainer named Josiah are the most beautiful peopleMy armrest broke in my carI got so many bruises and stab wounds on my arm from the nailsBut Erick from this store said he d fix it for me .He offered to help me and fixed it for me in five minutes .Folks it s no accident that I ve never been at this store b4Btw , they didn t pay me to say this either !But just know there s still some good and very nice people in this evil world !these people were truly raised well and rightI cannot thank your both enough please managers you must give them a raise ,as I hope more people will see this and bless them by shopping here

I've had nothing but good experiences. I just O'Reilly's most of the staff is really knowledgeable and know what they're talking about and for the few that don't they makeup for work with customer experience

Don't bother going to the place. I went to return an item and was met with a certain hostility right from the start. I was given a long explanation for why an item couldn't be returned.I walked out and right into another store nearby where the item was returned no questions asked.Save yourself some time. Choose an alternative O Reilly Store.

I come to this store all the time everyone is very helpful although the lines are worse then walmart. But other then that very little complaints other than one guy there, older short guy his name is luis very unhelpful and has no respect for his customers talks as if we dont know what we are talking about or as if he knows it all and instead of offering a solution or helping guide in the right direction he just tries to get you out of there as fast as he can.

Had to wait 31 minutes in the checkout line (not exaggerating, checked with my phone), that's a record in my 42 years of life. 8 registers but only 1-2 open, 3rd guy I saw in there didn't seem to care about maybe opening a 3rd, then went on break. The other 2 also didn't care in any way about trying to speed things up, when getting parts for people they hardly could have walked much slower. I had to get what I was there for, no way to drive elsewhere for it as my car wasn't drivable otherwise before going on a 12h drive right after...will never come back here.

This place has the worst customer service, waited in line for 30 minutes and the employees were very rude and I will never go to this oreilys again. They should have employees that like their job and have better customer service skills.

I work at oreilly auto parts store on lincoln ave. As a driver. And i love that place, and my job. I have been working there now for 5 weeks. They have lots of different things for youre car, and great prices and the workers go that exstra mile and then some to help you out.

This is a hub store, as such, it's very busy. There was a very long line (about 15 min wait) in the store to see someone and all cash registers were being used. That being said, the particular staff I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. Additionally, this store has bilingual employees for those in need of assistance in another language (I heard Spanish speakers).

The staff at this store are good, hardworking, nice people. However, the area is not safe. At about 4 p.m. on 4/24/18, while i was inside the store for a couple of minutes, a male passenger in a champagne-colored van, stopped and ran into a parked pickup truck in front of the store, stealing a hydraulic jack from the truck bed. The van fled, before anyone could get to it.

Left my battery is here to charge so that they could be tested in the morning to see if they were good the staff was friendly staff was helpful they were willing to take the batteries overnight and charge them for us so they tell me whether or not they're good or bad and a great experience here quick line good help good staff good experience

I used this place today as a last resort to get my brakes fixed, the lady told me they had no more left and went in the back to do 1 more search. Luckily they had one more pair left. Really lucky she checked and didn't just give up.

The worst customer service ever experienced. I went there around 6:40 pm and was in horrible line (no complain about it). I had to wait exactly 35 mins to get into counter. I am not a mechanic or a car handy person. So, I asked for help and this guy was so rude that he asked me to go and find the stuff myself and just pointed me from his finger where I could find it. And when I asked do I have to be in line again (like I've mentioned above, it was horrible and had to wait 35 mins) and he was like yes... I had been to AutoZone last week and they were so friendly and helpful that they went together with me and helped me get my stuff. I was expecting some kind of same service. Never going back there again, NEVER.

Although I was at one of the busiest O' auto stores in San Jose, they always have what and that includes parts for a 2000 BMW 528i. Also, I've never experienced anything other then polite accommodating customer service.

Somewhat knowledgable somewhat friendly staff. Really only deserves 3 stars but the store is always open on time and its always kept clean and organized and rarely will you come to find something and it be out of stock.

Really appreciate the loner tool program. Friendly people. I think this location is fairly large. I was pleasantly surprised they had a wheel cylinder in stock for my Subaru.

My visit to the location last night was the most dissatisfied trip to any retail location in my life!First off I wasn't greeted or aknowledged by any of the staff. As I walked towards the back carrying a battery and pack of custom lugnuts none of them seemed not to notice because I was accused of stealing the lugnuts on my way out. I'm gonna file a formal complaint and push the issue so that this never happens again.

Staff first day cery patient and helpful. Went back following dY to make purchase.I oersonally felt the staff who helped me was less than professional. In fact if and when i go back i will refuse this employee to help me.
