We walked in looking for license plate bolts we looked and looked no luck so I took a chance and asked a team member and sure enough he came through for us after that we was out of there... Return table and area could use just a tad bit cleaning.. Just a bit ...Overall.. Good service...

I lined up twice at the story branch for more than 30 minutes before I got my order.Seems like a long line always and stuffs aren't helpful at all..I ordered a trailer hitch and the guy who took it out expects me to drag it all the way to my van...no push cart to offer. Freight Harbor is the best coz they help customers all the way..

Close 2 early... Went n with a list 5 min before closing & would have only took me a few min 2 grab the items which was probably $100 sale but the doors was locked 5 +min before there actual closing time... I'm sorry u guys don't care about your job or your customers4 that matter enough 2 stay open until posted hours... Remember I didn't choose your line of work, u did... & U should always do your job 2 the best of your abilities & based on your written rules/times sposyed. .big disappointment & never coming back 2 this location again

I prefer this O'Reilly's then the one on King because it's not as packed. And the people that work there are fantastic and they have better customer service. I could always count on them. Great job guys

Always giving wrong items. Went in to get oil to do an oil change for my car. I gave them the year make and model of the car. They looked it up and handed me the specific oil and filter which was wrong. Once I did the oil change the car was non stop smoking from the engine. Other people where coming into the store were returning items that they got that were wrong. So first do a little research on your own make and model of car before coming here. Even my In laws had to go back here 3 times because they gave him the wrong filter twice. Not to mention I had to go back 2 times because they gave me the wrong filter too.

Anthony & Max I give 5 stars they both help with my issues on my car.My car at different times if the day will not turn on, thinking it will be my starter, the ulternator or battery.They check my car for free and the issue is with my battery I'm very happy to know is going to a simple fix!!!

These guys would not exchange a can of spray paint that was defective. "I have to wait until my manager comes in tomorrow." Evidently, neither of them had the authority to make decisions like that. Like a Couple of little kids.

Very good service here.. One girl and Michael helped me to exchanged my less than two years old battery that died when cold temperature. She was very gracious and helpful... Thank you...

Purchased a batter for my Chevy Avalanche from the Tully Road Facility. The battery went bad after only a few months. When returned to talk to somebody in the store about a replacement the customer service was terrible. I asked for a replacement and was treated very harshly made to feel like i was extremely un-valued. The service person at no time was concerned with addressing my problem, only telling me that i had to wait for several hours to allow them to determine if my new battery was defective. I had to argue with the person to give them my call back my number as they wanted me to return in person with a claim tag to find the result of their testing. I took Uber back to my work and waited for a very curt and unprofessional call telling me the battery was indeed defective. I was also told to bring my receipt or telephone number that my account was registered to, or else they would not grant a warranty claim. I have bought batteries from this franchise for several years and will not go back. The first time ever i have had a defective part problem with O'reilly and they treated me like dirt. I just bought an interstate battery with a 5 year warranty from another seller. How you handle a customer service problem says a lot about a company and it people. I learned a lot today about O'Reilly Tully Road.

Easy to stop and check that stupid "Check Engine" lite. I did that today. Guy at counter did it in under 5 min. Gave me the codes. Now I know what issues are and can avoid being RIPed off. You can't beat Free!

Very helpful staff. I had a hard to find battery (two other places were no help) and with some detective work they were able to figure it out and order it for me. Thanks guys!

I have learned NOT to buy from these places, for most items are twice as much. Ex.. walmart crc electronic cleaner is 4.77O'Reilly is 8.99 , same can ,same ounces, apples to apples ! Ripoff.

O'Reilly's has a great selection of auto parts and cheaper. I had to take back a few cause I bought unnecessary parts and they had no problems returning my money.

When I walked in the store a gentleman open the door for me who when I looked at him again he was an employee when I got to the counter I was helped by another employee and it was great service and I was invited and welcome that made me feel good
