I was looking for a part for my old Mercury cougar and there were the only ones that had it I went to two other places before they're they're the only ones in town that had it I'm glad they're there

Customer service sucks at this Willow Glen location on Lincoln Ave. In fact, Customer service / Quality has been a huge issue with this location for some time. I didn t even want to put one star. There were 3 employees working and I asked for help with one employee that was clipping his finger nails and he directs me to the cashier which had a long line with 5 people waiting! I just walked out, I don t get it! They don t deserve my business.Terrible customer service!! Recommend going somewhere else!

When you need it they likely have it or can get it. Try going on their website to order and pick up. Staff friendliness has improved quite a bit!

In anticipation for Monday's rain I stopped at O'Reilly's for new windshield wipers. There were 5 employees standing behind the counter and I stood there waiting for someone to offer service or at least let me know someone would be able to help me soon. I waited about 10 minutes until one employee looked up and I asked for the item I needed. JOSHUA looked up the exact windshield wipers I would need and even put them on my car for me. I really appreciate his help. If you need new windshield wipers make sure you go here and they will put them on for free. They have a sale on the Rain X ones

My Dad has been a client at this Oreilly for about 10 years now. Everything has been good until the new manager Tino came in. He insulted and cussed at my dad claiming he steals parts using warranty My dad is really mad about this situation and is currently going to another Oreilly. I hope this situation can be fixed because honestly no should deal with this mans attitude.

Ordered online for in-store pickup. Waited two days for notification that my order was ready, finally called and learned that they had to order it from a warehouse. The website indicated that the item was in stock. Finally just drove over there, and ultimately purchased a different, similar item. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Just wish the website had been more accurate about availability.

This is not my first time here, this review applies to multiple visits.I've waited, with no line, for staff to finish a text (or what ever) prior to acknowledging me, and stood on silence in between scans as they look at and respond to alerts in their phone. Again, this isn't just once. This trip, there were two staff at the counter and neither would look up, waiting for the other to help me. I already had my part, I just wanted to pay.The staff are always bothered to talk to you or help you and quick to walk away so that you don't ask for anything else.In top of the fantastically awful customer service, this store is dirty... even for a parts store.This is precisely the way you should not run a business. Bravo management, you've hired this generations laziest and mist socially inept.

I frequent this location often because I help friends and family service their cars. They are always organized and friendly. On the rate occasion they are out of stock for an item, but always good with providing information on surrounding stores or placing an order for you.

Very kind and helpful staff; they charged my car battery for me at no cost. It took a little over an hour. Great service, I will definitely be back the next time I need to buy anything for my car.

Pretty much all you need for your regular car maintenance and accessory desires. The staff have always been polite and knowledgable. And the stock is large - from replacement windshield wiper blades through batteries to tools, components.Won't have every part for more obscure needs - but can get them.

Went in at 11:40am to get my battery tested with the goal of buying a new one if the current one is bad. Waited in line for 5 minutes to be told that they are too busy to help. Staff your store better and hire more motivated employees.

Don't post a sign about your price correction policy and process if an item received rings up wrong, if you're not going to honor it and ignore the customer when they point it out. Not worth arguing over in the moment, but has guaranteed the loss of a customer.

This is where I pick up all what I need for car maintenance. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Dropped of my old car battery here. I have also purchased the Techron Fuel injector cleaner here at a very good price. I have found the price for various items to be very reasonable at this location.

The counter people always take forever because they dont know how to look up parts. Extremely lousy at costumer service and they dont put any effort to go the extra mile. Their delivery guys always bring the wrong part and makes our shop lose money.

Very rude staff, went for some rivet clips and they didn t care to assess me, asked for a flashlight so I could find an example of what I was trying to buy and got a very poor service experience. Just go and buy at Auto Zone.

I had a better day when I went to O'Reillys to purchase winshield wipers blade but had no idea how to put them on and this wonder man named Steven M helped me put my new winsheild wiper blade. GREAT SMILE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Yeah!!! For people who make the world a much better place. THANK YOU STEVE

I bought windshield wiper blade refills today at noon. The young woman cashier was lovely and polite. The store advertised that they would install the wiper blades. I accepted the offer. Another employee, Robert, went to the car with me and install them. He was exceedingly rude and impolite.

Dude this place went down the drain man. The lady up front does not know what she's doing or talking about and very rude plays on her phone talks back when I'm trying to explain my self. I wait longer than expected for simple things. It's not even worth coming here anymore period!

What do you really expect? They are open more hours and days than anyone else so if youre in a jam they are more likely to be open. They get 5 stars for that. However, they typically sell a generic brand for car parts and NOT manufacturer parts. I have had serious issues and I do not buy their parts any longer. Masterpro I believe is what they sell. Bearings go out fast. Things rust quickly. CV boots leak within a week. Fine if you're just trying to get a POS to run a little longer, but if you care about your car this stuff just doesnt cut the mustard. Again, I really appreciate this place being open late 7 days a week for tools and things for projects.

I took my batterie to get charged then went back" the next day. Same guy said that its no good wont hold charge. Then to say its not even a oriely batterie was ready to toss it and not give it back to me. As a real gentle man and i as a lady didn't offer me a hand to take to my car by the way im pregnant he didnt care to to notice. 1star no 0 star

Expensive price for cheap Chinese parts. Warranty the part but you end up paying to replace or replacing it once a year. Rotors warp, wheel bearings grind, Electronics fail or don't work out of the box. Keep in mind I'm only an ase master mechanic. You do what you want. I'm going to Napa or the dealer.

Decent selection of parts, helpful staff. The only issue is the place next door fills up all the parking and trying to shop here is almost impossible, most times I stop by i pull in, see there is no parking and i just leave, they have marked two spots that say O'Reilly only but they are often filled with what i assume are customers.

I use different Orieleys all over,depends what town I'm in.They are all helpful,especially if they have an older knowledgable employee like Phil at the Willow Glen store!!
