Needed service done on my sisters Nissan. I called to see if I could just do a walk in or if it was by appointment only. I didn't want to drive here to be told to leave and come back later. I called 3 times and no one answered. Left 3 voice-mail. I went to a nearby shop that I take my car. My sister has taken her car here before to the Nissan service. Let's just say that they skipped a lot of things. Like an air filter that looked like it was covered in tar. That was 5 days ago I left the voice-mail but no one ever got back to me. I'll just avoid this place.

Witnessed disgusting behavior from the workers at this dealership. I saw a guy come in to get hot water (it was a cold day) he wasnt dirty or bothering anyone but I guess he was homeless so they treated him with the most disrespect. Calling him names in front of everyone in the lobby. Definitely will not return to a place like this where they treat normal people like trash. These employees need to hold themselves to a higher decorum

Great price Great service. Didn't have an appointment but Joseph was kind enough to squeeze me in their busy schedule. I was in and out in 1 hour. They always wash your car but do to the water shortage they put that on hold.

I was able to book a same-day appointment online for my car's 30,000 mile maintenance. I took my car in and I was out of there in 2 hours. My service advisor, Joseph was very professional. No pressure sales for unnecessary work or scams.

Due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication of the service department's hours, I arrived late to pick up my car (at 6:56 p.m. on a weekday, 56 minutes after the service department had closed). However, the mechanics and salespeople at the dealer earnestly tried to help. They impressed me with the sincerity of their kindness.

There is visible mold inside of Doc Whitmore s office. Found a cockroach crawling in the waiting lounge.

One of the worst Nissans I ve ever been to. My first encounter I tried to order a rear passenger side mirror told them 4 times on the phone to verify, and still ordered the wrong part. Second time they tried to up sell me on a tired when I have a 5 year tire plan took them 3 days to finally fix it. They told me insurance only covered the tire thread to 6 when after insisting they call the number on the paper was informed they cover up 2 3mm. Honestly thinking about moving to another city or driving the distance to get my car serviced. I will never come back to this service station again.

Took all day for an oil change. Then when I call the next day to get my car back, they don t even know where it is. They always take several hours for simple maintenance tasks. This is the last straw.

I can't imagine service can be slower than that, 3+ hours to buy the car! And only Monday through Friday with limited hours available to convert from a lease to buy.

the worst place to service the car, it takes hours to perform an oil change and when I pick it up they give me a sheet of the supposed inspection that was made to the car, without any novelty and showing that everything was in perfect condition and working well, I check the directional light that had reported damaged and it was not changed. when I return I tell Mr. Doc that I had paid and he says only OMG, and he asks me for the car to take it back to service and when he gets on he drops a filter that I use on the window and this person calls me instead for it to be reached. after 5 min he comes back and tells me that they don't have the light bulb to change it, to take it another day so they can change it. a whole dealer of the brand and do not have simple spare parts ?. Mr. Doc upon receiving the car forcing me to perform some recommended services to which I denied him so in a bad way I schedule a service that ends up paying and apart from this he was charging me for the oil change that I was already paid for with US WARRANTY , but he insisted that it was not already expired and he told me if he does not want me to charge him, bring me the contract.

Found our engine blew at 94k miles. New was 11k found almost new for 3.5k. a repair I could live with.Update they installed the wrong engine and had to redo the entire job. This was factory reps who went all the way to installing an engine without ever checking the numbers to see if it was the right one.Sorry don't see the professional job I needed for my car.

6+ people sit in 1 room! No masks!! Masks under chin, under nose, in hands everywhere! Do they really care about customer service???Car wasn t even sanitized after checked it. Never coming back!

Took my 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5S in for routine service today. They were great. Great location with easy freeway and expressway access, clearly marked service area, great service advisor (Johnny), plush waiting area with wall outlets to charge devices and WIFI. Check out there website for monthly discounts. Feel they were fair with costs and fast service. Highly recommend them for your Nissan repair needs.
