I used to live next block to MS Auto Service. I went to get my oil changed. It was year end holiday time. I asked the owner (name is Son) will they be working through the holidays. He said his employees need rest, they work hard. That says something good about the owner. Ever since then I goto this auto service shop. One time my car broke and was not able to drive it. I asked geico to tow it to MS auto service . Left the key inside the car. I contacted the owner via phone and let him know that the tow company will drop off the car at his shop. After the drop off, he communicated to me by phone about the repair and costs and fixed it in a day. Then I went and took my car. Very good service price. Reliable. Honest owner.

Son is very nice and professional. He took time explaining and answering all my questions. He did a very good job on replacing front wheel bearings and tires. I m very happy with his work and definitely will come back.Service: TiresService: Tires

My Lexus car starter did not work and it was 6pm. I told Son the owner that we need this car fix by today since our family's 2nd car was in another repair shop from a collision. Son, the owner and his partner stayed late to get our car's starter fixed-and man they got me on the road within 3 hours.

I come here every three months for oil change and sometime replace some parts for my Nissan juke 2013, Son did excellent job with a through inspection. I asked him a lot of questions and he answered with knowledge and completed his job perfectly, highly recommend

Brought my first car here for some light maintenance, they have some good deals here sometimes. I got a full inspection with my oil change. Aside from getting a new filter, full synthetic oil, and disposal of the old (for the price of typical Synthetic oil), Son, also adjusted my brakes and answered my questions fully. Been going back regularly for other issues as well. (Highly recommend)

The owner Son has been very helpful in getting my car repaired in the past. I didn't have much done at that time but he definitely met my expectations. Today I bought my vehicle in to get the A/C fixed, interior driver's door handle and rear differential fluid replaced. Hopefully the A/C just needs a recharge. I'll see how it goes after he calls me and says what's wrong.

Sun is a very honest mechanic. His prices are far and he will work with you. We've gone to have our car fixed by him 3 times and plan to return whenever we need auto repairs.

The owner, is a top rate mechanic. MS Automotive works on all my cars. They are a little pricey, but they are worth each dollar.

.. this mechanic is really really good .. and his shop is so clean .. I just happened to stop there when I was looking for a smog check after another shop said it was not possible when I had a "check engine" light on.. he researched it and said he could do it .. passed no problem .. an honest guy who has studied auto technology and mechanics for five years .. he does everything except body work .. even tires .. for body work I recommend you go to Hilliard's Auto on Lafayette .. near the San Jose airport ..
