Tech/mechanics tend to do a good job most of the time, the service desk is just a group of clueless people with zero idea of wait times and return time.Ridiculous they charge 400$ 2-3 days to diagnose a vehicle, 4hrs for an oil change. But what can we do when it's the only truck dealer in SJ and they know it. Probably why they don't care who complains. Gotta keep coming back because I have no choice. You'll be thinking back to this review when you go

Horrible service took my new F-150 ford single cab in for maintenance and center display screen glitches and malfunctioning with screen took them awhile to check vehicle I had video proof of problem with screen. Called in if oil change had been done nothing still no work done had been wanting to make sure inspection was done or problem was fixed I was told no problem was found upon inspection of vehicle. Everything was good with vehicle. When I got vehicle still has same issue on center display screen but did not want to take it in same dealership maybe another dealership with better service. What makes me upset is I had just bought the vehicle in July of 2023 so it s only been a couple months.

Truck had problems and i was very upset when bringing it to dealership.The ladies there made me feel better immediately and patiently listened to me.They assured me it would be fixed in time for my trip out of town.I am extremely pleased with the customer service i received. Kudos to Mission valley ford.

This Ford store is a hidden gem! While most of you continue to hit on the CAR Stores in our area for servicing all I can say is I m sad for the pain you inflicting on yourselves. This is the most honest-helpful-understanding-quick dealers that I ve been to and I ve been to them all. Did I mention honest, yes I think I did. Kudos service and parts! Next time I ll try sales just because of you guys.

Friendly staff, workmanship poor. They had to replace the front windshield 2 times and when I got it back both times they left a lot of pieces of glass on dash, seat, floor and console. Also I had to call several times for an update as they never called me back for an update. Very frustrating both times

I am so disappointed with my service. They lied to me and did NOT fix the problem. I m going over the invoice and in it they indicated that they pulled out the engine and transmission to fix an oil pan leak???? The engine was NOT REMOVED! Lie! The bill came to over 7500.00 and they did NOT FIX WHAT IT WAS TOWED IN FOR!! Never again!

Very good. Recently rented a 15 seater Van from them, got almost a brand new 2023 vehicle. No hassle, started from booking to return, the whole experience was good. Highly recommend.

I would highly advise not to do any business with this company. They are fraudulent and the only thing they care about is making the sale.I purchased a new Ford F350 that they knew was a lemon. I test-drove the truck and did not see any problems, we signed all the paperwork. I was driving home and noticed a whistling noise from the front windshield. The reason I did not notice it was because I did not go over 60 miles mph. I called my salesman as soon as I heard this they said bring it in we'll look at it. They agreed there was a noise problem. After a couple of weeks, they informed me that Ford told them that all these trucks make this noise. It's a defect. My salesman admitted they knew about the problem and I could not return it. They knew it was a lemon. He advised me to hire a lawyer and go through the lemon law process. Don't trust these guys Don't buy anything from this dealership.

Excellent service department. Everyone is one friendly and helpful. I had a brake job done on my E450 same day for a very fair price. This is a great dealership that is trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely one of the most professional and friendly service departments I ve ever encountered I own multiple trucks and I will never take my truck elsewhere. Other than to Mission Valley Ford!! Valerie and the service manager went a step Above and beyond to get a part ordered for me overnight. It would ve absolutely been a devastating downtime to my business. I don t have the words to thank them enough.

Worst experience,drop my work Van almost 6 months ago for faulty backing camera,check front brake pads,check side door not opening,and still waiting,this is not the first time but the longest,no updates unless you call multiple times,not recommend this place for service.

I brought my truck in for service today Thursday and was told that they were really busy. I wasn t expecting to get my truck back until Monday. They were able to get my truck looked at and worked on today (Thursday) and returned to me. I would recommend them for any service that needs to be done. I want to thank them very much. Great job and customer service

Worst car buying experience I ve had. I had countless issues while ordering my ford Bronco from beginning to end. First my initial reservation for my Bronco was not used and ended up getting canceled, second the sales person Wayne Lattin almost got away with over charging for my Bronco order and disregarded my price protection at time of sale until corrected by other sales people, and third they drilled holes into my brand new vehicle for a license plate holder after I had requested them not to since I was going to be buying a mount for a license plate to attach to my modular bumper that I paid extra for. After being denied a replacement part where holes where drilled by dealership mechanics after requesting them not to do so just shows the lack of communication and customer service. The manager for ford valley motors, what ever his name is instead of owning up to his employees mistake tries to justify the situation by playing license plate police and saying that by law there has to be plates in the front of the vehicle before leaving the dealership. I suggest avoid this place at all cost they don t care for their customers RAPPORT. If you have to visit this so called dealership ask for Charlie at least he can provide good customer service and actually seems to care for his customers.

My buying experience was so easy. Wayne Lattin was great and I would highly recommend him! He was very helpful with the whole buying process! Mission Valley Ford makes buying a car very easy. There was absolutely no pressure or gimmicks. The process of the buying process was simple and the financing was unbelievable.
