Of all the possible car maintenance and repair tasks an oil change is not the most difficult. Thankfully the front desk woman caught the incorrect filter from being used. So I ended up waiting in additional 20 minutes for the correction. Unfortunately that lovely woman did not catch that the mechanics neglected to replace the cap. They where too busy hee-hawing ( yes this is the best word to describe unprofessional behavior ). I was the only OIL change and customer. It was not a peak rush period. Just incompetence.Service: Oil change

While attempting to get a flat tire repaired, my experience at the establishment was less than satisfactory. As I walked into the office the lady behind the counter seemed preoccupied with a personal phone call and completely ignored me despite making eye contact when I came in. Didn t offer any assistance, didn t ask me to wait. Nothing. There were no customers there.

Theyre always busy which is understandable of their customer service. They are definitely knowledgeable about their work every time I relay a situation to them

Swift and friendly service! Midas's rep. Angel went above and beyond with informing me about my car, after my oil change. Saving time, he had an estimate ready; no obligations, for recommended service.

I went there yesterday 8/01/20 to have 2 vehicles serviced. On the receipt it mentioned they did window cleaning, vacuum, air filter inspection and a few other things. Upon picking up the second vehicle I noticed they had not done any of those things to that vehicle. I brought Chad "the manager" out to see the vehicle and asked him what gives, he agreed that they had not done the things outlined in the receipt, there where still cobwebs on the air filter release and old dust and all he offed was 20 bucks off the next time I went. When I got home I notice the same on the 1st vehicle. Shady, shady shady. Stay away from this place or hover over them as they do the work other wise who knows what they are doing or not doing to your vehicle. And if you own a white BMW and was at that shop at about 3:30. They did a burnout on it. Don't believe me, Chad says everything is recorded.

Got here at 4:30 for a quick oil change when they close at 6 , the place was pretty much empty, only one worker and they told me they couldn't do it because it was only him. What kind of business is this , the only reason I came here was because they are called SpeeDee oil I thought they would be quick.

The people working here were nice, and my truck feels noticeably better after the radiator flush they did, so I'm happy!

Told me its $69 plus tax but the bill came out over $85. Added more fee later. Guy was very polite
