My car looks brand new! A couple months ago my car was in an accident that cause the side of my door to get scraped and dented! Lee and his team were super accommodating with my schedule & helped me get a rental for the duration of the time my car was in the shop! I attached my before & after photos! 10/10 recommend this shop, they were honest & had fair pricing!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I waited two weeks only for a quote. Every time I called in I was told they were going to call me back but they never did. They never submitted photos to my insurance either. Had to go another body shop. Such a terrible experience and waste of time.

Amazing, I mean amazing customer service!!Came here, about a month ago, to get a second opinion on my mom's car. We had an issue with her trunk not fully opening and it had trouble closing properly. We got an estimate from them and it was HALF of what the dealership said they would charge us. GREAT!! They ordered the parts and started working on the car, a couple weeks later and our issue is all fixed now.Couldn't recommend this body shop enough! Great prices, great customer service, and great overall work!

I backed into a pole and damaged my 2021 Rav4. Toyota recommended this shop to me to get the repairs taken care of. I have to say, I am extremely happy with the end result. They a great job and the car looks exactly like it did when I bought it off the lot. The staff was very reassuring and understanding when I had any concerns. It did take some time which can be frustrating(waiting for parts), however, I am glad they took the time to do it right and not rush.Service: Body & Trim

Michael Js will do a meticulous body repair for you, and return your vehicle spotless. My 2021 truck had storm damage (from a falling tree) and they made it look like new. Thank you Michael Js and all the good folks who work there.

We took our Sequoia to Michael J s for some body work. They did a fantastic job! Sergio is very knowledgeable and professional. They finished the repair pretty fast. The price is very competitive. Professional and friendly experience! Did the repair on the front bumper on the same day and looked brand new. The pricing was extremely competitive and they provided a tour and explanation at the end on the work that was done. They also gave a free keychain that functions as a bottle opener! This is an auto body shop that knows what they are doing! They delivered incredible customer service and repaired my vehicle making it look brand new.Justin was extremely helpful through the entire process and took the extra time to update me on the status of the vehicle. I got rear ended and had a claim through insurance and Justin executed the whole thing professionally.I highly recommend them if you're looking to use an auto body shop in the bay area!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ramona was absolutely helpful. Came in because someone had keyed my left passenger door and removed my paint. She gave me a reasonable quote and explained to me in detail what was going to be done and why the price was the way it was. They did a phenomenal job on the paint job, looks just like before. And the service was also fast and friendly gave them my car on Monday had it back on Wednesday. She even gave me a quote on another problem area that I had, but do to the price I might look around before deciding to fix my other trouble area. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

There were several delays in getting parts, and some elements are still not quite properly aligned. Paintwork is good, including some extra touch up areas. I had to call in several times to get updates. Sergio was good in pointing things out during the initial estimate and kept me informed when I called in.Followup edit: I took my car to get the lingering issues addressed, and the bumper looks much better now. Service was super quick and I was in and out in under two hours.

Went by today when they opened and had a quick inspection of my passenger side rear door of my brand new Subaru Ascent that got reversed into. They came out and inspected it. Luckily it was just scuffs to my wheel and a little bit on my trim. Thank god it was Barely anything but the person inspecting my car even when inside and got some polish to get the residue off my wheels. Its the small things but that s some great service. If I need some body work I am going to surely try them out but they get some kudos for making sure I was good to go.

Took my 2013 Ram to get some repairs done, at 597 west taylor st in san jose Michael J's Collision. It was the fastest and easiest place I have ever been to. My service advisor Justin and George the manager made everything super easy with the insurance. Justin always kept me on the emails that he send to my insurance. I dropped off my ram last week then on Tuesday i seen the email that my truck was ready.. i was amazed and not expecting it to be done that soon. Justin called me to Inform me that it was really, i did ask him if i could leave it there until Thursday when i had my day off from work. They were so understanding with my situation and said yes of course no problem. I went for my ram today and LOVED it..it was like new my eyes couldn't believe it. They did a full detail on it and that was amazing. I really want to thank all the guys from the shop and give everyone a BIG THANK YOU for leaving my truck like new. Thank you for all the AMAZING work everyone did. I will Recommend this shop to everyone i know.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

{Just updating this. I pulled in recently "afterhours", with a weird under car thing with my car that rides low. They were literally heading out the door but took the time to help me out. It was probably easy peezy to them but meant a lot to me. These are good guys, that's all I can say.} This is kinda late but took my car there twice and glad they were there. They worked miracles on my car after it had been hit by a very large security gate.The team was super professional and simply experts at what they do.I hope I don't have to get my car repaired in the future but if I do I'm going straight to Michale J's Body Shop!

Brought our car here on our insurer's recommendation after a car park hit'n'run damaged the rear body. Very organised and professional, they were open early a.m. which made visiting easier. They checked the damage, determined they needed to order a part and got me to bring in the car on the following Monday when the part arrived. Good at setting expectations: they said it would be worst-case finished by Wednesday afternoon, and in the event I was able to pick it up Wednesday a.m. They had a Hertz facility on-site and we were able to rent a car for a couple days at a reasonable rate while they made the repairs. They made daily phone calls to keep us up to date on progress.As well as a fine repair job, the car was washed and cleaned to satisfy even my wife's exacting standards. The staff were very friendly polite and chatty.They managed the insurance claim themselves, just needed the claim number and they did all the paperwork. The final bill was somewhat eye-watering, but at a quick glance it seemed to check out just fine and my insurer didn't raise any issues.They have a very stylish sofa in the office, and they have windows on to the workshop floor so you can see the mechanics doing their thing.Only down side: very crowded lot, so they sometimes have to do quite a bit of car juggling to get your car or rental out to the road.

Although my car's body repairing took longer time to repair (which I don't mind), but as a courtesy, Jeff/Mike gave me extra bulks for the free rental cars....very nice and excellent customer's service. In addition, the car finished with extra clean in/out....which impress us. I will recommend to anyone one need auto body repair in the future.

My wife went in to get our tailgate fixed and I cannot believe how well they treated her. These guys know what they are doing and are incredibly honest. We got a quote to get the car fixed at another shop and they said that it would be 3 hours worth of work. Michael J's took 20 minutes and got the work done and got my wife out of there. I cannot praise these guys enough.

I brought my 1995 corvette there since this shop works with the Chevrolet dealership. Friendly staff, efficient, and their work just speaks for itself! My front bumper was repaired and repainted in about a week's time! Not to mention their impeccable paint work has a lifetime guarantee! I will be taking my corvette here for more work in the future.

I recently took my Chevy Cruze to Michael J's Body Shop to repair minor damage from an accident and was very happy with the work done. What I thought would take three days they had done in two and communicated it to me right away. I also appreciated the detail job (inside and out) that I wasn't expecting.The place seems a little chaotic but is very well managed. I hope I never have to take my car back to a body shop, but I would use Michael J's again.

I've had my car repaired at Karry's twice. I really had a great experience working with Simon & Baylon! The service is professional & they really try to get you back in your car right away! Great customer service from start to finish, I highly recommend getting you car repaired here.

My girlfriend came here herself and didnt feel like they were trying to rip her off or take advantage of her lack of knowledge. They were very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. They explained everything before they did anything. The job was also well done and even did a little extra. the car worked and looked new. Highly recommend this place.

Most frustrating experience ever.My bumper was broken due to small accident.Initially they told it will take 2-3 days and took more than 2 weeks. They promised that they will cover the rental car if it takes more than 3 days but in the end manager told he did not promise and he is not responsible for some other employees promise.Repair initial estimation was close to 1K and after a week they made an estimate of 6k. looks really fishy.When I went to ask for updates after 3 days, one lady told she will call the police if I don't leave. Later after complaining about this, manager informed that she has mental illness. Not sure why they are keeping employees who have mental illness. I was never being treated like that anywhere else.Last but not least, I had a car registration sticker stolen. This is the most frustrating one.They told they can't do much but they will reimburse 20$ the registration sticker fee. Who wants their 20$, I had to waste lot of time at DMV.

I just went there yesterday to try to get the damage fixed on my car so I could leave on a 400 mile, 3 week road trip by Sunday. I no nothing about cars, and this fact is plain to anyone. The guy could have easily taken my business (and forced me to stay past the date of my trip), but he observed the damage and notified me that it was minimal enough to go on my trip. Due to his honesty, I'm not even going to fix my car on the trip, but I will just wait until I get back home and come back to this place. He even bolted down my battery which came loose during my accident (which I was naturally unaware of) for free, and this was before I told him that I would be back. Good guys.

These guys just replaced my fender on my Subaru STI and it looks great, perfect paint match, nice work, and they saved me a couple bucks. They were referred to me by a friend and I would definitely do the same for anyone looking for body work in CA. Thanks guys.

I was ready to replace my front fender. Driver's side corner came loose (bought the car used, still discovering issues) and is cracked in the front. Tape didn't hold. Dealership recommended I try here. They solved the problem.
