They did an amazing job replacing my windshield due to a crack in the lower right corner. Communication with me throughout the process was great and service was top tier! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a window repair or replacement!

Told to bring car to dealership the night before the windshield was to be replaced by Mex Autoglass since they were scheduled first thing in the morning. They didn't show up until the afternoon. The dealership did not have enough time to recalibrate my front sensors before closing. I was without my truck for 3 days due to their incompetence. They were the ones that said to have the truck there the night before so they would not have to wait for me to drop it off.Avoid doing business with them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Dropped the car off on the way to go camping Friday and picked it up Tuesday on the way back. Car was done the same day but let me keep it there through the weekend. Very nice staff, quality work, reasonable prices.

2nd windshield replaced by them. It's hard to avoid rock strikes in the Bay Area roads with all the construction work happening all the time and it seems like my vehicle is a road debris magnet. Very happy with their work the first time they replaced my 1st windshield. I knew exactly where to go when I needed a second replacement. No leaks, perfect install on an OEM windshield. Awesome work! I highly recommend them!

Had a break in and needed to get 2 windows replaced on my car (2015 Mazda) Called in the morning to get a quote and was 440 for both. 300 Dollars CHEAPER than SAFELITE. Parts came in the next day and the service itself took 2 hours. They have a fairly nice lobby to wait in if you choose to. Looks like new and cant tell it's not an original window. They even cleaned the interior very thoroughly of all the broken glass. Friendly staff and quick service. There is also a 1 year warranty on workmanship just in case. Very pleased.

Mex was recommended to me by my dealer where I take my car for maintenance. I had them replace the windshield in my Nissan Altima. They are total pros and do excellent work. Many of the local dealerships send their glass work to Mex, and while I was waiting they had a dozen or so new work orders come in. They were super helpful in getting everything settled with my insurance claim and had me in and out in under 2 hours. They also do on-site repairs depending on your location.

Took my beautiful 2012 Lexus into David, with a water leak around the windshield seal. He offered to take me back to work, or wait in their office. I waited, able to complete some work, in just over an hour. He returns with a new windshield! David is awesome, friendly & easy to talk to and people in office are very friendly.

The team at Mex were very helpful and efficient. In fact, not only did they fix the broken window, but they also adjusted the trim around the window to correctly align. Originally the trim did not line-up very well. I would use their services again if needed.

Chip repair lasted 1 year and 9 months, then cracked and spread to half of windshield. The warranty is stated up front as 1 year, so the fix went well for the 1 year but now I'm facing windshield replacement at $300+.Pros are the service was kind, the warranty was stated up front, and the company is transparent about their policy. Cons are that I really only delayed the windshield replacement and the company is sticking with the 1 year warranty, so now I have a full cost windshield replacement to consider.

To be honest I wasn't happy with Mex Auto Glass, they didn't do a great job to be honest, the small crack in the wind shield that they repaired was done in a very sloppy and uncaring way. But the problem wasn't really with Mex Auto Glass, the issue was with a female employee atcapital Kia, this person had me under the impression that she had set up a appointment for me 3 weeks ago, but when I arrived at my appointment I found that she forgot to schedule the appointment therefore, I had to be sent home in a lyft car. I appreciated the ride bcuz, I didn't want to sit at the dealership all day. the young man by the name of devon, took over the case. He was very pleasant and professional. he offered me a ride home in a lyft car, and he apologized about the mix-up, but on the hand, the female acted as if she did nothing wrong. I contacted the manager, and I explained to him about the female employee. I got a call from the male employee and he told me that the car was ready for pick. I don't usually complain, but I just feel like this was unacceptable, because she had over 3 weeks to verify by appointment. I'm not upset but this is a teaching moment, the customer time is valuable too, and sometimes we have to take off work for appointments or set aside time to make sure we're not late for our appointments. Most customers are not pleased to get to the location and find out they don't have an appointment. I'm giving Max Auto Glass 3 points and Capital Kia female employee 2 points. Because this is not acceptable to me.

I have never had such a genuine experience with an Auto related event. I am very grateful that we were referred to Mex Auto Glass. Ramses was so polite and absolutely helpful in every way, and went out of his way to help me jump start my car, and give me great tips on general Maintenance. He was diligent, respectful, and worked quickly and accurately. Thank you.

Fast, friendly, and professional - what more could you want! I hope I won t need to be a return customer, but if I ever need future auto glass repair/replacement, Mex will be my first choice.

I had a cracked windshield for the first time in my life. The dealership said they used Mex Auto Glass for all glass problems so I called. Ysidra explained the whole process to me and Mex handled everything. Jacqueline and Angelica were very nice also, answering additional questions. I would definitely consider using Mex again if I have a glass problem.

These folks went the extra mile for me when my difficult to replace windshield needed to be replaced ASAP. I always prefer local companies over national chains, and that's the kind of service I got from Mex Auto Glass.

My rear view mirror came off the glue. Took it to the dealer and they told me that they have to replace the whole thing. Will cost me $320. Took it to Mex Auto Glass and they fixed it for $45 and in an hour.

Nice people, decent prices. They went out of their way to get a part. Hard to park there but otherwise good experience.
