Just purchased a 2024 GLS from Stevens Creek Mercedes 3 weeks ago and got a flat while driving home on I-680 today. Called the dealership to see if I could bring it there to have it the tire swapped for a new one and was told not until Thursday. I said that wouldn t be an issue as long as I could have a loaner which I was told when I purchased their premium service plan would always be available to me. But alas, was given the same story as those that don t pay for the premium service plan no loaners available for the foreseeable future which has me feeling I was completely misled by finance into paying for something they don t actually do. I also find it absolutely absurd that a GLS has a donut for its spare tire. Even my Ford Expedition came with a full size spare. Not to mention zero willingness on Mercedes part to even make time in the next 24 hours to do do a tire swap is just about as far from luxury service as you can get.

Our service advisor at Stevens Creek is Steve Kirksey. He is outstanding! He has been our service advisor for a number of years. Professional, personable, and very helpful. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done on our car. We forgot the coupon that they sent but he told us not to worry he would give us the discount. He is honest, reliable and gets back to us in a timely manner regarding our car service needs. Outstanding in his job and in his character. We trust him and that is a big thing nowadays when it comes to having your car serviced.

Since purchasing my car, I have received maintenance at the Stevens Creek branch. I received service from Vincent during this visit, leaving me with very good memories. I would like to thank Vincent for his kindness to me and give him five stars. However, I was very disappointed in picking up my car after paying the fee. When I arrived at the pick-up location, one of the women was already upset, and the other told me that she hoped you wouldn't have to wait too long as she was leaving to pick up her car. When I heard that, I just laughed it off and didn't know that the same thing would happen to me because no one was waiting in front of me then. However, I waited an hour for pick up, and my car even awaited outside. I asked the pick-up guy why he hadn't returned my car yet since it was already outside, and he told me to wait because it wasn't my turn yet. While I was there to pick up, at least ten customers had already gotten their cars and gone back. At least a few more people other than me were offended by the pick-up that day.

The service department here is a large operation that manages several cars a day smoothly. Really easy process to drop off the car for service and the service was completed on time and as expected. James, my service rep, was very communicative and kept me informed every step of the way through text messages and calls.

Purchased a used 2022 A Class here from Mark, and I cannot begin to describe how great his customer service was. There were multiple other dealerships with the same car but chose to check this one out first. Mark was honest, funny, and very respectful.I ve been to other dealerships during my car search and they seemed put off by my age, that I may just be browsing and not intending to buy. Mark treated me as anyone else and ensured I was well informed and very upfront when asked questions. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to any of my family or friends interested in purchasing a car. Thanks again Mark!

John Stansberry is an effective and professional service advisor. He prepared a list of my car maintenance services ahead of my appointment time. During the appointment, He goes through the lists with me and explains each of the services. He also tells me which ones are must do do and which ones are optional. At the end, he let me make decision what services I want to do at this time. I feel very comfortable when working with John. The car maintenance service was done very well and on time.

The whole transaction was flawless, Shaheen was great to work with. Gave us a good test drive, showed us the available inventory and worked out the numbers promptly. We drove away with your new car in less than 2 hours. Couldn't expect a much smoother transaction at any auto dealership. Highly recommend MB Stevens Creek.

Horrible service at this location. My service advisor, Vincent finally greeted me after a lengthy phone call with a sour face and didn t know that I was assigned to him to service my car for a recall part. He just carried an attitude throughout of not wanting to help, don t bother me attitude, or answer questions about the service. I waited for 5 and half hour before getting the car back. As I was waited in the service area, it appeared to me that it s the whole work environment, work atmosphere of this organization employing a bunch of inexperienced employees. I was considering replacing my vehicle but not with this kind of service.

Wow!!! We are the Peoples family I am so excited Charlie, the service Manager, JP the service advisor, and the mechanics are amazing team. We always come out to mercedes-Benz Steven Creek dealership because the other Mercedes dealerships not mentioning all of them but 20% of the service department are horrible. Let me give you an example. I had to beg Roadside Assistance to reroute from another dealership area to reroute to my favorite service department , Mercedes-Benz Steven Creek because of the Excellent treatment that we had in the past. I am very happy and honored to say that Steven Creek Mercedes was very thorough and my family members also bring their Mercedes here. The Roadside Assistance also took good care of us, and I am blessed to say that I am grateful to know that this dealership is always on point when we come in to their service department. We bought lots of cars at all their stores and I am so honored to be a customer. One of my family members bought a car outside of Mercedes,Steven Creek and sadly to say their service was not the greatest. Now they brought their car to Mercedes,Steven Creek service and they are very happy and shocked because of the professionalism and team effort that they put together with a smile. it took me 3 hours to get back home. But it was worth it because I knew I had my car at the right service department and it was around people that cared and it was in good hands. Keep up the good work Mercedes Benz service department. because my family and I went home very happy. Our stress level left from our heads and our hearts and we drove home stress-free when we left Mercedes-Benz of Steven Creek We were stress free and very happy.

I always used Mercedes-Benz of Steven Creek service center for my vehicle for the past 26 years. They always treated their customer with respect and courtesy but not this time. For this visit, it was not as what I have expected. The tires and wheels protection warranty was bought when I bought the new vehicle (GLE450) and was not registered under that vehicle. At first, the service person gave me the run around saying there's no loaner car because this is a third party that will be doing the repair. Secondly, she did not want to help looking in to the issue why the warranty was not registered under my vehicle which I have paid in full. Thirdly, she kept talking over me when I tried to explain to her what was going on. I am very disappointed and will probably go somewhere else or change my service advisor to someone that is more mature with years of customer service experience.

Very rude Receptionist when I paid my car service! I came today to pick up my car and paid. There were two cashiers behind the counter ( one was not even looked up to ask me what did I need!, because she was looking at her personal phone. And the othe one was not even care that I came to pay, until I asked) . And she said over here ! When I thought that station a little more on the right hand. Very unfriendly, not care about customers of these people. I hope the manager or whoever running this place know about this matter! Because I came to pay very expensive service for my car here! But the customers care is totally awful!!!!

They did the recall. One thing I don't like is they charge so much for the service. I never do service with them. I received a coupon of $100 saving if the service is over $300. I called before about the oil change, they quoted something like $320. But when I try to do the oil change, they said was $299.95, just below the $300 to use the coupon. I just said screw it. It is OFFENSIVE FOR THEM TO PLAY THIS KIND OF GAME. There are plenty of places to do service, it's their lost playing game like this. BE HONEST.

90% of my experience was great: immediate intake, quick diagnosis, quick repair, and overall great service by Nate. The finish (check out to get key and vehicle) was laboriously slow with one person serving a line of 10 customers.

I brought the car to get serviced for the first time, and requested Danny Ho as the service advisor. He was great from the moment my husband and I met him! We inspected the condition of the car and noted things on his iPad, explained the service process, and handed us the document for the estimate of the service.When the car was ready up the next day, Danny called me to let me know the car was "all good" and he didn't find any issues, and that the car was ready to be picked up.Going forward, I will request Danny whenever I need to bring the car in for service.Thank you!Sol Mangoba-Schade

I was pleasantly surprised by a good nature warm service rep. James James Duffer who took in my 2016 c330 car in for diagnosis when it had failed smug test...finding crankcase ventilation valve gasket leakage that has to be replaced, unfortunately though, the parts are back ordered and not available soon and not even know when it will be available. I am required to smug ASAP before DMV give license tag. I need help...what to do. but appreciate James efforts as his hand is tight. My wife needs her car to drive.????I am also very sorry to have heard of Jay Falkland passing away. He was truly a very hard working guy and great service rep. for many years at Stevens Creek MBZ.,.... always gave great service with good sense of humor. js

Wonderful and exceptional dealership. When I showed up for service, there was a snafu with the loaner car. Because I d driven from out of town, my service agent Trevor went above and beyond to make it all work out. I received updates throughout the day from both Trevor and the mechanic servicing my car, and had my car back that evening running like a dream. I absolutely love this dealership, and my Mercedes. thank you Trevor.

I am 100% satisfied with the work that Stevens Creek MBZ performed on my Sprinter Van. My Service advisor Ethan Kurtz did an excellent job of communicating at every step of the way and delivered the work right on schedule. My technician Chris did a great job with the work on my vehicle. I absolutely recommend Stevens Creek MBZ for repairs and service on Sprinter vans.
