Avoid this place at all costs, they sold me 2 bad cars. The first 2006 Toyota Corolla i bought from here in 2020 had transmission issues not even a year after I bought it. So I came back and bought a 2005 Honda Accord from this place. Recently, as I was driving down the highway one of the spark plugs came loose and flew into the engine causing catastrophic damage to the engine!! Upon mechanics inspection, apparently this place forgot to tighten ALL the spark plugs before selling the car to me. Please don't spend your money here.

I recently visited this dealership to purchase a car, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I was assured there were no leaks, yet within a few weeks, it started leaking oil and coolant. Additionally, there was a computer fault. When I returned to address these issues, I was charged $200 to replace the oil pan, and when I raised concerns about the ongoing problems, the dealer became defensive and unhelpful. Despite understanding that the car was sold "as is" without a warranty, the lack of assistance or willingness to resolve the issues was unacceptable. One response from the dealer was simply "sue me." Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership if you want a reliable car that won't break down shortly after purchase. Avoid this place at all cost

Bought a used car for a price much higher than it should have been. Was promised it was in good condition, ended up spending just as much on repairs. According to the third party mechanic the car was "unsafe to drive". The owner doesnt reply to my messages.

Can t give the deakership 0 stars, so had to give it 1. My brother purchased a car with this dealership in December 2017 with cash. We ve been trying to get title from the dealership for months (it s now June 2018). We made a complaint with the State of CA. My brother was charged $368.38 for registration and transfer. From reading the other review of this dealership, sounds like we are not the only ones this dealership robbed.

I drove from Fresno searching for the perfect car after my old car got totaled. I came to Mcbay Auto in San Jose CA and met Alex, he was super friendly, easy to talk to and made my car buying experience super easy. I drove off in 2015 Maserati

Don't be fooled. This is a 0 star rating. Called several times about seeing a car, made an appointment and even secured financing for it. When I get there I'm told it's sold, while they joke about forgetting to call. Should've looked at the reviews from this place earlier. My mistake. Don't make the same mistake by buying a car here, considering what it sounds like other people have gone through, I feel like I got away lucky. Don't come here.

Zero stars... Mac charged us for the registration but did not follow through with the DMV. I contacted him several times, he said he would send us a check. We only received a blank paper. More importantly, after the sale was made (on our way of the lot) he told us the windows do not go up or down. UNSAFE!!He said it was an after market part and would mail it to us. I called him several times..."I will order the part and mail it to you". Part never arrived. So, not am I only out $365.00 on registration, I have to pay a mechanic to make my truck safe with working windows.Very unsatisfactory business practices

Don t be a fooled. This is a zero star here. They sold me a lemon. I m still paying the prices. Just run. Terrible customer Service. I will never ever ever go back. They ve been reported.

Disappointed I made an appointment to see a Car. They sold it when I got there. Didn't bother to call me I Drove 40 miles to get there. They keep Laughing that they sold the car.

Cars are cheap. It is recommended that all Chinese people go and ask. If you have any questions, you can tell the boss.
