Bill & Barry for the sale of the car were incredible. Beyond patient, kind, knowledgeable & supportive to help us get into the right car. Cannot say a single negative experience- the process was smooth & effortlessly efficient. We felt supported & that they listened to what we were aiming for within price. Did not feel pressured & not once felt uncomfortable. Bill's 21 years of sales experience makes him the perfect sales representative to anyone. Exceptional service from browsing to out the door purchase! Our sales associate, Dottie Barbera was extremely knowledgeable, friendly ,flexible and patient. It was a joy to work with her. Our finance manager, David Civelli was excellent- efficient and found us an incredible finance rate. We will definitely be repeat customers and highly recommend Lexus on Stevens Creek.

I came in on Easter morning to buy a car and Ramiz Kaamil happily helped me. He was very knowledgeable I could tell he had years of valuable experience. I never felt pressured. He made sure to explain every detail as we maneuver through the financing process. The minute we arrived at Lexus we were not swarmed by multiple salesmen, like many other dealerships; which was nice. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming. We had the pleasure of working with Ahmad. He was sincere, attentive, personable and not pushy.I had my 11 month old baby with me, so making the decision of buying a vehicle right then and there was not doable. I told Ahmad I would need to return later that day. He was patient and understanding which I appreciated. I was also sent detailed information on the vehicle I was interested In, as requested.Ahmad was able to work with me, and I was able to purchase the car I desired; close to my budget. My partner and I really enjoyed working with Ahmad. I have been to many dealerships, and so far Lexus has made the process of purchasing a vehicle smooth as possible. Ahmad was very helpful. He spent a lot of time answering questions and helping us find the right car for our family situation. We got a great price for our purchase without the "haggling" some places put you through. This is my second car from Stevens Creek Lexus because they treat you like they appreciate you, and they have such a huge inventory. I will be returning to Stevens Creek Lexus and Ahmad for my next car.

I'm posting because I'm feeling incredibly frustrated and unsupported by Lexus regarding a recent maintenance issue with my car.A few months ago, during a service at Lexus, I was advised to get a wheel alignment, for which I paid extra. However, during my most recent visit on 4/5/2024, it was discovered that my front tire, particularly under the driver's seat, had worn out unusually, apparently due to the previous alignment.The staff suggested another alignment, seemingly unaware that it had been done recently. I'm deeply concerned because driving with a worn-out tire is unsafe, and I haven't received any acknowledgment or apology from Lexus for the safety risk I've been exposed to over the past few months.My asks are:1. Ensuring the safety of my vehicle by addressing the worn-out tire.2. Rectifying the alignment issue, although I'm hesitant to trust the center's recommendations.3. Clarification on what steps will be taken if the tire continues to wear out after tire replacement and realignment.Despite my efforts to find a fair solution, Lexus is insisting on replacing all four tires as a set, for which I'm expected to pay. I find this request unreasonable. Besides, It's difficult for me to continue doing business with Lexus until this trouble is resolved satisfactorily.I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter fairly and promptly. Your support would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I am very glad to have the car. Rudy was very kind and explained the car professionally. He explained everything I need to know to drive the car. After the pickup, I had minor issue. I called him and he kindly explained the problem and helped me resolve the issue. Usually, the experience at dealer shop is not easy. But this time was different. I had a great time and I was happy. Thanks to Rudy and all the other staffs for their kindness.

This was our first time buying a Lexus and we had a pleasant experience at the Lexus of Stevens Creek. The sales consultant, Steven Zhang was very professional and courteous. He walked us through the features and options on buying the car my wife wanted. We had to wait a little while for the car but it was worth it. The finance manager, Lei Chen was great as well and made the financing part of the transaction a smooth process. Overall a very good experience with them.

They are very professional, focused and effective in communications. They are also super patient in explaining all the details and let us test drive a few models to compare and choose. We had a wonderful, thoughtful sales representative. He was the best person in that kind of position, we ever worked with. He was a pleasure to be with. He certainly exhibits all the qualities one expects in a Lexus. Besides the obligatory paperwork, the process for which was presented well, the most difficult was deciding, which, if any, of the care packages we wanted.In hindsight, I wish that we had much more help in regard to having the vehicle charged. Helping us to buy and have installed, a home level 2 charger would have made our lives infinitely better. I spent nearly a day trying to to find an open charger, and was ultimately unsuccessful. Now, we are running to catchup on this. Further, though the basic operation of the vehicle is like an ICE, much beyond that is extremely different.

Dottie is a warm and welcoming person who never had any preconceived notions about us, the buyers. She arranged for a look see of popular models with options and took the time to explain the details. She was courteous during the negotiation process without any attempt at high pressure sales tactics. Ultimately we converged on a number that we were extremely comfortable about and the transaction was done! It was like a discussion/verbal back and forth with a family member.

Probably the best dealership I ever visited in my whole life. Encountered 2 sales people and they are both exceptionally nice and professional (management teams really know how to train people here). Bought a car, salesman are very cool, finance manager is even cooler and very friendly even its late at closing time. One thing I realize if you buy a used car, this is the best place to go. Their used cars inventory came from a trade in of well established (or I should say very clean individual owner). None of their used cars look bad, they are amazingly good, clean, and very well maintained.If you want to buy a used car, saved your time looking elsewhere, just keep checking on their website daily until you find the model you like, because once you do, it will be the best!

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle but he made me and my family very comfortable. Smooth buying experience. When agents were busy one of the managers attended us and started demoing the car. When Louis became available, he was thorough in explaining the car features. Test drive was smooth. Any further questions were answered offline through text messages. Next day we purchased the car, transaction processing was quick and efficient.

My Iridium/ Palamino color package is a perfect combination.I feel special every time I get in the driver s seat. Daniel and Ramiz were great throughout the car buying process for my Lexus RX350H. Daniel did a great job helping me find the right car for me. He was communicative and pleasant throughout the whole experience. Ramiz was also great. He made the paperwork portion of the car buying process easy to understand and painless. The customer service of both of these gentlemen are top notch. At one point I even had an interaction with Barry that was pleasant as well. Overall this seems to be a great dealership with an attentive staff. The only blemish on my whole car buying process was their website saying that they would give $500 over Kelly blue book trade in value and that not being honored at the dealership. Mike low balled me a few times on my vehicle and wouldn t even take the time out of his day to talk to me face to face which I did not appreciate. I had requested to talk to him but was denied. I am not sure if he was not taking me serious as a car buyer because of my age but it left a little bit of a bitter taste in my mouth. I ended up having to sell my car elsewhere, but other than that the Lexus team was great.

The experience of buying a car at Lexus of Stevens Creek was better than any I had before. Everything was clear and open, and that inspired trust. Therefore there was limited need for haggling, which was a welcome surprise. For me that is how all dealers should operate. Dottie was my sales person and she did an excellent job at locating the car I was looking for and keeping me up to date. She was also very flexible with her schedule and very responsive when it came to communicating. That made the whole experience seamless.

I really enjoy the vehicle. Lexus RZ 450 is an amazing car. A couple of things that are making me give a 3 star rating are as follows:1) We were never educated about the different features of the car. We are having to learn about it ourselves.2) The car was not properly cleaned. We were in a hurry to leave. The sales person could have scheduled an appointment the next day. But he made us wait and eat into our next appointment. And when the car was delivered, there were water streaks in many places - not what you want to see in a new car.3) The car is supposed to come with an Electric charging cable. But we did not find it in the car.

I have been car shopping for while from Mercedes to BMW to even Range rovers. One day I decided to go to this dealership and as soon as I walked I was welcomed with coffee and asked them if I can test Drive the GX model so I did Except I wanted a white color so Danial sat with me and found me the exact car Ive been looking for placed the order and he surprised me on my birthday with great news that my vehicle has arrived !Overall experience with this dealership has been 100/10 and amazing welcoming staff I think these guys set the example. !Great job and Great car ! The COVID pandemic has taken its toll on Lexus supply chains, manufacturing plants and dealerships. The build quality of Lexus models after 2020 has dropped significantly and is not the same as before the pandemic. Quality control, customer engagement and service also don't proactively rectify these issues and just let them go directly to customers. This is not a good thing for the brand in the long term.I bought a Lexus during the pandemic, and it is flakier than the ones I had before 2020, not an easy experience as it used to be. If you plan to buy a new Lexus, probably it's a good idea to hold on to your old models as long as you can since they are far more reliable than the newer models after 2020, explore other brands or at least check out the discussions and reports regarding quality control issues with Lexus and ensure that the vehicles be well-tested first with an extensive check list. It's a Lexus car not a Boeing aircraft, but you still have to do your own diligence before a purchase.

This is my second purchase of a vehicle from Stevens Creek Lexus. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and make the car buying experience very easy. From negotiations to car set up to walking you through the documentation the team are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them.
