We were calling around for a quote on replacing a catalytic converter. While they couldn't get us anything cheaper than our current shop, I was very impressed with Bob's customer service over the phone, as well as the younger gentleman who took my calls. Bob had a keen interest in hearing out our issues and analyzing the symptoms. Knowing how busy repair shops are, it was really something else how he handled our request.

If you are looking for a place that provides great service at non inflated rates, this is the place to go. Owner is helpful, very personable and an honest person. He did not make me feel like an idiot for not knowing much about cars and unlike most other mechanics, did not take advantage of that fact. I had an issue with my car s exhaust which was quoted at Midas for quite a large sum so I called this place looking at their reviews to get a quote and it turned out to be 80% less than the cost that Midas had quoted. In the end owner did not even charge me for the exhaust repair. I think I found my permanent place. Thanks so much!

Great service from Bob and his nephew at Kwik-Way. We were another victim of catalytic converter theft and Bob was able to install the same day that I called and inquired.Prices are reasonable and their custom service is fantastic.

Spoke with Bob on the phone, he was nice, patient, and offered a great availability and best price. Arrived today, they installed the muffler quickly and professionally. I'm very satisfied and recommend to use their services.

This is the best full-service exhaust shop in the Bay Area, California, and most likely the Continental United States. I called Kwik-Way about a custom downpipe for my 2nd generation 4Runner. Other shops gave me lead times of a week or more, but Kwik-Way took the car the same day and had the work done in less than an hour. Bob works on everything from daily drivers to show and race cars, and his decades of expertise produces better quality work faster than anyone else. As a long-time amateur blacksmith, welder, mechanic, machinist, and fabricator, Bob and Dan's speed and efficiency are incredible to witness, and their personalities are such a joy to be around and experience. You can tell that it's a family business as soon as you step in the door, and the whole time we were there, people filtered in and out to catch up with Bob and share stories that their families had together. And it was so meaningful and touching to feel invited into that family over our shared passions.Service: Exhaust

This guys are awesome took my 2021 mustang to get checked out for some leaks from the axle back,the previous shop did a horrible job and Bob and his guys fixed all the mistakes right away,got there and got out quick and if it doesn't get any better at no cost most honest and friendly shop I've been to!, got to love family owned businesses,wish nothing but more and more years of success for this guysThank you guys!Service: Exhaust

Bob was very helpful and quick with fixing my rattling resonator. Lighthearted and nice! It was a free fix he did in a few seconds with some precision percussive maintenance . He did this as they were closing for the day too. Much appreciated!

Yesterday when I did the oil change, they find my car's muffler hanger is broken and need to be repaired soon.I found this shop from Maps. Bob is a very kind and friendly man. Also he is very experienced.I was imagine that to repair this hanger might take me half day and hundreds of money. But to my surprise is, they fixed this hanger only in 2mins and even didn't charge me Definitely 5 star and highly recommend.

Truly an amazing experience all throughout. I had my catalytic converter stolen off of my car, and Bob made sure to order the correct parts so that everything goes smoothly. Bob and his workers do an above and beyond job, and it is extremely affordable for those who have to go through the same experience as me. If I could give 10 stars, I would!Service: Exhaust

Amazing shop! Fixed my muffler in minutes (I think it took me longer to figure out how to drive my car up onto the lift than it did for him to fix it) and they couldn't have been more kind and easy to work with. Great service, couldn't recommend them enough!

Bob and his crew at Kwik Way are honest and professional. I had a challenging exhaust repair on my Jeep Wrangler, including a broken exhaust manifold and a jury rigged repair from the previous owner of my Jeep. Bob quickly proved himself to be a Jeep expert and crafted an outstanding repair for me. He worked with me every step of the way and explained everything clearly. The work was on time, very high quality, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kwik Way - they are simply the best.

Simply the best muffler shop anywhere. I have been going there since I was 15. Nothing beats Kwik -Way as far as knowledge and service. Today they fixed an exhaust leak in the manifold on my VW...welded it...runs perfect. Fast, Friendly, and Great Prices.

Best muffler service anywhere. Came in yesterday with need to replace catalytic converter in my older Volvo after failing smog test for license renewal. Bob , pwner asked me to verify with my own mechanic and checked neighboring mechanic that the new converter would be the solution. I called the next day so Bob could order the model converter. Installation was performed and drove to Palo Alto for my smog test. Bob called me as the smog technician was handing the pass certificate. Kwik way follow up by Bob was the best customer service l have seen.

Awesome! really cool guys that do excellent work. I had them make a custom exhaust for my bmw m3 and it came out fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the work done. Great pricing as well, I highly recommend them.

Had my rusted out exhaust replaced. They were able to see me the same day I called, and had a new exhaust welded into my truck in under 20 min. Very friendly and a good price.
