Highly, highly recommend this shop.My insurance recommended me to this shop (they're listed as a preferred vendor). I received a call within 30 minutes from the time I hung up with insurance to schedule a repair. The next day, they sent a tow trunk over to pick up my car. They were helpful in providing a realistic timeframe for when I could expect repairs to be completed. With the shortage in parts, it took longer than usual. But I received text updates on the status of the repair regularly.Car was so clean upon return and they sent me home with spare keys as well. They're all so nice to chat with, too. Debbie, Yong, everyone; just very personable and pleasant to work with. Awesome work, communication, and overall customer experience.

These guys are great! My previous shop messed up my car but these guys fixed everything to my satisfaction. Everybody there is friendly and they were extremely helpful and honest when working on my car. They seem to have good local connections and I was happy with work they needed to outsource, which is extremely convenient.

I am a perfectionist and I detest dings and scratches on my cars. It really takes forever for me to choose a car repair shop because I know that my expectations will likely be unmet at most places. Enter KS California Auto Body. I first met the owner Mr. Ko for a small scratch which I came for an estimate one year ago. At that time, Mr. Ko recommended that I forgo fixing the small scratch because the cost would be prohibitive (Over $1K) on the rear bumper. He was very candid and I was impressed by his transparency. One year later, I brought my 2nd car which was heavily vandalized and needed a large repair. I just picked up my car and I couldn't be more impressed by the repair job and how quickly the repair job was finished (estimate was 8 days and received it back after 5 days). As an added bonus, the car was vacuumed and washed spotlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and everyone should at least check it out for estimates. Thank you again!

Francis and his crew are awesome, and very good hearted men. I've seen how they've helped some of of the homeless in the area and I think that's great. Paying it forward. . And as for the work that they do ....These O.Gs work hard and do their best everyday . God bless ..

Will definitely NOT recommend this shop. Customer service is very bad, especially from the front desk person. She needs training on how to communicate without being condescending. They took 12 days instead of the 5 days they said to repair the vehicle (rear dent), which would have been fine if they have just been updating me. I had to keep following up and calling. Then there is the unexplained 200+ miles on my vehicle. When I asked them where repairs are done, I was told on site. When asked to clarify why there is significant additional mileage, I was told, " Nobody drove it, we would take a Mercedes and not an odyssey." The repair looks fine except for the excess paint on the glass which is not a big deal. I do hope that they treat their customers better. Should I need service in the future (hopefully not), I will definitely go somewhere else.

Mr. Ko is very quick and knowledgable when it comes to car repair! He s also very nice, thorough, and, most importantly, ACCURATE. I had a 6-mo old brand new car damaged by a bicycle slamming really hard into one of the doors. My insurance agent recommended this place. I debated hard between here and manufacturer certified repair facility.Here I got much more personal attention and service that was clearly distinguished at the estimate stage, and decided to go with this place.It was fixed like nothing ever happened. It was 30 months ago from today, and I still cannot tell what has happened from the appearance. :-)Highly recommended.

Quick and painless, however after looking at the estimate (free) I noticed my bumper was not noted, the broken grille didn't seem to make it on, and no questions about mechanical issues. So, make sure you cover the bases, they work for the insurance company... not you. Edit... yes the bumper was on estimate. I did repairs myself and I am happy.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I took my car in because I was rear ended. When I got my car back there was an issue with the airbags. They needed to keep my car after I had returned my insurance paid rental. One of the staff from the office told me they would put me in one of their rentals. I told him that I was not going to do it because I could not afford to pay it. He assured me that I would not have to pay for the rental and then the owner assured me that either the insurance company would pay or the dealership would pay. They preceded to bill me for the rental car and I am now in collections. To make things worse I am disabled and unable to work.

Chose KS California Auto Body from a list provided by my insurance company. Quick and painless estimate. Great front desk and repair folks. Car repaired on time with no hassle or drama. I would return here with or without insurance.
