As with all purchases, there additional upgrades offered. Additional key for purchase of two, various styles and something new. An offer to smooth out the sharpened points on your key. I tried it. What da heck.. satisfaction guaranteed so 2 bucks more. In for a penny I say..... One more offer...... They offer to hold your cut key dimensions in their system. I passed on that service. It does have a value.. for people that have renters..... etc. It may be for some....just not for me. The smoother keys gave me pause. The cut is very different however side my side it looks like a very worn-out key. A little metal chards to wipe way. With a cloth People.THE KEYS WORKED GREAT !!!I'm impressed. Great value. I was In and out. Not having to wait 10 minutes for an employee to come to the key machine for them to tell you it's not working or they don't have your key. I will recommend this machine to everyone. No photos for comparison this is my house key. It's well worth the money for convenience and quality.01.17.23 UPDATEIt pains me to say this But I could have used The service where they hold your key cut in their system. I don't recall the name for it, but anyway. I walked to picked up my In-Laws car from car dealership after being serviced. Took the remote to garage (we rarely use front door). Since I was parking her car in our the garage I didn't need the house keys - Which to took off the key fob so the service dept wouldn't have our house keys. Came home and couldn't get into Garage. I turn off the remote capability at night/or when we are on vacation. just in case a code stealer can't enter while we are asleep or on vacation. Anyway now I'm locked outside my house. Everyone is out of the country. But my nephew who's across country at college with the only other key to our house. So I'm Kicking myself for not using the option to save "Your Key cut". Ahhhh. !!! If the wife saw a charge for a locksmith to open our house for me. I'd NEVER EVER hear the end of that. I'm updating to say that storing your key cut dimensions Service could be PRICELESS to some. Where were the keys I had just cut yesterday ?? Safely on the counter LOCKED inside the house.

I liked the convenience. Never having done this before, it seemed like it took a long time. I only wanted 1 key but I got 3 and I didn't really need them. I didn't see any option to choose only 1 key. The bottom line is that all 3 keys worked so it successfully completed the job.

Would b zero stars i p;urchased 2 keys neither worked. I paid for no service.

The key came fairly quickly!The key is the theme I choose and I like it a lot!But the key does stick yet works!!I don t know if it s because of the paint due to the theme or if the key was copied slightly wonky?!?! But's been better over time as paint has worn off.Regards Mark Castanon
