I walked in about 20 minutes before closing and Cristal was extremely helpful. I ve been in customer service for a long time, and when a customer walks in asking for 4 new tires right before you close, it s not the best feeling. But Cristal took her time with me making sure i get the best quality tires at a great value. Chris (mechanic) was also extremely pleasant to deal with and got all fours swapped out within 7 minutes. Absolutely lovely experience and I will be coming back!!!

Hate to write a poor review for this place, but today was the nail in the coffin for me. Myself, my wife, and her entire immediate family have been coming to this location for years to service all of our vehicles. I have never felt as disrespected as I was today by their front desk staff. I was there for a oil pan replacement and oil change. With an appointment, I dropped my car off when they opened at 8:00am. By 4:30pm I had not received a call or voicemail from the Just Tires staff as they said they would call me once the work was complete. I give them a call and Alex answers saying that he's surprised no one had contacted me about my car being done, but that it's ready to be picked up. I head to the shop and get in line to be helped. The clerk comes to the counter while Bruce and Cheryl are busy and he says, "What do you need, man?" I don't need to have a red carpet rolled out for me, but a simple "How can I help you today?" is a reasonable expectation for professionally greeting a customer. I pay, get my keys, and get in my car and on top of the rest of my negative experience, they didn't reset the oil change reminder. I then needed to wait for them for another 10-15 minutes to reset the reminder before being able to leave. I appreciate the work Bruce is trying to do there as he has always been friendly and helpful, but we can't support a business run like this.

Don't get your tires serviced here because they want to kill you. If you guys are not here to fix the tire, he will damage your other tire. go the America s tire go the big tire shop.Today I took my car here for a flat repair. After an hour of waiting, they told me that the tire cannot be repaired at wallside. I agree based on safety. I declined because I bought tire insurance from america tireWhen I called before, I was strange. Why ask me the tire size when I repair a tire? I'm an uber driver, I need to change my tires at least two or three times a year, and in america s tire no one ever asks me about tires size. Get flat repair who care your sizes!!Then I leave this shop and I'm thankful my tlx has tire pressure monitoring, if it's old car I think I might have died in a crashFound this problem, I called to report this problem. I asked them to check the camera, I don't need compensation from them, I don't need repairs, I just want to clear things up and apologize to me. But they told me they don't have cameras, drop off your car for a night?

They are the best. I called in need of a new tire cause mine was literally in pieces and they told me to stop by at my earliest convenience. I was there 15 minutes later on a Sunday morning, they gave me a bunch of different options and prices. A couple of hours later my car was ready. Cheryl is so helpful and friendly. It was just a pleasure to work with them. Thanks guys!

Very bad service.Made an appointment and brought the car on time. But front desk lady rudely said their technician is on the break and asked me to make another appointment. She cannot even guarantee if her technician will be on break next time again.Bad service and don t recommend this location.

I m new to San Jose and needed help because the psi in my tires were off. I received excellent service from Bruce and Cristal. They were honest, direct, friendly and gave me the best deal possible.

They re not professionals at all, I went there for an alignment and they broke my car and I went back to tell them something is wrong and they wanted to charge me for diagnosing and they didn t align the wheels as well. Don t waste your time and money, go somewhere else

This place website says oil change appointment is 1 hr long. In reality, it takes 2,3 hours. There is only 1guy working like 5, 6 cars. Or maybe less than 1 guy working because i didn't see anyone. Maybe the one guy doesn't even work full time in the garage bay.Oil change is not cheap either. Normal synthetic is like 105. I bought the premium for 135.Not coming back here.Yup. Didn't get my car back till 12pm. Waited 2.5 hours.

The prices here are competitive with other tire locations. I came here just because of the convenient location for me and they happened to have the tires that I needed. Their extended warranty for road hazards is legit and not a fine print scam. I used it and they covered everything so I'd consider that very good service.

Really long wait time even a long wait time to pay we just took are bmw just to patch a tire and took over and 1hr and 20 minute if you want to waste your time highly recommended

Cheryl is and always has been amazingly helpful. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure that her customers are satisfied with the work done on our vehicles. She is always very flexible with squeezing in work even when the shop is very busy. We are forever grateful for the wonderful customer service that she provides. We will always continue to bring our business here while Cheryl is here! We hope she will be allowed to open on Sundays again soon! Thank you Cheryl! Jose and I are beyond grateful for your help !

Great experience with Cheryl. She is very personable and kind. I ve been here a few times for various occasions, nail in the tire was the most recent. They re very accommodating and willing to help the best way possible. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends. Thanks!

Crystal helped me with my purchase of a new tire. She was very friendly and professional. The process just took about 2.5 hours, they had my size tire in stock. I had called another tire shop but they didn't have what I needed in stock and said it had to be ordered. The price was reasonable.

I have been coming to the San Jose Just Tires (Blossom Hill Rd location) for several years, and I ve always gotten excellent service from them. The employee named Cheryl has always gone above and beyond my expectations. She has always given me the best customer service and is very friendly. I have always felt safe and confident leaving my car under her care and management.I will continue to come to this place for years to come.

I made an appt for 1 pm today because my low pressure light came on for the 2nd time in 5 days. My poor husband took my car for me and was informed as soon as he got there that they are extremely "short staffed" on Sundays. Why do they not say this on their website so people scheduling an appt can know what's going on?? How hard is it to display "short staffed on Sundays, may result in 8x the normal wait time" (I'm not the first person to speak about the short staff on here)? Keep in mind, when I scheduled the appt online for a tire pressure check, their site said it would take 15 minutes. However, they told him it would be ONE AND A HALF TO TWO HOURS!!! For a tire pressure check! I told him to leave, but, he wouldn't because he's too nice and will never show frustration with people, unfortunately, no matter how incompetent or ridiculous their business practices are. Their website needs to inform people about short staff on Sundays. Why do they wait until the person checks in? Unreal. That wait time is STUPID to check tires. Nobody should have to wait that long to check 2 tires. That's absolutely unacceptable, especially with an appt. It's not fair to keep customers waiting 2 hours when they were quoted around 15 minutes. Modify your site so people are AWARE of the wait!! Or, restrict the amount of work you take because the customer suffers! He waited AN HOUR AND 50 MINUTES just to get 2 of my tires checked. Needless to say, I doubt I will ever go back to this place.

Still a great place to get help with air fill into tires. And for free!I had been struggling with putting air into my tires at some gas stations, so this was a welcome change.I parked, went inside to talk to the front desk, & then followed instructions to move car closer to garage. Few minutes later, a gentleman came out and used the hose to check & fill the air pressure in my car tires. And afterwards advised me to come back in two weeks after the air fills out the tires and testing driving around.Thank you for helping me, Just Tires!

I've been here 3 times for an oil change and inspection, and each time I've received excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and informative. They explain exactly what is going to be done, what needs to be done, and give a thorough breakdown of prices. Always quick turnaround and very competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

I used to love this place but not anymore. I called and asked what it would cost to mount and balance a single tire that was off the car. The guy told me $20 which is what I used to pay a while back. I asked him his name and double checked to make sure I had it right. When I came in two days later the person at the counter said $50. When I told her about the guy I talked to earlier she said there is no one by that name there. I just double checked the number I had called and it was the correct one. My son also was not happy with the service he got on his pickup truck about a year ago, I'm done with this place.

Cheryl, the staff that I worked with really went above and beyond to accomodate my needs today. My tire was really bad and it was almost late to have it fixed but she still did her very best to replaced my tire today. Excellent customer service from this place. Cheryl is very friendly and cordial. Definitely a keeper!-Liezel/Lea S.

Just Tires on Blossom Hill has been servicing our family s vehicles for many years. The staff, especially Cheryl, are always extremely friendly and accommodating. They do a great job and have very fair prices. I would highly recommend them.

We were stranded at the top of the Altamont pass on Highway 580 with a second failed trailer tire and no additional spare as we had already used our spare a few hours earlier. After having a mobile tire service bring us a tire capable of getting us home to San Jose, we got on the phone with Sheryl at your Just Tires shop on Blossom Hill Rd. Sheryl was very professional and most helpful in locating four new tires for us and was willing to pick them up from another shop on her day off. She followed through and called us back every time when she said she would in her effort to locate tires for us. She did exactly what she said she would do and didn t leave us hanging and we really appreciate this kind of service. Because of the great service experience we had with Sheryl, Just Tires is now our go to shop for all our vehicle tire needs.

I have a suggestion ..Plesse please get any kind of blinds for your large windows !! When I ve been here in the summer I ve heard your customers complain about how much sun comes through the windows there s nothing covering them. You want your customers to be comfortable!! You have a great staff especially Cheryl!! She is always pleasant and professional!! Cheryl always knows the answer if you have a question. STAR employee!!

Great and prompt service!I got a flat tire and couldn't find a repair service on the same day.They accepted my request and started working on it right after my arrival.If I have a problem with tires in the future, I'm sure I will go to Just Tires.They are awesome!

I've been coming here for the past two years now.Just found a screw in my tire and yupp they fixed it with no hassle and a lifetime guarantee. The tires, when I bought them two years ago, were the most inexpensive I have found in SJ for my Benz. Plus went I went down to "talk shop" I learned a couple of new things regarding run flats and standard. Both Cheryl & Eric helped me get exactly what I needed for an excellent price. I love to save $$$.

Cheryl is so helpful and honest about everything. She truly cares about her customers. Got alignment and all four tires on my Tahoe replaced cause there was hardly any tread on the front two and a nail in one of the back near the outside. they did an amazing job! I come here for all my car needs

Had a great experience with Just Tires. Should be called Just Tires and great service. Cheryl went above and beyond to help me even tracked down the tire I needed for my Tesla Model S and had a guy drive And pick it up from another store. I had a strict timetable I had to meet and she help me meet that with time to spare. You can t go wrong going to just tires

Went in for an oil change for my Nissan Altima and Cheryl helped me out. I found a cheaper price online than advertised in store and she honored the lower price no questions which was awesome. She called when the car was done and when I arrived she gave me a very decent diagnosis for other things they checked, they replaced my power steering and brake fluid as well!!! Also she kindly let me know 2 if my tires were getting unsafe; not in a salesperson way however. They have a grading system for tire safety and 2 of mine were below acceptable and she was kind enough to find a good price in an estimate even just for the future when I want to replace them. Cheryl was so pleasant and helpful and HONEST. I ve had a lot of trouble with mechanics in this area and their dishonest ways of making a buck off you and not actually helping at all....just tires was completely different. For once I found a place I can TRUST. Cheryl at just tires was awesome and helpful and honest and the whole thing was only 23$. I d highly recommend this place for an oil change or diagnostics or whatever else your car needs. Honest and cheap.

Went there for a flat tire repair. Was a great experience starting from the front desk the lady was very nice and knowledgeable, she explained why they couldn't just fix the tire and gave me my options for the new tire purchase. Jose was the guy that change my tire was very friendly and professional and everything was done with in 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place!

I went here to fix a tire on my SUV that had been shredded by debris in the road. Since the SUV is a 4 wheel drive they said I needed to get 4 new tires (couldn't get a pair). My tires weren't that far from needing replacement so I did it but I would have questioned it more if my tires were newer.I arrived early on a weekday morning (around 8:15) and they were able to take a look and get my car in quickly. They changed all 4 tires in about an hour, did an alignment, and I was on my way. Their prices for new tires were pretty competitive.I had gone here a few years ago for a tire that was leaking on the same SUV. They were able to repair the tire that time and only charged me a nominal fee, so I think they're honest.I'd recommend going here if you need new tires.
