Great service at this location. Henry did a great job on my 2022 Civic Si today. Had a few issues with the bolts stuck on the skid plate from being over tightened. Henry went out of his way to correct the issue. I highly recommend this location. These guys are top notch.Thank you

Needed an oil change and decided to go to Jiffy since I'm familiar with it from my hometown. Got an oil change and my tire pressure checked. Very good customer service they help you with everything you need. The prices for an oil change have went up and I spent a little over $115 for it all. Labor was $58, it was worth it and I would go again. Just a little expensive

In and out in 20 mins. Oil change, cabin air filter change (dirty!). Showed me a bad reading on the battery. I hadn't noticed anything, but it was the original, 7 years old! I probably could have saved a few bucks by shopping around, or AAA, but why bother? They had it done in minutes and I was on my way.

My car is older so I had to bring my own oil filter not your fault but the price was literally outrageous and I learned how to change my own oil in the lobby because I will never pay this price ever again even with my own oil and filter it was $80 the employee gave me a discount and that helped but I will never pay these prices again for an oil drain filter change and a cap off . Great customer service will not take that away at all just overall not worth it in my opinion

I have a leak of oil after oil change in here. The dealer found the plug is an OEM that is larger than the original and suspect the original is lost during oil change and so put the OEM instead. It is not covered by the warranty and so I cost me $200 to fix. I do not like this kind of people.

I got there when only one car was in the bay. No waiting. Pulled right up, and was serviced right away. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes.

I serviced my vehicle for an oil change at this Jiffy Lube. They didn t know how to pop my hood open and asked me to come pop it. Thought it was kind odd for them to ask me. After a few weeks of the oil change my oil pressures were dropping dramatically. I asked a friend of mine if he could check it out and apparently they put the wrong filter size on my vehicle and loc tite on my oil pan bolt without informing me there s a slight leak. I wouldn t recommend coming here.In the picture of the oil filter. The correct size filter is on the left and the incorrect filter is on the right with holes in it. The filter on the right is the one they installed and it is clear as day the wrong size for my vehicle.Service: Oil change

I came looking for help, not expecting anything. I assumed they would ask me to go back to the place that changed my car s oil, which they did at first, but they helped me by checking my vehicle and finding the problem. They also corrected the problem quickly. Thanks.

The oil change was done way too quick I didn t even know whether they even did the oil changed or not they didn t even provide me any details of what they did or what they used it just seems like they wanted me out which I find very unprofessional regardless of how many customers they got the customer should never feel like their rushing them to leave

Staff is unprofessional and looks like they just got out of prison. But heh I'm not one to judge on looks alone.However, these guys are crooks. Overcharged me like crazy for an oil change, where I brought my own oil. When asked where was the credit for customer provided oil they just said "our district manager told us to charge more for cars like yours". Well nice play, never bringing any car to Jiffy Lube ever again in my life genius.Don't waste your time.

I purchased a used car, and after a few months, took it to Jiffy Lube on Blossom Hill Rd. We shopped at Kohl's while the oil and air filters were changed. The vehicle runs much smoother now since they used full synthetic oil. I was surprised how dirty the air filters were, especially the cabin air filter. Thanks to the Service Tech for suggesting the air filter swap, and showing me the dirty old ones. The car was vacuumed, tires inflated, windows cleaned, I am impressed by the service and will return. My car drives like a new car now, not a used car!Service: Oil change

Thieves and ripoffs! Beware they said I had a bad battery, I went home and measured the battery it measured 12.62 which is a good battery then they said my drain plug was stripped and they needed to replace the entire oil pan. I mentioned to the manager that the car has been coming to them it's entire life and it was their fault. They offered no solution and would do nothing . I tried to use a coupon which I found on the internet by putting in the zip code and they would not honor it. My wife went there later that afternoon without my knowledge and she used the same coupon with no problem.

Quick job. I came here to see how long it would take for an oil change. They let me in right away and started working on my car immediately. So I give them 5* for speedy job. Unfortunately like everywhere else they try to upsell you many other stuff by saying it is recommended by the manufacturer so for this reason I give them four star.

I when there Saturday morning and was the only customer there. 5 people worked on my oil change. In and out took 15 minutes, truly in a jiffy. Price has gone up 50% from 4 years ago. The pandemic and inflation have a big factor in the price increase.

Terrible service. Avoid this place. The package I paid for included a chassis lubrication which they could not fulfill, the assistant manager Jesse said they haven't offered that in several years and was in no way polite about them not doing it. Take it out of your package than. My windshield was worse off AFTER they "cleaned" it and had to double back to get my floor actually vacuumed.

Called yesterday & they told me to come in today at any time for an oil change. They were done within 20 minutes, the guys working here are great. Highly recommended & reasonably priced. I was able to get oil change done & grab some food during work lunch lol

Great location. Took 2 of my work vans to get serviced here Good customer service. Manger henry was very helpful, answered all my questions. They make it real easy to drive up & get service. Not to long of a wait, Quick in & out. I also later bought a battery from the manager Henry. He Made my purchase comfortable & correct price. Very knowledgeable. I didn't like how the youngster employee tried to just give me a price. Felt like he was just trying to hustle me & wasn't very knowledgeable in my opinion. But overall Henry took care of me an loaded the battery in my car. Thanks.

They did the job quickly but the staff were kind of rough around the edges. Couldn't wait to get out of there. They made me feel kind of uncomfortable. Sort of like ex cons beings placed back into the system.

I'm not exactly sure what to say, it's a jiffy lube. If you need your oil changed this is a place you can do it at. They do other things while doing your oil change. They are fast, seem pretty efficient, and are your typical oil change people. Inside it was clean and they had a TV that you could watch or listen to. We had it on the Discovery channel and got to watch dirty Jobs. Last time we were here we got to watch wild wild West. Don't know what else to say but I would come here again.

I have never posted a review in my life, but the service was so poor I went home immediately and posted. The service techs tech were were not friendly. When I asked how they were going use the personal information they were collecting the technician became defensive and rude. They gave me a quote for $132.00, being that I was quoted $112.00 I ask why the difference. The tech replied that was the over the phone price. When I started the ask more, the tech became extremely deffensive and told me I could pay it or cancel the service. In the end, if you like to be treated rudely, not trust the people who are working on your car, feel misled and taken advantage this the place for you.Service: Oil change

Quick. Happy with all the work. I had oil change, tire rotation, engine and cabin air filters changed. They vacuumed car and washed windows. Not too expensive.
