I have been going to Jiffy Lube for over 20 years or so. My son also is a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube or approximately eight years. I referred my friend Norma and she had a wonderful experience and you have been servicing her car for several years now. Everybody there is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and always has a smile on their face. The atmosphere is very upbeat and friendly. They ll even offer you a piece of pizza or doughnut if it s available when you re there at that time.

I was on my way to work Monday morning and realized I was overdue for an oil change by months and many miles. I had a little wiggle room in my schedule so on a whim I pulled over at the closest place, which was this Jiffy Lube location. Turned out I also had a headlight and a tail light out! I was out in maybe 15 min, no longer a traffic ticket waiting to happen. Fast, friendly, convenient. Thanks so much for the great service.

Once again, fast and courteous service at Jiffy Lube. I was in and out in 20minutes. Sunday is the best time to get the oil changed their is never a wait. Thank you! Location on Capitol Ave. in San Jose.

I would especially recommend this specific location, 1902 N. Capital Ave in San Jose. The staff there is extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. Shout out to the crew at this Jiffy Lube for an excellent job on my vehicle today.

The guys at jiffy lube are super friendly and very helpful. There's a young man there that has a dog, he is always so welcoming and makes my dog feel comfortable too.

I've never been to a Jiffy Lube that wouldn't let me sit in my own car. Especially with a full lobby while it just rained. My options were leaning over the counter or sitting on a wet bench to work. This was an extremely disappointing experience and one I've never encountered before at a Jiffy Lube.

Dont trust this guys, I was a regular for more than 5 years, only oil changes, but after this time and not having any issue, they recommend a transmission fluid change and I commit the mistake to trust them and let them do it, well, my transmission is dead, I drive around 3k miles until my car start to stall and slip gears, when I took it to service on a dealership, they found my transmission almost dry, I am not sure if they even try to refill or if they use the wrong fluid or they just forgot, but my transmission is destroy, actually is very impressive that I make it for so long without burning down the car. Cheap transmission fluid change = 5k transmission replacement. Just look in a different place, it cant be worst than this place.

This was my go-to place for the past 1 year. I usually visit on weekdays and I was satisfied with their service. They always have a nice attitude but now I doubt it.Unlike usual, I went in on a Sunday 2 weeks ago. I was the first customer. Went in for an oil change and transmission flush. Asked for high mileage oil that I always use at their location but they said they never carry those and that surprised me. Ended up using synthetic blend oil. They are quick, only took like 20 minutes but not professional. Left some grease on my door handle and gear stick. Also forgot to reset my maintenance mileage meter. And some bad odor in the car that won t go away for a day. Didn t expect this when I paid for this price.The biggest dealbreaker was they told me I couldn t use my eGiftcard when I showed them on my phone. They claimed that I need to print it out to use it. However, the other option was to manually punch in and the employee didn t even bother to let me try that option. I was upset and ended up to pay with credit card.File a complaint and their manager reached out. He apologized and offered me a coupon code that anyone with an internet access can have it. Claim that s the best they can do lol. What a convenient way to apologize.

Quick service if you don t mind paying a little more. Came in for an oil change. Got done in about 20mins. Go to their website to get coupons. They will upsell you on other services but just say no unless you really need them.

My visit to Jiffy Lube was very cool the worker's were very welcoming and super cool the oil change was affordable and the work was A1 above and beyond Jiffy Lube keep up the good work

Unbelievably incompetent. As I began to drive off after the oil change, there was a terrible scrapping and knocking noise so I called the technician. He checked the oil level and said it was short a quart (Honda CRV takes 5 quarts) and topped it off, the excuse was the oil filter must ve been filled first. The hood was not even fully closed when I got home.

Always get me in and out quick. Smooth oil change process. The best oil change top off fluids, vaccum and balance air pressure. All in one stop. Worth the price they save me time dont have to make appointments or waste time waiting all day else where. 11/10

Always quick and easy for an oil change. Sometimes they tend to advise for filter changes when it s not super necessary but it s preventative maintenance so no harm.

I was surprised that the oil change ended up costing $131.33, even after applying a $16 discount coupon. Despite the quick 20-minute process, the price feels high. I wouldn't really suggest others to give it a try.

The best place to maintain your car so far I have seen in BayArea for 40 years. I happened to bring my car here again after 5 years away from San Jose, the New manager is excellent as a professional service!!!REVISED!!!AFTER reading Venkada's review, I go checkout my air filter, and, found out the air filter that manager showed me was not the same shape as what they change in my car. So, it means they did change my air filter, but, the way they asking me to agree the change of my filter was a kind of cheating !!So, I'm sure I'll be careful to checkout what they show me next time

Changed my oil, and rotated my tires, took about 45 minuets, but it is a Sunday. Computer system was slow, what can you do. Most troubling though was that I was told a lug nut was missing and upon inspection it's actually a sheared wheel stud. Accidents happen, perhaps someone really wanted my sweet wheels, maybe the last tire shop over torqued the bolts and they just now failed upon trying to remove them, maybe they were over torqued with the impact. Either way I do not appreciate gas lighting and false claims that some surface rust on lug nuts means that my wheel studs should break.

Didn t listed very well and didn t have the greatest attitude. Fast and nice but little things like they left the old mileage sticker leave a bad taste after leaving.

Went to get my oil done end of March. They guys there seemed knowledgeable. Just recently I noticed they under my car that the oil pan was hanging. The screws are missing from part of my oil pan and the oil was leaking A LOT Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
