My regular place for doing quick oil change. Remember to go to their website to look for coupon. If you search for a particular location like this one, they have another coupon that would discount more.

The staff on hand were courteous and informative. They answered every question I had about my service and did an excellent job with my car. I came right before a rush, and I was impressed to see that they were just as helpful and efficient with everyone there.

The manager of this shop, is not customer oriented. The reason I say that is I have a skid plate underneath my 2020 RAV4 missing one bolt and instead of leaving the skid plate as I had had a temporarily fixed they removed my temporary fix and did not let me know Really terrible service and when I asked if they were interested in installing a new skid plate for me the only thing he would say in a rude manner was bring it and will let you know. I brought my car there for an oil change February 13, 2024. I will never go back to this Jiffy Lube again. What a bunch , well specifically the manager is terrible the workers I think are OK but they could not be bothered any of them with fixing the skid plate hook up. The only thing you told me is your skid plate is damaged and I said yes I know just leave it like it is but he said you skid plate is damaged , we are not responsible that s the truth. Also, I just found out that the idiot mechanic did not tighten the new installed oil filter that I paid for yesterday and there was oil leaking all in the undercarriage. I took it to a trusted mechanic in San Jose, and he showed me all he did was tighten the oil filter, and all is fine and he repaired, the skid plate/engine guard

These guys play no games! In and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service and professional. I know it depends on how many people in front of you but still that was fast. Thanks guys at jiffy lube!

The person who helped me was professional and very helpful. He answered all of my questions patiently. He also helped me when I called with a question after I got home. I will definitely go back and refer friends.

Expensive like everything is these days, but worth it to not see that oil change light anymore. Drove up, got an oil change right away less than 30 mins, and wasn t pestered about needing to get all kinds of other unnecessary work done.

After getting the oil change ,I drove back home to getbready fro work but on my way to work , i noticed this loud dragging ,scrapping sound coming from my car . I pulled over and the techs forgot to screw in the bottom cover from undeath my car or they didnt screw in well enough it came loose and dragged while driving in the freeway . What a disaster. I will never go to this location again.I spoke to Jose ,one of the people working there, and obviously with my frusttration , stuck on the road and had to cancel work because of it , i demanded they fix the problem today and he said they were closing soon to come back tomorrow and when i asked to speak with the manager he refused and hung up on me.Then. I suggested I towed my car to the location and they fix the problem today ,he kept saying they were closing soon to bring it back tomorrow . They basically acted like it wasnt their problem and refused to stay till i got there to fix the issue they cause.Update: The next morning me and a friend took the car back to the location to get the bottom cover put back in place . Althought they were willing to re install the cover they still tried to blame me and said i must have hit something. B.S. now the cover is damaged (pic 3/3) and will have to get a new one at some point...

I misplaced my keys and these folks were GREAT with me, the manager took the time to go through the camera footage and help us find it, I love this place and All the people that work here. They are PROFESSIONAL but first and foremost they're KIND! Thank you for doing my oil change and helping me so much with my keys and my car. Excellent Service.

When I went the first day they were very quick no appointments needed restroom was out of service. Next day I notice that my check oil soon light came on. An so I pulled out my paper work an looked over the service order that was written up receipt an it had services that they didn't complete checked off an thats not cool so I went back an they told me that all needs to be done. Is the oil censor needs to be reset an as fair as checking the tire pressure an cleaning the windows They did complete that service an that's comes with the oil change so if you don't say nothing they won't do it lazy sons of a guns

My car stalled in the middle of the road. Two gentlemen who work at Jiffy Lube go out and help me to push the car to parking lot. Although I didn't have service at this location, I think that their service will be good because they are willing to help other. Thank you the two employees for your help.

Useless, incompetent, don't know how to remove an aftermarket drain plug. Avoid wasting your time here unless your car is 100% stock.

Do not go to the current location. Representatives are misleading customers on pricing of services and quote. Higher prices has stated that the prices have been raised then quoted an oil change at $100. Never was told of the lower prices starting at $59 through $89. I repeat do not go to this location. That is as it is very unprofessional !Service: Oil change

Showed up just after 4PM on a Wednesday and had a new air filter installed, oil changed, and windows cleaned all in 10 minutes or less. Everyone was super friendly and the place was defenitly clean and safe looking. I have never had such service so fast.

The employees appeared to be very knowledgable and professional. They asked which type of oil I preferred and did mot just assume what kind to put in. They checked the air filtered and made a suggestion about replacing it. Were not pushy on the replacement of the air filter. Cleaned all windows while oil was being changed. Reminded me of the old days when the service stations use to fill your cars with gas and clean your windows. Did't have to get out of the car, except ti go pay.Service: Oil change

This place used to be fantastic, especially for people who didn't know too much about car maintenance. They would check every fluid, top it off if needed, and go through everything they did with you. They would give you their recommendations as to what you should take care of sooner than later in terms of filters, etc. without ever being pushy. Last time I went in, the guy who talked to me was extremely pushy about adding additional services and didn't explain what they did at all. In fact, he temporarily lost my keys after saying that he left them in my car which was sitting outside the shop. It seemed extremely disorganized and like they didn't care about the customer at all. It had been a while since I'd been there, so I'm not sure if this was an uncommon experience or if this is the new normal. Either way Jiffy Lube, customer service should always be a priority.

When I arrived I asked the service guy how much it would be for a oil change and he hesitated then said $94.99. I agree went into the office to have a seat. Called within minutes by this Asian guy who was very pushy. He went down the list of things my car needed to be serviced supposedly. Anyways he made it sound like my car was going to blow up if I didn t get it serviced. I agreed to a oil change and for them to change the filter. He quoted me &143. And some change. I sat down and he came in with a filter from a different customer who was also a female. He stated your filter is worse than hers you really need to change it. I look at him because I was so embarrassed for her. That was very unprofessional for him to compare us. Anyways he also ask her do you have coupons she said yes she had three coupons two from the website and other from a newspaper clippings. He said I m sorry we don t accept coupons anymore. But I will give you a $15 discount. Her quote was less than my quote by almost $45 . Then two male customers come in the same man helped them guess what they were treated differently. No pressure no high prices. I will never go back to this location I feel they over charged me. I ve had my car for two years and never been charged this much.
