I went to the Jiffy Lube on 1030 Saratoga Ave in San Jose and two gentleman helped me. Both their names were John. John B and John M. The two of them were the best employees I have ever interacted with at Jiffy lube. They were so kind and explained everything to me. They were the best! You should absolutely 100% value these two guys. I will always take my car back to them.

Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, air filters changed, wipers replaced- I was in and out in 30 minutes, and the guys hooked me up with a $50 off coupon. Excellent service and efficiency, will def go back as opposed to the dealership!

They did an excellent job. Much better service that I got from a car dealer the previous time. Cleaned the windows and vacuumed too.

I ve been going to the Jiffy Lube on Saratoga Avenue for many years. The service guys are attentive, professional and courteous. They are knowledgeable and I am always happy with the job they do on my vehicle. They will perform other services, such as replace a light fuse, which is super convenient. Oil and lube job was OK. After leaving the shop we noticed multiple stains on the interior upholstery. This is the first time we have gone to this place.

10/10 these guys were great. Went to 6 different shops to try and get my 2023 gmc 3500 dually with a camper shell in the bed to be worked on. Everyone said no. It s too tall or heavy. Not these guys. Went above and beyond. Went out to get the oil and filter for my truck when they didn t have it yet because it s a newer truck. Great service.

This is the second time I have attempted to get my oil change dome here and both times were terrible.The first time,I arrived and asked if they had the oil filter for my vehicle, because other Jiffy Lubes did not have my filter - I did not want to waste their time or mine. The employee said I'll check for you 20min later I ask again, then the employee asked another rep to help me. When he came over he was rude and appeared upset that I wanted to know if they had my filter in stock. His attitude was so bad I didn't feel comfortable with him working on my vehicle so I left.A few weeks later I was passing by and the "no line" sign was showing so I pulled in hoping for a different resolution. When I pulled in there was a car in each bay. They said someone will be right with you. After, waiting 30 minutes nobody came to the car to talk to me and they were still working on the same car.Again, there was terrible customer service I would never go back to this location. Take the the time and drive to another location. The customer service here has been terrible on multiple occasions.

Good local Jiffy Lube. They have fast service and are polite. To fully take advantage you must check for coupons online and have a printout or screenshot ready. They'll try offer other services, such as air filter replacement, and will offer a deal if you replace them all at the same time. Do it, most air filters NEVER get changed, yuck! If you deny the additional services they won't make you feel bad about it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I highly recommend this location as the employees are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I always come here for my oil change and they go above and beyond filling my fluids and letting me know if there are any concerns they saw with my car and give recommendations either with them or elsewhere to fix it. Very reasonably priced and its always super speedy work!Service: Oil change

STAY FAR AWAY. I had my second oil change here in the last thirty day s and there were major mistakes that have cost me major $$. While there it was clear there was a kerfuffle and something happened while changing my oil. They were rushing to get water and had all of the techs around the vehicle; in hindsight I should have asked what was going on. What I didn t know happened is that OIL was spilled ALL OVER MY ENGINE. This caused my engine to misfire and dashboard warnings to appear. I just had the dealership diagnose and they said that the oil had destroyed pieces of my engine. It is a $700 fix and $160 in rental car fees after paying $100 for the oil change (also brought my own filter because they don t carry it). I m paying for a rental and asked the dealership to fix immediately as we are a one car household. I called Jiffy Lube and they said being I had already started work, they weren t liable (EVEN WITH DOCUMENTATION.) They were incredibly rude on the phone, no empathy. I haven t had anyone touch my Volvo XC90 outside of them, and they are refusing to take liability. After further review of this location it s clear this isn t the first faulty work that has caused tremendous damage. STAY FAR AWAY.Service: Oil change

Synthetic oil costs 150now, crazy. Didn't vacuume the floor, didn't fill my coolant..even leave sticker for me to put on, and it takes 45min while there is no line. I am not coming back.

I have had 3 oil changes at this location in 2 of my cars and was happy with the services at all times but am taking 2 stars for not fulfilling their promise of top off within 3 months of my oil change. I believe it was because it was a synthetic oil change and they gave me a reason that they don't believe oil decreased in level in 3 months which is not true considering it has required a change every 6 months. I just felt it was not a good thing to just deny something that they promise. Never coming back to this location.

I had a good experience getting a drive up oil change, I was there on a Sunday afternoon with only 1 other customer being served by the location. Jiffy is not the most cost competitive, but the speed at which they can get you in and out is enough for me to recommend it as a quick solution to the service demands your car makes.

Jiffy Lube did an oil change on my 2015 Prius and They were very carefully following the social distance rule and got my car in and out. I will go back if and when necessary. the only improvement they could make would be to place some chairs outside in the shade so as customers wait they could be more comfortable as no one was allowed in their small lobby due to the virus.

What if you want just an oil change? No, the air filter is still good, no I dont want wiper blades, and no I just want an oil change. And please dont touch my windows with your greasy rags.The lady before me was clueless they sold her a new battery, wiper blades, full sythetic and the kitchen sink. Made me so sick I had to step outside. Really where can you go to get an oil change? Not here for sure. Dealership or gas station next time.Service: Oil change

Sign says no wait. 3 different people worked on my car. Took 45+ minutes. Dude in the lobby straight up ignored me. My bill came out to $170 when I thought it would be $50

Last time we come here . Not only where we told not to leave our veichle there to go across the street to grab food our cars where pushed to the side. Like really ? We weren't even gone for 20minutes . That's when my boyfriend goes outside and tells them something is when the put the cars where they belong. Frank I believe was the manager was not so helpful. If you work with customers greet them be polite. We hardly got any of that . That's when Richard I believe a young man said ' don't come here go to cypress hill it's better' ya never again
