I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL EXPERIENCE WITH INTEX AUTO PARTS. THEY SOLD ME A COUNTERFEIT PART THAT MALFUNCTIONED, PUTTING MY LIFE AT RISK. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEIR STAFF EXHIBITED EXTREME RACISM, CREATING AN OVERALL TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE ABOVE A 0 STAR REVIEW! I SHOULD BE FILING A LAWSUIT FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER! I FEEL LIKE I WAS TARGETED BECAUSE OF MY RACE. PROTECT YOURS AND YOUR LOVED ONES LIVES AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

horrible costumer service, this people will waster your time and make you come to the store for nothing i called to check if they had a part they told me they had it i asked if they could please check to make sure because i was going to make a 20 drive to get it the guy on the phone said they did have to just come and ask for it that it would be ready when i arrived, i arrived to store and after 20 minutes waiting they finally said they didn't have it. not an apology nothing just i don't think we can find try somewhere else

Never been here, but there was a video of the owner bullying a street vendor. For what? Was it competing with his parts businesses? No! Did you have to use a bat? No! Shame on you!!! Human kindness is what s needed! What a stupid idiot!

The clear racism and brutality of the employee beating a man with a bat, destroying his property, his vehicle, and threatening him with lighter fluid is beyond disgusting! Never in a million years would I ever recommend this place!!!

This establishment's woeful representation of the Asian community fills me with deep disappointment. The deplorable act of assaulting an individual who is merely striving to earn an honest living is not only abhorrent but also unforgivable. I implore you to refrain from supporting this establishment until its owner acquires a much-needed lesson in humility and compassion. The owner's behavior raises significant doubts about the very essence and foundation upon which this business was established, leaving people to question its integrity and values.

I have faithfully been purchasing Auto parts from Intex for a decade and they have never let me down. The owner his son his wife and his staff are absolutely wonderful people, Kenny ho runs a awesome business and we will continue to support them through buying more wonderful parts from them

I like Intex much better than the auto part chain stores. The employees are always polite and professional no matter how busy. I feel the parts are of higher quality than the chain stores. That's why I have been going to them for over 30 years

Watch a video where the owner assaults hard working people on a public ride a way. No person should ever be treated the way the auto parts owner did on the video. Shame.

I was looking for Gates parts for my Honda. They were the only store in town that had them. Parts are right, great fit, life-time warranty. Good to go! Very knowledgeable group.
