Amazing!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting this automotive shop, and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. The owner, whose attentiveness is truly exceptional, went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle received top-notch service. Erick is my go to for all my mechanic needs. Having an older car, and a few part recalls, the dealership always tries to add on additional services at higher prices when performing these recalls. Not to mention last time they had my car for a WEEK for a simple recall!! I always get Erick's opinion on the dealership suggestions and he usually can get it taken care of in a quicker more affordable manner. I also trust him to tell me what my car needs without tacking on unnecessary services. I ONLY got to the dealership for covered recalls and reluctantly at that- Erick is always my first stop and he should be your trusted mechanic as well!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Our family has been taking our cars to Eric's shop for years. From older to newer ones he's been nothing but honest and upfront about what does or doesn't need to be done to any of them. Extremely grateful to say that we've never had any car issues thanks to his help. Appreciate it Eric!!

In all my years of driving a car and seeking auto care and repairs, no one has ever come close to meeting my expectations of what an honest and professional service representative should deliver. Until, I was referred to Eric at International Automotive by a close friend who trusted him. Well, I have never looked back and am eternally grateful to his integrity and experience in diagnosing, maintaining and repairing my car.I advised all my family and friends to seek his help as I am fully convinced and comfortable putting my reputation on Eric! I don't know where to start because I don't even know how long I've been a loyal customer of Eric and his business. The first time I had problems with my Honda I believe I needed the brakes serviced and my starter wasn't working and my mom recommended him. I'm so glad she did because every time I've had a problem with my car, he's always honest and upfront about 1) what the problem is 2) what's worth fixing and what's not worth fixing and if there is a cheaper alternative and 3) how much parts will cost and how much labor will cost. Aside from his honesty and integrity, he does quality work. He once mentioned he backs his work with a warranty but I've never had to take him up on it because he always does a good job and uses quality parts. I always recommend him to my friends.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I ve been going to Erik at international Automotive for several years. He s very honest, excellent as well as a knowledgeable mechanic. He uses quality parts, not cheap knock-offs and his prices are very reasonable.It s very nice knowing that he s just someone who I completely trust to take care of my vehicles. I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I was really skeptical because I had been scammed twice by other mechanic shops and really needed my car fixed. The owner was extremely kind and explained everything to me so I could understand what was actually being fixed. I m definitely coming back here again if there s any other issues with my car!

Another great experience (and hundreds of dollars saved) at International Automotive. While performing a recall service on my Hyundai Sonata, the dealer found that the connecting nipple had broken off the hose-assembly - air intake, leaving my air intake hose dangling - not good. The replacement part itself is $284, and that doesnt include labor.I took it to Eric later that afternoon. Within an hour after opening the next morning the car was done. Only he didn't replace the part - he fixed it, stronger than before.Its nice to find a mechanic who can replace the right part for a reasonable price. But its great to find one who can actually fix the problem, instead. And save several hundred dollars!Competent and trustworthy, International Automotive has saved us THOUSANDS of dollars through accurate diagnosis, quality work, fixing only what is needed, and reasonable prices. We have taken all of our cars, domestic and international, to them for over 20 years. I have been to many dealers and mechanics and know good service when I get it. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I've been going to International Automotive for years, been recommending friends and family to Erick for such a long time (must be around 15 years now), and I am still a loyal customer and will continue to be as long as i am still living in the Bay Area. I have had only good experiences and everyone I have referred here only has good things to say as well. I don't think I've ever had someone put so much genuine work and care into car repair besides the folks here.Erick is really straightforward and honest during the repair process and I feel good knowing my car is being worked on by somebody who is knowledgable and so hard working. I don't typically leave reviews but felt inclined to leave one considering all of the great work they've done on both of my cars plus my mother in law's old Mercedes.Overall, give International Automotive a chance and I promise you will not regret it. If you have any doubts or questions, Erick will explain everything and answer any questions as well as show you the best options for repairing the vehicle.Thanks Erick will be back again soon.

I've been a customer of International Automotive for about 8 years and it's the only shop I trust to bring my car to. Erick is a very honest and kind person that goes out of his way to ensure that his customers do not overpay. The quality of work is worth it even if a simple thing such as an oil change may cost a few dollars extra I would rather get it done there worry free then go to a place where they do a rushed job. I definitely recommend taking your car here.

Erick has been our mechanic for 10 years at least. He has serviced more than one vehicle and we highly recommend his business. His honesty is as reliable as the service he provides. I always refer friends and family to him and they also have been very happy. You will not find better service or the trust in a mechanic like you can find with Erick Gomez.

Took my 1999 Honda Accord this past Friday here because I was having problems with my transmission slipping. Erick wanted to drive the vehicle to ensure my diagnosis of the problem. He said yes it was slipping, but only slightly and did not recommend a repair yet (very honest). I asked him to replace my front brakes and he suggested a better quality of brake shoes than what I supplied him. He fit me in his schedule and made the repair very quickly. Really fantastic customer service and knowledgeable!!! Felt very comfortable at this shop and I will definitely be back and am grateful I was referred to him by a friend.

For more than two years, I have taken my two cars and one truck to International Automotive. Erick Gomez, the owner, has years of experience and has always repaired the problem at a price lower than his competitors. Erick is capable, honest, and friendly. He and his assistant personally do the repairs. Erick has been in the automotive repair business for many years. Because I live several miles from his shop on 2nd Street, he makes it possible for me to wait while he does the work. I know his family from church, and I feel fortunate to have a knowledgeable mechanic who is also trustworthy, friendly, and eager to be helpful. So I give a 5-star rating to a good man who "knows his stuff."

I have been going to Eric for years for repairs on all my cars and he has done a fantastic job every time. For me the most important part is that he is honest and gives me the correct advice on what needs to be done.I trust only him and recommend all my friends to use him and they all have thanked me. He uses good quality parts (original) and his work is perfect.

I met Erick a few years ago when he helped me through an emergency situation. My BMW 740il had just been serviced by a top rated shop in Morgan Hill so I drove confidently to my office in San Jose. I was almost to my stop when steam & water began covering my windshield. Fortunately I came to a stop very close to International Automotive. I asked Erick to take a look and he found that a clamp on a hard to reach hose had not been tightened. Since that time I only let International Auto service my vehicles. They are honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a first rate auto mechanic.

The best Autocare professional in the Bay Area.I had a short on a wire in the steering column. After going to a dozen other local mechanics, thousands of wasted dollars, International found the short and repaired in one day extremely reasonable pricing.Now he's my mechanic. The only mechanic I trust.Highly Recommend !!!

I have been getting my cars serviced or repaired at Automotive International for about 5 years now. Because they do a great job i keep coming back. There's never been any hidden cost. He shoots straight from the hip if you know what I. Also the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable about cars and troubleshooting. I highly recommend that you try them out. Good job guys!

Was recommended by my fiance's parents. One of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic. Erick is super knowledgeable, patient (especially since I'm very car illiterate =P ), and is a straight shooter ; he tells it like it is and is VERY transparent. Thank you for making me understand the inner working of my car and why certain issues happen to my car!

I've been coming to this car shop for about 4 years ever since my dad told me about this place. He's been a customer for as long as they have been open and they never disappoint! I always bring in my Camry and they usually tell me what my car needs and do not try to up sell me like they do at Toyota Service. Eric, I believe is the owner, is really knowledgeable and explains everything in depth regarding the services he does so that the customer is aware. Great prices and great customer service! Plus, they speak spanish as well!

Lee and his team are great, my car looks amazing! They pay close attention to detail and the work speaks for itself. Shop is very clean and organized. I was a little hesitant to spend the money but I'm so happy I did it was worth it. I did the HD detail and 3m crystalline tint on my windshield.

They cracked my oil pan. Cause the cars engine to overheat. Smoke everywhere, had to be fixed at the side of the road. Very dissatisfied.
