I went it for "Tire Pressures Low" warning. The service was extremely professional and thorough (They even checked the pressure on the spare tire in the trunk). Great service at the front desk as well. Highly recommend Go To Auto Care.

Amazing shop. Super honest and very reasonable prices. When I ask questions, I feel like the person is listening and I get clear, thoughtful answers in return. They are very accommodating also. 5 starts to Jeff who I have interacted with a few times.

First guy i talked to was kind of rude. He was kind of off putting. But when i came back to get my tires put on at my appointment. The next guy was really nice , very helpful and to the point. My tires were put on in like 20 mins...I was very suprised... Would have been 5 stars but the first guy was "meh". Will reccomend and return for more service!

Jeff and Danny and their team are amazing! Been coming to them for a couple decades now since back at Auto America. Very honest and helpful and straightforward! I bring my cars to them for every issue under the hood. My family s go to mechanic.

My experience so far has been excellent. It's really hard to find good Auto Care mechanics and technicians. Jeff is one of the most honest mechanics I have met. As a business owner with a fleet of vehicles that constantly need service, it's refreshing to know that there is an honest mechanic in the industry. His pricing is fair and his experience speaks highly in the results you receive. I had a great experience and will continue to use the services provided by Auto Care.

I found GTAC here on Yelp, and with 5 stars I emailed for a quote. Jeff responded quickly and with a reasonable price. I showed up on time and they took the car right in. Jeff was working the front desk so I got to tell him the details of what was a little different than normal. He understood it, he seemed to really know their business and I was left feeling very comfortable. Plus the shop and waiting room were clean, not something you can always depend on. The mechanic worked on it and took it for two test drives to ensure it was the best they could make it. While paying, I got to meet the mechanic and ask a couple questions. He seemed to really know his stuff. I normally do all my own work, but every now and then, I just don't have the correct tools for the job, and now I know I can count on them to fill what I need help with. They seemed fine with that. Have had my Jeeps serviced here for the last 8+years. Love love love the services performed on my vehicles and truly trust everything I have had done-from transmission and engine replacements, to oil changes. My car has always been treated with respect as well as my pocketbook. Love these guys. I ve recommended them to many friends.

I have always taken my vehicles to Jeff at Go To Auto Care, about 10 years now. They are always up front and honest about what is wrong with your vehicle and will never pressure you into items you don't need. Estimates are spot on and the quality is great.You can setup appointments and even drop off early and they always notify you when everything is complete and ready for pick up.

I have been their regular customer since I moved to San Jose for all my car related needs for last 2 years. Jeff and Danny are awesomely nice. They go out of their way to help me not only with the button also they do a lot of extra things for which they don't even charge me. Their charges are extremely reasonable, and I can completely trust them that they will do the best that can be done. Jeff took great care of me and my Suburban. He explained all of my options in terms of costs, parts and warrantees. I was referred from another friend who has done business with Jeff for over 15 years and they weren t wrong. High quality work, finished when promised, and great customer service. Go To Auto now has a new client and I ll bring all my work to them in the future.

As a woman with relative experience dealing with various mechanical auto shops in various states, I actually enjoy bringing my Audi SUV here. The two gentlemen running the shop are friendly, honest, professional, well spoken, flexible, efficient, smart and polite. I m always surprised by their turn around time. They don t gauge on part prices nor labor; you get what you pay for. I never feel taken advantage of unlike the dealership which finds every which thing to up charge me on. The brothers that run this place are the best mechanics in San Jose. They re very friendly, and of course they re knowledgeable. But the most important thing is that they are very trustworthy. No BS, no making up problems, no overcharging for small jobs, and no trying to make unimportant problems into urgent ones. They also make their deadlines on time. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

I took my 2013 Mini Cooper to have the brake pads and sensors replaced. The service is very courteous and professional. My car was completed in a timely manner and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you Tony and Jeff!

Scheduled a visit for my beloved Civic Type R s first oil change. I looked around before settling in a shop to do this since I have heard many bad things regarding oil changes and decided to have them work on my car. It s only been a couple days but so far so good. I brought in my own engine oil and filter so they only charged my for the work and the price was actually fair. They also rotated my tires. Definitely going to go back here when I need other car services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jeff was cordial and honest. What more can you ask for? It's crazy we live in a world where you can't trust some professionals, but you can trust Go To Auto Care. I brought my car in for brakes and an oil change. Jeff informed me that my brakes weren't in need of work, and I was feeling blessed. Ultra cool mechanic! Great place for all your mechanic needs, John was SUPER helpful and very reasonable on prices. Had a knock in front end only when turning vehicle and not all the time. John checked it out and found it was the bushings on a 2003 s10 extreme. Gave me a call spent time answering my questions with no rushing. Also gave me some other options to be fixed but not needed at the moment. Only $800.00 fixed it perfect. No pressure and very nice guy. I will for sure take vehicle back if needed.

Auto America is the best shop I've been to. It doesn't hurt that they are a stone's throw from my house. My family and I have been coming here for 6+ years.They know their craft and they're super honest. If something needs to be replaced, they'll tell you. If you can wait X# of miles, they'll tell you. If they tell you something, you trust them. We actually don't even ask for estimates anymore.Just drop the car off in the evening, and get a call from Jeff either in the morning or when the work is done. If the job will take longer, he will make sure to call you during the day and let you know the status, estimated time, etc.If you want a shop that does good work and is upfront and honest, these are your guys.
