The owners will send you their own coupon and once you get there dor service the add a lot off extra money. As you can see an oil change was supposed to be 35+ some fees they ended up saying that my total is 110 $ from 35. They just want to finnesse

Service consultant Hilt is serious and responsible. She explained things clearly to Keren and charged a reasonable fee. I highly recommend their car repair service. The technicians are very professional. Thank you for their service.

Went because of great reviews. Wasn t disappointed. They replaced a front interior door handle on my BMW 328 sedan. Not that simple! The entire interior panel had to be removed. They completed the job in a little over an hour and a half and it was perfect! 10/10 also the cost came in at about half of the dealer quote. Recommend this shop unreservedly.

11/10 I recommend coming here! I had trouble finding a good mechanic to work on my car, and some places either take too long or kind of breeze over the services, but at GIC they take the to explain what will be dome to the car, if anything else needs to be done, and offers you a quote as they go through. I really like that they showed me what parts needed to be fixed on my car and why, instead of just it needs to be done . They also send a summary invoice to your number, and you can accept or decline what to have done, super easy and convenient. They also offer to take you wherever you need to go, but I stayed in shop since I needed an oil change. They were super nice at the front desk, and offered me water/snacks while I waited. I didn t even wait that long either, i think it was like 40 min for the oil change and then they explained other stuff i needed done, and explained the priority in which it needed to be done. They did understand my situation of being in a new job (you know new jobs take forever to give your first check) and they didn t pressure me into getting the job done or said a backhanded comment you know. I m going to dave money and come back here for everything I need done. I m so glad I listened to my boyfriend and came here, because I tell everyone to come here now.

I went for an oil change with a rebate coupon I received in the mail, and the service was good with no problems. They ran an inspection on the car and suggested I change the engine and cabin air filters. However, the lady mentioned about 10 times that I got a good discount for my European car; otherwise, I should be paying more.In reality, I paid more for an oil change here than anywhere else in the last 4 years. I ve been to Meineke and Midas, and they changed my oil filter with extra oil for at least $15 less than what GIC charged me.I have no problem with being charged a little extra, but don t make me feel like you re doing this for free and that I got a huge discount.Update: Attached an e-mail from GIC after my visit.

This place never misses the mark. I took my car here for a variety of services from oil changes to brakes and other maintenance issues. Hilt and Ali took good care of me. I was greeted by Helen outside as soon as I pulled up to get me checked in and on my way in a timely manner. I also like that they make suggestions about possible upcoming maintenance issues and gives you a ton of information and timeline of when it needs to be fixed. Happy customer.

I recently had my car rear-ended, and the team at GIC Car Clinic went above and beyond to assist with the repairs and coordinate with the insurance agent. Despite it being the holiday season, my car was fixed promptly. Special thanks to Jenny for the outstanding support! Highly recommend this place for their excellent service and efficiency.

I went to GIC to get my car inspected and they were really nice and efficient. I talked to the front desk lady named Jenny and she helped me out a ton. She was super friendly and was transparent with her explanations. She even had the crew help me out, with no additional charge, when I had an emergency flat tire. I am very thankful for them and would definitely recommend going to GIC!

Jenny and the team are awesome! When my catalytic converter got stolen I was really stressed out. She walked me through the process and in a few days my car was fixed! Definitely coming back

I recently had my son s RAM ProMaster City serviced at GIC Car clinic for a check engine light appearing on the dash. They were able to diagnose and service the van very quickly. Their diagnostic service was very thorough and the repair had a 3 year warranty.The service adviser Jenny was very professional and kept me well informed. All the signatures and payment were done via text messages. I am very pleased with service done at GIC!

I m not one to get my car fixed because of how difficult it can be. GIC (specifically Hilti) made it so easy and gave me no issues and has clear communication. My car is back to being perfect thanks to Jose and Noe! I will definitely be going back anytime I have car issues!

They are bait & switch when it comes to their oil change coupons. They advertised $49 for a European car, which mine is and then wanted to charge me over $400. She referred to fine print on the coupon that would exclude my car. I looked. There is nothing on the coupon that did that.

I really value the transparency that GIC staff conveys to customers. I felt welcomed, informed and I didn t feel the pressure that comes with taking your vehicle for service at a new shop. Shout out to Hiltinnie and Jared for taking care of my Civic.

I took in an older VW Jetta that had deferred service for quite some time. Helen was very good about explaining the issues noted by the technician, but also not pushy on items I wanted to do myself. I approved the service items we discussed on a Thursday morning and they were all finished by that afternoon. Prices seemed fair for the jobs that needed to be done (fluid changes, control arms, air induction service). I would take my car here again.

As many of us know, car troubles can be super frustrating and inconvenient. I went in not knowing what was wrong with my Santa Fe, they ran a couple of tests and were able diagnose my car quickly. I was so happy with the customer service I received, they were 100% Honest and helpful, which made the process super easy. Highly recommend bring your vehicle here!

GIC Staff really helped me out with my stressful time with my vehicle. Being without a working car as a student who works as well, was so stressful but the staff helped me so much and kept me posted along the way. Special shout out to Hiltinnie, Ali and Jenny for their support with all my vehicle needs. Having a car with issues can be terrible but when the staff is kind, empathetic and helpful it makes a world of difference! Highly recommend 1000%

My brother was visiting from Colorado and found GIC to work on our mom s car. They did excellent work so I took my 1994 ford mustang because it couldn t pass smog. As soon as they finished work on it I took it again and passed no problem. My son is getting ready to take his Chevy corvette to get worked on by GIC too. The fact that my son is taking his car there says something because that car is his baby. Jenny was great to work with.

This is the place to go for your car service. I ve taken my cars here over the years because their customer service is great, their prices are affordable and the service is on point. I started coming here as a college student. At that time, Alan and Jose would always make sure I understood what was going on with my car and gave me maintenance tips on how to take care of it. I ended up moving out of the area, but always remembered the care they took for my vehicles. I have now returned to the area and I knew GIC would take care of any concerns I had with my car. As a woman who knows little about car, I m glad to have a place I can trust to help me with oil changes and car maintenance.

I love this little shop. I came to them with a problem with my my car and they fixed it. Not only that they dealt with my warranty company to fix it. So I took my girlfriend s car there as well to fix something the dealership broke and they fixed it. Not only that they did all repairs in both cars super fast and very clean. I am happy to say I found my new mechanic shop. They are close to me within walking distance from my house. Also they have some amazing and friendly staff. They make you feel at home and ask you if you want just the services you came in for or would you like to have things looked over and let you know if anything else is recommended. They have knowledgeable staff running the office. Not only do they know their stuff they seem to enjoy what they are doing. This shop treats the customers like they are more than just a customer. They are working on building a long working relationship with you from the start. They have yet to tell me they can t do a repair or a standard Maintiance on my vehicles yet. I have been using them since last summer and I have to say my cars are running great thanks to them. I am still amazed that this same shop also fixed my panoramic moonroof that was malfunctioning when the dealership said they couldn t fix it this wonderful shop not only fixed it took care of it under warranty. I have since been going here for all my needs. I have a Nissan Murano my other car is a Kia niro hybrid so they have a wide range of cars they work on. If someone asks me for a shop recommendation I tell the CIG auto on bird also thank you so much Jenny for being my adviser you are awesome and thank you Ali for being the mechanic and do such amazing work

I ve brought my car here twice now and the maintenance/repair was excellent. What sets this place apart from others though is the customer service. You get the feeling they are genuine about their customers having a great experience from your interactions. I ll keep coming back to this place again and again!

I ve hardly ever give reviews because it takes up a lot of time so here I go. The receptionist, help me with making sure all my needs were met. I had issues with my battery. I had to come out of the pocket to pay because the warranty that was covered, did not want to cover the warranty. I was able to be persistent contact the dealership they contacted this mechanic shop, and between both of them made magic happen. It was only two patients and pure customer care that I was able to get what I needed done and with minimal costs. I would definitely refer them to anybody.

GIC is run like a well oiled machine. The shop is extremely clean and professional. They fixed the transmission on my Prius. Jenny was great to work with, she spent a lot of time researching a good used replacement part and kept me updated thru the whole process. We will be back, and definitely recommend to any of our friends in the South Bay.

New review: this place is still absolutely great! Had to get a bit of work redone, fortunately they covered the cost of parts and labor and got the work done FAST. I will definitely see them again the next time I need a mechanic!Old review: Great experience provided by Alan and James. Got my car inspected, repaired, and returned in less than 3 days!
