My car was in an accident and it was determine to be a no fault and all repairs were getting covered. State farmer referred to this shop auto due my location. This worst choice and experience. After going through all the damages cause by the accident when hit on driver. There damage in the driver front wheel, backend driver side, as well as the passenger back side. This accident was 100% no fault. Drop off car and inform of all damages . When picking up the car and looked at all the review all repairs. Driver side and the passenger. The passenger side tire rim was still not repaired. When mentioned it. The auto repair representative said that was wear and tear and not cause by accident. There was a huge scratch that was not caused by a curb. Then was told to come back another time and gave us a discount to repair the wheel in a no fault accident. After trying to get the wheel fix I felt I was giving the run away. Saying they have to call the insurance, what seems to take extra long time. I was able to reach the insurance and explain the situation. Dealing with them I feel they unprofessional, rude never answered the phone. I was getting good customer service. In addition the car never done properly. After trying to get simple repair done called them and explained and said the call my back and never got a call back gave up. Don't use this repair shop. They got pay but my no fault accident worst by this experience.

This place is extraordinary. When going through stressful periods- it is crucial to go with people you trust. People who will do their best when no one is looking.From start to finish, attitude plays a dramatic role. From the moment I called G&C, to updates, and leading to the moment I left G&C lot- This was by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. No one wants to find themselves in a situation where their property is destroyed- But there are things out of our control. If it's going to happen-( and it will)You need to go somewhere you trust..with people who will guide you in the process..answering your questions..adress your concerns..People who will check the details of your claim to ensure you are not ripped off.People who, although they are strangers, take pride in what they do. The amount of weight lifted off of my chest by choosing G&C over anyone else- Was 1000% worth it. If you don't easily trust people, are stressed out and don't know where to go.. if you want to find a place with people who are exceptional at what they do.. honest, down to earth and most importantly take pride in what they do? Go to G&C!!!! You guys are AMAZING, WONDERFUL HUMAN BEINGS!!!Lastly, always remember that your attitude is a reflection of the one you will receive...so please..dont ever base your experience or ratings on that.During stressful periods humans are prone to think less, be impatient and grumpy. That shouldn't be taken out on people who just want to help. In the past I've been guilty of this. I allowed the stress to take over - on people who didn't deserve it. Had I changed my tune, it would've changed my experience. So if ever and before storming out to write a review..please think of how you could have done things differently. Even if it feels awkward for a moment. That'll pass. If there is any question, any concern..They will answer and or help you to the best of your ability. These are good people. Make sure to thank them and appreciate their work! People like them are HARD to find!!

I used G&C Auto Body for the first time. G&C took over Koss Auto Body after the death of one of the owners.I first met Mike McCarthy (the general manager)when I came in for an estimate. Mike was both professional and pleasant. I submitted the estimate to my insurance provider. We were all set to go. Iadmit I was in a hurry so my daughter could get back to Santa Barbara, Mike had ordered the necessary parts.Then I saw Adam. Adam is amazingly talented and professional. Fortunately G&C retained him. His work is impeccable.He went to work on my daughter's car. After two work days, the car was ready.Mike should be commended for his wonderful customer service skills.Adam truly is an artist. He is dedicated to offering exceptional craftsmanship. I could not be more pleased with the service and care these gentlemen offered.G&C DESERVES a 5 Star rating. I hope upper management commends these two employees,

They did a phenomenal job with replacing my front & side cracked/damaged bumper. It looks brand new. They communicated thoroughly throughout the process of the car being in the shop. All the staff is super nice and very professional. 5/5 Definitely would bring my car back for any future body work or recommend to anyone who needs work done.
