Recently have my Porsche fixed included tire change here with Austin. He is very friendly and explained all the details and the parts that were changed. The price is reasonable and he can speak Chinese. Thanks a lot for his help so I can get my car back in such a good condition.

Friendly Auto Care is a great place to go for car service. They solve car problem include mechanical or body issue. Owner Austin is professional and passionate, has great knowledges of car. It gives me peace of mind when I recommend my friends to him. Recommended and 5 stars

Austin's Friendly Auto Care has been our gotoplace for our Toyota and Mazda for years. Austin is experienced, highly skilled and most importantly, an honest and responsible mechanic.He is extrmely busy and could be a little impatient in the beginning, but when you know him you realize he is a great person.He will always give you the needed advices and will not charge for unnecessary items. I highly recommend his auto care shop if you are in Bay Area!

My car was damaged by a coworker in our company parking lot and I was looking around for quote to repair it. The dealer gave a quote of $750, which is way higher than my expectation. This body shop is close by and we just came to give it a try. The owner charged us $150 to fix it and it was done by the end of day.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

Went here upon recommendation from a friend about my mini Cooper's recent oil change in another shop. The other shop used an incorrect oil plug gasket, hence oil leakage from the drain plug. They were prompt, knowledgeable and professional in correcting the situation.

Please be aware!!! Don't trust these fake online reviews.I left my car for coolant repair. Cost me $1000 and got it back with some crazy squeaking sound. Turns out they broke my radiator. Austin and his workers speak broken English, but can only bully me using foul language and refused to look into the problem. They started behaving after I decided to call the police.After this bad experience, I will take my car to another honest auto shop for further investigation.This is the worst auto shop I've ever experienced. Terrifying and worst service.Would give 0 reviews if I could.Service: Engine repair

I've often come here for routine oil changes, they're quick and friendly (hence the name lol). Recently came in for an AC repair that 2 other shops in SoCal couldn't figure out. Austin and Dylan were able to figure it out in no time with v reasonable pricing. It turned out to be a tricky electrical issue, with a part that was difficult to find w my car. They worked w me to locate and replace the needed part and was a smooth process. highly recommend!! They're often busy btw so you may need to check in if you have a repair.

Austin is awesome! He treats his customers very well. Recently I ran over a rock and broke the oil pan. I took my CRV to the dealer and they were trying to charge my $3800 for fixing it and $159 for the diagnosis ( basically they just ramped up the car and looked at it for 10 min). I towed my car to Friendly Auto Care. Austin gave me a free diagnosis and ordered a new oil pan from Honda. It costed me $700 to fix everything. Austin also offered me free diagnosis if I found or felt oil leaking. Overall I highly recommend this place.

I have pleasant experience with them. The mechanic I met seems quite sincere in helping me out and easily done a diagnostic without much financial fanfare. The thing I hate the most about car mechanic is I fear they are always trying to cheat me. I don't get that sense with them. Their crassness actually make things more real. I'll try to return to them with my Mercedes Benz in the future - oil change, and etc. Surprisingly, I trust them more than the other slick shops around. Thank you. Please stay honest, we need car mechanics in this world whom we can trust!

Austin and his crew were great. Came in for transmission fluid and transfer case fluid replacement. Done quick and reasonable. Very friendly group of guys.

Number one autoshop in the area :) friendly staffs and fast service! Great price for a quality repair !review update: went back again for a maintenance, you can definitely tell the obvious popular demand for their service compared to the rest of the other shops. If Zero start is an option, I wil give negative 1 star.Friendly Auto is not Friendly. Reception was taking a nap with no response. Technical said they are all busy and left you waiting. With the absolute friendliness and ignorance, I left within 20 mins waiting. Well done. You diverse it, "Friendly" Auto Care.
