I had a great experience at Fix Auto Willow Glen. Service was not only perfect but timely efficient, I got the quote quickly and into the shop same day thanks to Mario. Work was done efficiently detail to detail and I'm very happy with the outcome and pictures will speak for themselves. Mario takes great care of you throughout the process with your insurance and they promptly reply to all your concerns. The final outcome it looked better than before brand new. Mario is very knowledgeable in this field especially Teslas and I highly recommend Fix Auto Willow Glen.

Great management and super friendly staff. Mario, the manager, went above and beyond to get the back-ordered parts for my Tesla. Fix auto has Lifetime warranty on all their work. Can't go wrong and hard to beat. Mario, thank you and your awesome team for the professional and friendly service.

I rarely give 5 stars to any business. However, Fix Auto is very deserving and has earned this in my opinion. The quality of the workmanship is more than 100% and the staff I dealt with, Shawn, Haime, and the office ladies, are the best customer service personnel!Further noted is the honestly in their estimates.I am getting the word out and recommending Fix Auto Willow Glen to all who are in need of auto body work and/or repairs!!SCORE!!!

The work they did was good but it took 9 days for completion on a scratch on a door. Not to mention I noticed 320 miles added to my odometer during that time. I think they took it on a personal trip. Also, the factory floor mats looked like they were switched., The Honda only had 6K miles on it and was in new condition. But the floor mats looked otherwise.

Customer service was good but the actual work could be better. There were some paint issues after they finished but they did end up fixing it. It also took them two months after they finished painting to get the emblems for the car. And after getting them, the guy putting them on slightly bent it and it does not stay on flat.

The team was very responsive and worked out a plan to ensure we didn t have to have the card in the shop longer than needed by ordering the parts in advance. Great communication on progress. Made a hard push to finish on Friday, so we wouldn t have to rent a car over the weekend.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this place! Mario, the owner is absolutely amazing and caring. He helped me file the claim with my insurance and got me a rental vehicle.
