Honestly went here last year when my tire exploded and got a good deal for a tire, and the service was fast, cost efficient and friendly.A year later, I ordered tires from a tire store found they couldn't do alignment; called Fierro's and they gave me an awesome deal for mounting, balancing and alignment; they got it done in 35 minutes.Definitely recommend this shop to everyone needing tires, brakes and shocks.They even do tire repair.

Found my new tire spot! I was ripped off at the last place and was recommended this place. I called to check their availability. He said to come by. I drove from Palo Alto, and Al was already ready for me. He was super nice, professional, answered all my questions and was transparent. Pricing is comparable and the customer service and honesty is unparalleled. We sat in the waiting room and he was done before my 3 year old started getting impatient. He was multi tasking and assisting other customers too. So thankful for business that genuinely care. You'll be taken care of here. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent service and outstanding job, did a great job on the tint. He finished completing the job in a little under one hour. Everything turned out prefect (no bubble or weird wavy line). I've never had anyone go above and beyond their customer service just to see if the customer are satisfied. I would recommended this place for everyone

I ve been coming to all of their shops for years! I always refer all my family and friends, no matter what they have always had the best prices and to top it off the best customer service. No matter where I move Milpitas, Union City or Oakland. I ve always made the effort to come down for the fantastic service. I m so glad they are branching out because we need more places that care about their customers genuinely.

This shop deserves more than 5 stars. I called the shop for immediate tire repair on my sports car and the guy considered my request. He fixed it in record time of 10 min and I was on my way in no time. He was very polite, hard working and honest. He charged me a very little amount too. 10/10 I'll go to this guy again. I highly recommend it.

The guy here is really good at the job and is really accommodating. I had a flat tire and didn t have a wheel key. He kept my car in the garage for a few days while I ordered the key. The price here is also the best. I really enjoyed my visit and will surely go to him for any future tire issues.

They provided great service!When we got there, right away we were responded courtesly.I needed 4 tires replaced. They only cost me $250.They worked on my tires very quickly.I was happy with their service.

Good quality tires for a good price. It was 65 for each tire + installation out the door and I was able to get 2 tires for 130! What a deal! Card and cash is welcome. They respond fast and replace their wheels at an exceptional time! I ll come back here next time to get used tires for the low

I called to get an alignment for my 350z and over the phone they quoted me $65 lower than their competition. When I got there the price was as quoted, no games and they didn't try to upsell me - even though my car has aftermarket suspension. The techs were really nice throughout the process and as I waited. After the service the car drove straight as rails and felt incredibly stable. I was impressed because it has been the best alignment I've ever gotten and the steering wheel was aligned to where it needed to be. Definitely recommend.

I've enjoyed their consistent quality of work, great service, and low prices. Glad to see nothing has changed even in their new location. I work on my own cars, but I've been taking my tire jobs to Fierro's for years now. There's never a wait because they're efficient and on top of it.

I found the leak on my tire recently, it was leak slowly and I couldn t find out the problem. I searched online, and I found this shop near my workplace. The technician found the nail right away and fixed the tire problem within 20 minutes. Thank you so much.

THIS IS THE GEM. this is my go to tire spot. They have never failed me. They have great customer service. Thank you Fierro's Tires!Awesome. Absolutely bottom dollar for the same quality as any other tire shop. Used to go to wheel works to pay 2x what I paid here. Got 2 rear tires for the price of less than 1.Service took 10 min. Instead of drop off and wait 2-3 hours. Lol. Definitely recommend these guys and will be back.

Been going to this spot since they opened up. Fast, honest and great quality of service. He even other tires we showing wires and pointed out. I would have never known. Gave me a great price for 2 tires when I was only going for one. Saved my life. Just Awesome!!!!

*Update* I went back to the shop the next day to talk to the owner about the misunderstanding and after a bit of back and forth he agreed to fix redo the tires in the way I had wanted. I just want to be clear about this so I changed my 3 STARS to 5 STARS because the owner did ultimately agree to fix the tire orientation at no additional cost. I should've updated sooner but simply didn't prioritize it ahead of other things I had going on. I want to thank the owner for being reasonable with me and doing a quality job. I do think that this shop does quality work and have fair prices and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tire shop.*To reply to the shops comment, they did ask 3 times, but not to me but rather my friend who's tire's I was buying. To which my friend confusedly answered "black" unknowing they were asking about the tires going into my car. All times they asked I did not hear because I was outside and they never directly answer them, which they knew. This is the point I brought up when I went back and why they ultimately decided to fix the issue without additional charge. I am very transparent about my experiences and don't withhold the truth. I was very pleased after they fixed it and did say I was giving them a great review which is why I am updating the initial review. I'm going to assume that he didn't see the first review until after I went back to have them fix the problem.**First Review*I went to them to have some tires swapped between two cars. My tires and the tires I was buying from a friend. They charged $250 for 10 tires total (including spares) and did the job quick. But the issue that left me very disappointed was the BF Goodrich tires I bought for my car had white labeling on the side of the tire which would match with my white 4Runner. For some unknown reason they ask which side of the tire should be exposed as if the white labeling wasn't supposed to be exposed! On top of that they asked my friend "you want the white or black outside?" instead of me, who's car the tires were going on! My friend was confused and answered "I don't care" so they put the white labeling on the inside where it wouldn't be seen! Why would I not want the white labeling on the outside to match with my white car? I realized this after they had already mounted the tires and when I asked if he could change it to have the white on the outside he said he'd have to charge me another $100 to dismount and redo the tires! I couldn't understand why they had to ask that in the first place and to tell me it'll cost another $100 to fix their mistake (which he wouldn't admit was his mistake at all) was insulting. It literally was no cost to him at all to have it fixed other than 20 minutes of labor and he wanted to charge me at full cost when it all could've been avoided if he had asked me directly. I've been going to him since he was at Monterey highway and always recommended him to everyone. I don't think I can recommend them anymore.

Incredible place. Truly a gem. I got in, he explained multiple options on price and quality. Replacing the tire was included in the tire price. Did an amazing job at replacing my tire and answering the plethora of questions I had about it. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Simply phenomenal. Highly recommend

Fast and Friendly service at an awesome price! I got a screw in my tire and came in for a repair I showed up just after 8am when they opened, I was in and out in about 15 mins. Highly recommended. :)

The guys who work here are fast, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very honest with their prices and even when they get busy they don't overlook any customers needs. I've been going here since they opened and unlike other places they never switched up for the worse. Highly recommend this place to family, friends and everyone else who reads this.

I routinely go to Fierro's for tire rotations for my compact hatchback. They charged me 20 for the latest tire rotation. I first went to them to repair a tire puncture, which they charged 15 for in 2017-12.The staff is very nice and professional. Their property is rather small, so maneuvering your vehicle may be difficult on a crowded day. At least for tire rotations and puncture repairs, visits will last between 10 and 20 minutes. I definitely enjoy their service, so I'll keep coming back for routine tire maintenance and repair.

Went there for a used tire. They worked on it right away. All done in 10 minutes on an agreed upon price. Make sure you tell them the agreed upon price ahead of time to avoid confusion.
