Where to start, I've been coming here for years now. Mason and team never disappoint. This is the only shop I bring my vehicle too now for repairs. 10/10 would do again.What lead me to Mason and team? Awhile back my car had stopped while I was driving it. I towed it into my regular mechanic and they had it for a month (start of the pandemic) and couldn't figure it out. Took it to 2nd shop, they also had it for 3 weeks and couldn't figure it out. Brought it into mason, within 8 hours we're on the phone, problem identified, parts ordered. Not only did Mason resolve the actual issue, he was able to determine the actual CAUSE of the issue and address that so that it wouldn't reoccur, as it would have without his expertise.Over the years now I've recommended anyone who's had issues to stop in, and nobody has ever complained about their service. Mason and team are like the definition of people you want to see rise up. Fantastic guy, Fantastic shop.

I am grateful to Mason, its been years but that was a very difficult period, Steven Creeks Hyundai Stealership sold me a bad bmw and I found myself going circles on how to get my newly bought car fixed I did buy warranty with it and Mason helped not only diagnose the problem properly but worked to get warranty inspections and fixed it. Unfortunately, I soon left US so here is the long pending review. Thank you Mason!

Wanted to publicly thanks Nathan.I had an unexpected repair and the crew was extremely patient with me.During the pickup walkthrough I found my front bumper damaged. I hadn't checked if it was from someone hitting my car previously in the company parking lot or their garage.Nathan was patient, respectful and immediately helped pull up camera views. We spent 15 min and I was convinced the damaged had occured elsewhere.They got me in and out super quick while the dealership had a long wait line. There were a couple of other things they did to make me feel welcome and truly excelled at taking care of the customer. I will definitely go back.I would highly recommend this place for Audi repairs.

Decided to try this shop because it was nearby and I didn't want to drive far with a coolant leak but was immensely disappointed by the experience. I was quoted over $3,500.00 to replace what was lazily diagnosed as a "leaky waterpump." Mason, who strikes me more as a salesman than an actual qualified mechanic, proceeded to give me the whole sales pitch on all the perfectly working components of the car that I should replace, trying to upsell me on the already ridiculous cost of maintenance. After bringing the car home, I was able to determine myself that the waterpump was not leaking at all and the car just needed $18.00 worth of some new rubber o-rings. Driven the car 4k miles since then and it hasn't leaked a drop. My advice, if you're not mechanically inclined, just take the car to the actual licensed dealer as the customer service and quality of care is much greater. Fast Lane European definitely won't try saving you a dime so you might as well take it somewhere with more qualified technicians and labor that's backed by a warranty. (Vehicle: E39 BMW)

I was in a process of buying a Limerock Edition e92 m3 from a dealer then i found out that the car was serviced at the Fast Lane European service. I called in Mason and explained him the situation, he was super helpful and friendly, he went over with me every single detail about the car over the phone patiently.If i was local to him that would be the only place i would take my cars for service. He is a super nice guy and knowledgeable about cars, you would not regret to go this place.Thank you Mason!

Just got my 2006 M3 back today and the car is running great. The car was sitting covered up for months and due to phantom battery draw it needed a new battery altogether to pass smog. Got the fluids changed and new wipers as well. I baby this car because it has low mileage so i needed to ensure its top mechanical condition for future resale, that's why i take it to Fast Lane. Mason and his team did an excellent job to make the M3 run and look sharp as can be. Mason and the team were great! They found all the issues I had with the car quickly and was able to resolve them with ease. While the local dealership couldn't find all the issues and tried to charge me for the attempt which is outrageous.Mason and his team was able to be transparent in the work they did, they showed me photos and videos and what exactly was wrong with the car. I felt confident leaving the shop knowing the items I had concerns were addressed. Highly recommended!

I took my 2007 Volvo XC70 here after a cross country road trip that resulted in quite a lot of maintenance needs and I couldn t be more happy with the service! They were quick, communicated everything with me along the way, went above and beyond to get my car in tip top shape, and were just an overall pleasure to work with. Mason took the time to look at my car with me and listen to my history with the car and what I suspected was wrong. Sean was incredibly friendly and made the experience enjoyable with his awesome attitude. I will absolutely come here again in the future! It can be hard to find a trustworthy, quality garage, and this is definitely one! Mason was amazing. I purchased a used car that had major Undisclosed problems. He did a thorough diagnosis that resulted in an $8000 estimate of repair. I don t think I could in any way convince him to repair the car even with the $8000 estimate. The photos he took of the undisclosed damage to the car helped me to get a FULL refund on that vehicle. This place was highly recommended by someone who brought her old Volvo to Fast Lane. Terrific experience all around and I'll be bringing my Volvo back here for servicing in the future. The owner (Mason) and Mike are professional, knowledgeable, honest, and courteous both on the phone and in person. It was easy to get an appointment and they kept me updated on progress via calls/texts, and clearly explained what was needed. The car was ready in less than 2 days and they set me up with a free rental car from Enterprise. The icing was that my car got the best car wash and interior cleaning -- better than I've gotten at an expensive car wash. Such a nice surprise at pick up! Much better value and all around superior service than the Volvo dealership down the street.

Great service, very professional, clean and informative... Mason was very helpful with the used Q5 we purchased and he got it running and driving the way it supposed to. He was informative with what to expect, how to maintain and take care of the Q5. Honorable and honest, fast and fair, Mason and his team do an excellent job every time I bring our Mercedes in for service. Would recommend to anyone who owns a European-made vehicle. They serviced our BMW and now the Mercedes.During COVID, I took my car elsewhere because I had an emergency flat tire to fix at the same time, but I immediately regretted that I didn't give Fast Lane European the business. A few months later and I needed a headlight bulb changed (Mercedes doesn't make it easy to DIY). After calling in the morning and getting to the shop at opening time, they got it changed in 25 min. Talk about speedy service!

My experience with Fast Lane European was great! Mason and his team are very sound technically, for BMW in my case. Mason is very thorough and holds high standards for his work. I think he genuinely cares about having cars performing at their best. He would do his best to accommodate me so he could have enough time to do the best job. That gave me a very assuring feeling.I have been to other BMW specialists before. I think Fast Lane European is better than the rest. However, the pricing reflects that as well. They use genuine BMW parts only at original price. So for important jobs I would recommend FLE because I trust them to get the job done right. For routine stuff I would probably consider other shops first due to the cost.

Mason and his team, have been maintaining our families cars for several years now. He performs our regular routine maintenance, he's professional, he gives us honest and fair pricing (which is always lower than the dealership), he's in communication, when he says the cars going to be done, it's done. You don't have to wait. He's honest and up front with what needs to be done. Lets' be frank here, with how much money we spend on buying luxury European cars, you want to take them to the guy (Mason in this case) who loves them as much as we do. He keeps me and my family safe by taking care of our cars and we get to enjoy driving them. I have always been very satisfied with all services performed here, from a simple oil change to major repairs.They are very knowledgeable on everything BMW and Volvo (my cars serviced).I would highly recommend this shop.

To make things short, look no further if you are after an A+ repair shop for your European car. The shop specializes in BMW and Mini, but of course does a great job with other manufacturers as well.I found this shop on Google when looking for an alternative to the Audi dealership. My wife's Audi just needed an oil change and an inspection to make sure everything was in order.FLE has earned my exclusive business moving forward as it was a great experience from start to finish. They answered my call on the first ring, got me scheduled and appointment confirmed in no time. When I dropped the car off the gentleman checking me in met me in the parking lot and opened the door for me. My first impression of the office and shop itself was that every square inch was immaculately clean. In my experience a business / shop this clean is about the biggest green flag you can hope for when trusting your vehicle to be serviced properly. Everyone I interacted with was a complete professional, I felt completely at ease that my car was going to be cared for in a first class manner.They of course got the work done faster than expected and I was on my way. I have nothing left to say other than I look forward to doing business again in the future.

My mother and I have been going to Fast Lane for years. Mason and his team are incredible! Vast knowledge of car repair, especially through my array of old and sometimes ornery Volvos. They explain everything that needs to be done, so I understand what's actually happening to my car and why (if they can get me to comprehend the mechanics of a car, they can explain it to anyone!). Overall, I feel comfortable and happy that my cars go to them, and I'm always blown away and grateful for their care and attention.

This is my first service with Fast Lane European, and I'll definitely be bringing my 2014 535d (diesel) back to mason for regular maintenance. Mason is prompt, professional, and thorough. I brought the car to him with an engine code for the #1 injector, and a broken windshield. I dropped the car off early, prior to opening. The car was evaluated with recommendations by 10am. We discussed the various aspects of the DEF emissions system, and I opted to replace all 6 injectors. I'm delighted to say, I've got more power and better performance than when I purchased the car with 4k miles. I've got 140k now. Mason also replaced a damaged skid plate, and noticed some transmission seals were worn, so I opted to fix that as well. Good, solid, honest mechanic. Fast Lane European pays to have access to BMW's technical documents and has the technical expertise of the dealership, without the hard sell.

Mason and Mike are two very professional mechanics who know what they are doing when it comes to cars and customer service. You can always count on them of being honest and giving honest advice and returning your car in a very good shape. I've been a customer since 2014 and I would not take my BMW to any other place. I took my Mini JCW here to have its brakes serviced. I had previously gotten an estimate from the dealer and wanted a second option. Mason was great in communicating the issues and options and I saved money over the dealer! He also identified an issue with the engine mount and showed me the issue, fortunately under warranty, so back to the dealer for that and things are all tip top.Service: Brakes

I was very pleased with quality and timeliness of the repairs. I was also very pleased with how the insurance claim for the broken window and damaged door lock was handled. As usual Mason was very upfront and kept me well informed throughout the overall repair process. The estimates were reasonable and there were no surprises. He clearly takes pride in his work so as a customer I appreciate that.

Requested appointment online on a Sunday, they texted me back Monday morning! Went over, listened to my issues and were upfront that they were going to charge me just to find the issue.Texted me back later that day to give me detailed discovery and what the price would be.Fixed the issue once I gave the go ahead and was fixed fast! 2014 BMW 528i. Mason was able to diagnose the cause of my engine and drivetrain light quickly. His shop was lightning fast with the repair and service. We are looking at purchasing a used Audi and asked for a vehicle inspection. Mason was able to fit us in and give us an assessment of the vehicle in a timely manner over the holidays. Fast Lane currently takes care of my BMW, my Volvo's, providing excellent service, and maybe soon I'll be adding an Audi.
